Le Magnolia Oak Ranch est un loft confortablement meublé qui surplombe 17 acres de pacanes. Paisible et calme. Entouré de champs agricoles et de pins. Détendez-vous sur son balcon privé au deuxième étage avec un nouveau barbecue à gaz Webber et une télévision extérieure. Amusant pour regarder des matchs de football ou un film familial. Ventilateur de plafond extérieur pour vous garder au frais. La saison des noix de pécan est arrivée (et elle semble être bonne). Choisissez-vous un seau de noix de pécan à ramener à la maison Nous sommes idéalement situés à seulement 35 minutes des plages de sucre blanc du golfe et à seulement 15 minutes de la petite ville préférée des Amériques de Fairhope.

A little piece of paradise

Even when it rains here, it’s relaxing. Michael and Nicole are wonderful hosts and their property is ideal for those just wanting some peace and quiet, but is also a wonderful base from which to explore the quaintness of Fairhope, the outlet malls of Foley, or the beaches of Gulf Shores. It’s also within easy reach of Mobile and Pensacola. This is the second time we’ve stayed here in six months and we’d love to come back.

We like it down here…

We’ve been staying in the area for 15 years, have tried hotels and condos, but this was by far the best property and location. It is so peaceful, yet minutes from Fairhope. The Loft is spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Michael was excellent, he was very attentive but not intrusive. We suggested adding a cool box and kettle and they were delivered the following morning. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Stay, Great Location!

Countryside Loft was perfect for our needs. We looked for an affordable place that was close to family near Fairhope and found it with this property. The bed was comfortable, as was the other furniture. The location was exceptionally quiet, and we could even see the Milky Way from the yard. Michael was attentive and responsive, making sure the property was up to expectations, and we had everything that we needed. We'll definitely stay again on future trips.

I absolutely love this place. It’s out in a beautiful quiet area that is about 15 min from town. The owner communicates well and gives explicit instructions. It’s like an apartment at the top of an A frame building. Every detail has been added for a comfortable stay. There are stairs that might be difficult for a mobility impaired person. The bed is comfortable and the living area welcoming. Perfect get away.

Loved the balcony.

This is a very safe and peaceful place to stay. Owners were super nice. Great location and central to all the beaches. Air conditioning worked great and lots of information in guest book for local places to visit.

This was the perfect place to unwind. Total peace and quiet. The balcony porch was where I spent all my time. The indoor space was immaculate and had special touches for their guests. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.

The host Michael was amazing, we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay! He knew it was my bday the day I drove up and my husband couldn’t make it until the next day so him and his wife left me a bday balloon in the loft and left ice cream in the freezer and made the cutest little sand bottle charm! I hope we can make it back up to Fairhope, cause that’s where I plan to stay! Absolutely amazing 3 days.. he also left great recommendations of the area.

Tranquil get away from the hustle and bustle.

Great experience. Michael is a great host and provided wonderful recommendations. He caters to his guests. The property is peaceful and quiet. The little town of Fairhope is quaint and charming. We rode our bike every morning and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony while listening to the birds chirping. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with close access to the beaches and wonderful restaurant, Fairhope is a great option.

Great Find

We were coming to Orange Beach to visit our son's family, who just started a new business there. We didn't really want to be in the busy beach area so when we found this location it was just perfect. We had never been to the Fairhope area and we loved it. This location was close enough to drive into the town of Fairhope and also not too far from the beach area. Our hosts were absolutely the best. They communicated with us all throughout our stay. The loft was so very nice with lots of little amenities that were well thought out by the owners and above and beyond what we have experienced in the past. They made you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Relaxing and friendly

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful They provided extra amenities for us such snacks, coffee, and toiletries. We enjoyed having them in close proximity to the cabin but they were never intrusive. If the opportunity presents, we will return.

Beautiful place for R&R

The property was stunning, it was everything described plus some. The home was immaculate and perfect for cozy nights in. Michael had an amazing list of local places to check out which did not disappoint! I will 100% stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful setting in the country for some much needed rest and relaxation away from the office. This property exceeded our expectations. We were able to rest while viewing the property from the lovely porch of the loft. We took walks around the perimeter of the property in the cooler mornings and evenings of our weekend. Songbirds serenaded us and were never interrupted by sounds of traffic or other noises. Michael was a terrific host, offered great suggestions for dining out, and made himself available should we need anything. The loft was clean, cool, and had every amenity that we needed.

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

Choosing this place was the best decision. Coming from a very busy beach town and getting to stay in a quiet, beautiful country setting was perfect. We loved the loft from the comfy couch to the cute porch. Everything we needed was provided including suggestions for beaches and local restaurants. The owner Michael was excellent at communicating with us before we arrived, upon arriving, and after we departed. We would love to come back the next time we are in the area!

I love to host. Its real fun to try and provide a memorable guest experience. My wife Nichole has lived in Fairhope all her life. The road we live on was named after her grandfather. I have lived in Fairhope since the early 80's . It is such a great place to live with southern hospitality everywhere. We have two young kids that we love to spend time with.

I am an experienced VRBO host..who loves what I am doing. Its fun trying to provide the best customer experience possible.

My two goals:To provide an 5 star experience for our guests..I want our guests to feel like they are staying at a professional run establishment. The second is to learn and constantly evolve to provide a better guest experience.

We know the area real well. Anything from beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating, fishing, site seeing, etc., we can provide recommendations.

During your stay, if you need anything or have any questions, please never feel like you are bothering me. I have done close to 500 short term rental stays and I cannot think of one experience where I felt bothered by a guest...I am pretty much always happy to help.

People that use the daily rental sites like this one expect more; more bang for their buck, a unique setting, more amenities, larger space, expectation of a cleaner place. We have done it with the loft. What drives us is to be better than the other daily rentals out there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Fairhope has been voted in the top ten small towns so many times and Gulf Shores/Orange Beach has been voted in the best top 10 beaches. Our slogan for the Loft is "Meet me in the Middle" We have the best of both worlds being located almost in the middle of both. You would be staying only 38minutes from the beaches and only 15 minutes from the great dinning and shopping of downtown Fairhope. Good TV to me is important while on vacation. After a long day of having fun, nothing is better than a evening movie. The Loft has a Roku TC and Wi-Fi for your Netflix or Amazon account . Very comfy chase lounger couch.
