Fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and coffee maker.

Amenities: Air conditioning (new unit), 3 large flat screen televisions, cable.
Linens are supplied.

Beautiful views from three new oversized sliding glass doors with plantation shutters for privacy.

Large, private beachfront balcony overlooking the pool.

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping in condo.

Sharon and Jim were excellent, responsive hosts from start to finish. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Their restaurant, The Mermaid Cafe, is top-notch and always a highlight of our trip. This was our second stay, and we already can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was perfect ! Its like a ghost town in this area and that made things even better. Tucked away from all of the crowds and partying. The boardwalk across the road is a wonderful plus to this location! Any and every thing you need was provided in the condo. Parking was great! Beach was beautiful! 10/10!

Absolutely perfect condo with wonderful amenities, felt like home. Easy to access, super friendly host. Clean, cozy and the beds were so comfortable. Quiet area, right on the beach. Would 100% book again next time in the area.

Great quiet location. Location to ocean beach and short walk to inter-coastal is great. Pool looks great and many people used it but we’re beach people. Condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay including beach chairs, coolers, beach toys for kids. We had a great 18 days here and highly recommend.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was very close and great for our daughter. Weather was not ideal for the beach but we found plenty to do around town and when it rained we had lots to do at the house as well. Excellent communication and very easy check in and check out. We will be back to enjoy this town and place again if available.
Great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise!

Thank you, Sharon and Jim, for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need or want for a vacation at the beach.My family and I have been enjoying summer vacations in the New Smyrna/Bethune Beach area for the past 25 years. My children, who started taking these trips when they were babies, are now adults, and being able to continue this tradition together is really what family vacations are all about.This was my second time staying in this particular complex, in two different units, and I have loved it both times. I especially appreciate that it is a smaller complex without the crowds of the larger properties. The location of this unit within the complex was perfect for our family.Sharon and Jim were wonderful hosts, and I truly wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and for being part of another memorable family summer vacation. We look forward to many more summers in the New Smyrna/Bethune Beach area!

The ocean was up front and close! Kitchen and home had everything you needed. A well stocked beach closet if you had children and needed something for the beach. Sharon thought of everything to make your stay complete.

Excellent Stay

Sharon’s place was great. The location is awesome, and quiet. The pool is nice and the no drive area of NSB is great and the area is very quiet at night.The beds are all comfortable and there was plenty of towels etc.It’s only a short walk to the beach.We will definitely stay again! And if you get a chance to check out their restaurant, the Mermaid Cafe, definitely do so. The food is great.

Beautiful Place on the Beach

Beautiful updated condo overlooking the pool and the beach/ocean. Quiet area of the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. We will return to this gem.

Pics do not do this place justice

It’s absolutely stunning. It comes very well equipped with tons of beach supplies. The owner was also very nice and even gave us a free breakfast at the cafe they opened. We had a great stay and definitely will return.

Wonderful work lace to stay! It’s right where we expected, been at New Smyerna Beach before just never stay at Turtle Mound. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom was very appreciated. It’s really nice to have the little things when you first get to your condo! We will stay there again if available!

Love this place!

Clean, beach view, relaxing environment! The hosts own a restaurant on Flagler and they gave us a complementary breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious! They had lots of beach gear to use. We love the area with the beach and the lagoon so close. We always enjoy seeing the dolphins. We’ve stayed at ocean club before and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed in!

Sharon and Jim were phenomenal hosts! The beds were comfortable and the linens were fabulous. The shower had amazing pressure and the view was stunning! Right from our balcony, just a stones throw away, was the Bethune beach. We watched dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffee! Sharon made sure we had all the food staples since we arrived on Christmas Day, and the condo was more than inviting. Beautiful beach chairs, boogie boards, pickleball paddles, everything you could want in a vacation rental! This is a 10/10 vacation rental - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for making our family vacation the best ever! God Bless!

We loved our time in this condo. The unit overlooks the pool and the ocean is just steps away. Condo was furnished well and had beach chairs/umbrella to enjoy the beach. We even got to see 2 space launches from the beach area. Sharon was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely consider this condo again for future vacations.

Wonderful

This was the 1st time staying at this condo and everything was wonderful. It was well-stocked with just about everything you could want or need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The location and views were equally fantastic. Sharon, the host, was always avaiable and responded quickly to any and all questions. I will definitely consider staying here again.
