Had a great stay. The condo was clean and very welcoming. Short walk to the beach or the property has a shuttle that can take you there an back. Had a little hiccup with our reservation which the host fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would stay there again if coming back!

Great condo with spectacular view

It was a great stay. Great view from 31st floor. We didn't get to access the beach this time but getting in and out of the property through the valet was super easy.

I stayed here with two friends for a week and had such a great time. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — nice, well-equiped kitchen, comfy beds, and fast Wi-Fi. The best part was definitely the view! Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the waterways was so relaxing, especially in the evenings.The building has good amenities too, such as a pool and easy parking. The location is good with just a short walk to the beach.The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.Overall, it was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

One week in Hallandale Beach Florida

We stayed in the condo for a week It was new very nicely furnished with designer details very comfortable for 4 adults beautiful ocean view from all rooms huge balcony and bonus dining on the balcony with ocean on the background. Staff was very friendly and building was great with roof top pool and beach club and restaurants. Transfer to beach and cleanliness was very good . Overall excellent place for holidays and golf. Definitely be back for longer stay every year.

A great vacation

Everything was as described. Very clean. Great area with lots to do, super dining experiences and spectacular views. Owner always responded quickly to questions and accommodating. We always felt safe even walking out at night. Great hotel security. We had a great time.

The rental was very clean and comfortable, convenient and with a wonderful view. The only issue was the checkin, too many people at the same time. Maybe stagger the checkin process, so the wait is not so long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great place!

We had a nice time here and everything went very smoothly for us. At times the elevator was annoying, taking almost 15-20 minutes but it was mostly during the rush hours. Other than that, the place was great and Alejandro was a great host!

Beautiful view

This proposent was everything that is shown. The view is wonderful, it was very clean, and in a very nice area. Alejandro was very responsive, even checked in with me to make sure the check in went smooth. Next time I’m in the area I will be back here, no question!

Great place to stay

We stayed in this condo for 7 days. we are 4 people. The apartment is totally new and all items are in great condition, very nice decorated . The condo have a lot of amenitties such gym, swiming pool, playgroud for children and the best have it own beach club , with free transportation from the building The owner Alejandro was very kind and ready to solve any minor inconvenience we could have I recommend highly this apartment, and expect we come back next year

Lovely penthouse condo, clean and new

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the balcony where we enjoyed the penthouse view. The property has many conveniences, including a gym downstairs and a washer/dryer in the condo. The owner was immediately responsive to our texts. The elevators in the building are a pain (only two for the entire building) but didn't interfere with our pleasure staying here.

Great spot if you don’t mind being a walk from the beach

Great condo as advertised! Amazing views from the enormous balcony. So much fun to give our kids a city experience. The beach was a bit too far for me although it was exactly as advertised. The beach in the designated spot is super crowded. I much prefer the beach closer to Hollywood. Super diverse crowd at this hotel which made the trip more interesting as we are from the Midwest. We all felt the neighborhood was safe. My teen daughters enjoyed walking to the nearby Starbucks and the Panera. Fun high rise condo!
