Pouvez-vous imaginer taper du pied devant le feu dans cette magnifique maison rustique et moderne? Aspen View Lodge est certainement l'une de ces cabines dont vous vous souviendrez pour les années à venir. Cette belle cabane construite sur mesure de 4 chambres à coucher est située dans la région très populaire de Gilded Mountain avec de superbes paysages et une faune qui la fréquente. Vous ne pourriez pas être dans un meilleur emplacement, car vous êtes au cœur du corridor de loisirs de Northern Hills. Vous pouvez skier à Terry Peak en moins de 5 minutes, faire du VTT / motoneige depuis la propriété pour vous connecter au sentier Mickelson et à un réseau de sentiers plus grand, ou naviguer à travers les parois du canyon Rimock du canyon Spearfish en 5 minutes. N'oubliez pas que Deadwood n'est qu'à 10 minutes en taxi de l'Aspen View Lodge. Vous pourrez ainsi voir le mont Rushmore, le parc national de Custer et Keystone à moins d'une heure de route.

Après avoir exploré tout au long de vos vacances, rentrer à la maison en chalet sera la meilleure partie. Avec des vues paisibles depuis le pont, une cour arrière bordée d'un service forestier et un bain à remous avec vue sur les étoiles, vos vacances seront complètes. La cabine est décorée dans un style rustique et comprend des meubles en rondins personnalisés qui complètent l’ambiance de cette cabane en rondins. Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans les 4 chambres, du carrelage chauffant dans l'entrée, une cheminée en pierre dans le salon et une connexion Wi-Fi pour rester connecté. La cuisine ouverte est idéale pour recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il y a un total de 4 chambres - 2 chambres sont à l'étage avec des lits queen, tandis que les 2 autres sont au niveau inférieur avec un lit queen et un lit superposé. Il y a aussi un futon dans le grenier pour compléter la capacité de dormir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Une des meilleures parties - vous avez également accès au clubhouse partagé. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a lot to complain about! We had a great time. Just a couple minor things-Maybe just look into some new appliances like coffee pot, it took close to 30 mins to brew a pot of coffee because the drip was so slow. Also, maybe put a list of which TV stations and channel numbers are available(would be nice to have kids station like Nick or Disney for days when we were just relaxing at the cabin) Otherwise the pool was great and the cabin had lots of room to gather and plenty of room to relax individually which was nice with 9 people!!

We were very disappointed with the house for what we paid. The porch light out front looked like a strobe light and flickered so we could not use it. When we travel we usually don’t bring a blow dryer because most places supply them, this place didn’t. When we asked Budi the manager about it, we where told we could bring one after we where already there. The furniture had rips in it. The chairs you could tell were old because you sunk down in them when you sat on them. There were only a few wash clothes available and no small dish clothes to wash dishes. Very limited storage bowls. The place needs a good deep cleaning. There are cobwebs hanging on all the mounts and light fixtures. None of the remotes worked for the TVs in the bedrooms. The one didn’t even have batteries. Again contacted management and was told they where going to bring batteries, we got those the day before we where leaving. We went to use the stove and the panel of the door fell off. They did send someone the next day to fix it. The grill had a bunch of grease and black stuff under it. You can tell it hardened been cleaned or swept. The only good thing I can say is there was plenty of hot water and the location was great.

Cozy getaway with everything we wanted!

We really enjoyed this cabin and would rent it again. It was perfect for eight of us: my husband and me, our four kids, and my parents. The place was cozy and decorated well. We loved the private hot tub at ground level, and everything there was to do in the community lodge. My kids were pretty excited to get to swim outside in March!

Definitely book again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is located in a great, quiet location that is perfect for unwinding after long days of sight-seeing. Had deer walk up close to the cabin multiple times and the clubhouse is perfect for kids. Layout of the cabin is perfect for 2 families to share (2 beds up, 2 down separated by main floor living). Multiple decks and options for hanging out and enjoying the surroundings.

First Disappointing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed numerous times at this vacation rental and this was the first time we were disappointed. Some of the bedding, towels, and blankets had holes in them, one of the pillows had blood spots, the grill was absolutely gross and we had to buy cleaner and scrub it out first, there were dead bugs and flies in the window tracks, and cardboard garabge laying in the backyard. There was about a half of a bottle of propane only when we got there. The rental property really needs attention and some restocking of daily supplies for the price they charge. The sauna button didnt work and there was a sign posted about if you can get it to work then go to Deadwood because you are lucky. So they are aware it didnt work. Overall, we were disappointed. With that being said, they did let us check in an hour early and the location is great. The clubhouse is great for kids.

Weekend Get Away

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was nice but the cleaning is lacking. The overall condition of the house is good but very dusty and the return air vents are corroded. Bedding and towels should have been higher quality and presented more professionally. It felt like we stayed at a relatives house where things are just older and used. Kitchen should be more organized and the coffee maker was moldy. Kitchen sink stopper is broken so we purchased a flat stopper for $1 so we could do dishes. Did we have everything we needed? Yes. Definitely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this cabin! This is the second time we’ve stayed in it. It has a great view and the hot tub was clean. The cabin itself could use a better cleaning. It didn’t seem as clean or maintained as the last time we stayed. That aside, I still would recommend it! We had a wonderful time and always enjoy Gilded Mountain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and the house was generally good, but the hot tub needed a good de-scaling. A few areas of the house were really dusty and the grill was filthy... so much so that we had a small grease fire when we first lit it. We shut it down, gave it a good cleaning, and then it was fine. The lighting in the bathrooms was dim. Maybe just brighter bulbs would help?Other than those things, we had a really good time. We went up and looked at the shared clubhouse with the pool, etc. but we didn't have time to use it.

Wonderful

The cabin was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The kids really enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool. Communication was also great. The only recommendation I have is that I wish more businesses were open in the evenings for ice cream, but highly recommend this cabin.

Kids loved it

when vacationing my kids want a pool, having a private hot tub and access to the community pool was a selling point. The house was rustic style, but clean and welcoming.

Aspen View provides plenty of space and 4 bedrooms, but could use a good cleaning. Of all the homes we have rented in Guilded Mountain, this was my least favorite. Reached out to management with no reply about my concerns, no reply. Beautiful house, just not well maintained.

Great Place

We loved our stay here. The cabin was perfect for all 6 of us, and the location can’t be beat for getting out and exploring the area. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The hot tub didn’t work for the majority of our stay, but we went to the lodge to use the two they had which were fantastic.

Great Family Getaway.

The laundry room right at the entrance was a nice drop spot for our winter clothes. It could use a thorough dusting and the hot tub cover needs fixed, but all in all, we would definitely choose this cabin again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Structure was well built and nicely appointed. Linens need updated. Hot tub did not operate efficiently, which was a huge disappointment, as it was one of the highlights :-( Some linens were stained, and corners and edges of floors were dusty as were some furnishings. Cleaning crew should do a more thorough job for such a beautiful cabin. I live on a dirt road, so I know this requires some work. But, it can be done. Layout is great for a large group and very accomadating.Would love to stay again if these items are addressed.

Perfect House

We used thud property for an extended getaway for my spouse and I. The location was fantastic. Just minutes from Lead and Deadwwood. A very private location to "get away from it all." We had some trouble with the TV but that was quickly and easily taken care of by sone quick exchanges with the host. We were even able to plug in out Roku Stick to watch our subscriptions. We definitely recommend this location and will look to stay there again.
