Bienvenue à Turkey Ridge, votre prochaine destination préférée pour vos vacances à Black Hills. Plein de choses aventureuses à faire, ce chalet est situé dans le couloir de loisirs des collines du Nord. Vous pouvez facilement accéder aux sentiers de motoneige et de VTT depuis votre cabine, situés à proximité de sources récréatives. Vous pouvez même conduire vos machines depuis votre domicile sans avoir à les remorquer jusqu'au début du sentier. Vous serez à 5 minutes en voiture de Terry Peak pour skier, à moins de 10 minutes de Spearfish Canyon et en moins de 15 minutes pour profiter des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Deadwood! Il y a une abondance de choses à faire dans les environs de la cabine et cet endroit est pratique pour toutes les apprécier!

Une fois que vous avez passé vos journées à profiter des aventures locales, rentrer à la maison à Turkey Ridge sera sûrement un régal avec tout ce qu’il ya de nouveau à la maison. Cette cabine élégante et moderne utilise un plan d'étage ouvert parfait pour se divertir. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner jusqu'à 14 personnes et vous permet de profiter facilement de la compagnie réunie dans le salon. Il y a une cheminée dans le salon, idéale pour réchauffer vos pieds après une journée sur les pistes et vous rendre à la grande terrasse couverte depuis la cuisine avec une vue privée. Le niveau inférieur comprend un bar et un autre espace de vie, y compris une promenade vers le patio couvert et le bain à remous! Il y a 5 chambres au total qui permettent à chacun de disposer de son espace privé, et des téléviseurs dans les espaces de vie pour profiter de ces nuits agréables. Turkey Ridge est sûr de correspondre parfaitement à votre groupe. Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue pour vos prochaines vacances.

WONDERFUL STAY

My family had a wonderful stay. There was enough room for us to all enjoy our time. The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The location was perfect! We had a great stay and can't wait for our next vacation in the hills!!

Wedding/Family Vacation

Had a few power outages/water outages, the first few days that caused some anxiety if we were going to be able to get ready before the wedding, not the property managers fault. But we had power/water the day of the wedding Praise God! Didn’t care for having to enter through the garage because you can’t with the power out. Using the door, which is battery powered would at least allow you access the structure would be preferred. Only thing that that kept it from being 5 stars. Would definitely consider renting again & probably will. Property manager was responsive. Really enjoyed our stay !

South Dakota Gem

The house matched the pictures on line exactly! Spaces were warm and inviting. Hot tub hit the spot after a day of snowmobiling. The fireplace was easy to use and an added bonus. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again. I’d love to see the area in the summer as well.

Beautiful Trip

The stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the deck both on the bottom level and top level was great. We enjoyed our time relaxing and being with family and this was a perfect place to do that.

COLD WATER

Cabin/House was good but one shower every two hours was hard to do with 8 people. The water heater DOES NOT work. Its only warm when you start shower & gets cold in 5 minutes after running.

Great Accommodations

This place is close to other dwellings, but lots of trees and the serene wildlife make you forget about anyone else that might be around. House was clean and had all the right amenities for a week long stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, grilling, and using the hot tub in the evenings. Very close to Deadwood and several bar & grills. Good, fast, communication with the owner/host as well - we had a fire alarm chirping when we arrived, which was quite loud, and the host responded quickly and rectified the situation right away.

Nice ski-style lodge in quiet area

Overall a very positive experience. The property is almost brand new and well cared for. Management company were helpful and nice. Only two things to watch for - one access is via an unfinished road and the top floor bedroom has no door at all so is open to the rest of the house. The house was a great base to explore the whole area which is rich in old west history as well as getting down to Mount Rushmore

Fantastic home in the Black Hills!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Having the gas grill on the covered deck was really nice so we could grill and be outside even when it was raining. We spent most of our time out four-wheeling on our side by sides and this is a really nice location to get to the trails. There is space alongside the garage to park a trailer. We had a 20 ft trailer that fit fine here. However if you have a larger group or multiple trailers the parking could get a little tight. The driveway is also very steep. We definitely would go back and stay here again! It's an awesome home!

Steep, icy driveway/3 people max hot tub

The house was nice. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Pillows are very firm, bring your own. We were there in February for a snowmobiling trip. The upstairs was plenty warm due to the fireplace. The basement was freezing. It would have been helpful to have extra space heaters down there. More blankets are also needed. The owner gave us different directions from google to get to the property. That wasn't necessary. It was easier to get to with the google directions. I do not recommend this place if you don't have 4-wheel drive. The driveway is very steep and icy. It was not maintained at all. It is not trailer friendly either. We tried pulling up there with a pickup and trailer and ended up sliding down the driveway backwards and jackknifed the trailer and pickup. Four hours and thousands of dollars in damage and towing bills later we finally got everything unstuck. I texted the owner and asked her if we could get the driveway plowed and sanded. She drove by to check it out WHILE WE WERE STUCK AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY AND DIDN'T STOP!! It would have been nice if she would have just stopped to see if everyone was ok. The tow truck driver that we ended up getting said this wasn't the first time he had been here for something like this and wasn't surprised. So just a warning, make sure the driveway is plowed and sanded. It was also very icy by the steps into the house. It had been dripping off the roof and made a nice ice skating rink on the sidewalk and steps. The automatic garage door was also broken and not addressed by the owner. The hot tub is 3 people MAX. If you have a group of people that like to use the hot tub, you will have to do shifts.
