The south end of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to the bustling north end near Times Square. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon! There are Amber lights throughout the community.
