This was a great location for access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom with attached bathroom was especially nice, and we appreciated having access to laundry facilities. The kitchen is very well stocked with a variety of condiments and other basics (probably left by previous guests). We loved the outdoor shower. Be prepared for a long, narrow, winding road to get to the property. It's good practice for the roads in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. :)
Beautiful home for family to stay and close to the park
Love this beautiful house. It has everything you need. However, the street is so narrow to drive. We got lost the first day after came back from the park. However, the neighbor showed us the way to the house.
This place is 5 minutes off the main Highway. The drive takes you through a winding road to an escape of comfort and style. We found it perfect for us. We had 5 adults and 3 children 8 years and younger. It was very clean and had a very up to-date modern design. You canât go wrong with this rental. We just loved it.
Located close to the park gate and near to everything else you need, this house was a great place for our family to set up and explore the Park without camping inside.
Julene was a wonderful host and very communicative. And the house was exactly what it said on the listing.
Amazing house/area but donât stay if you are loud. Cops came 3 times& before 8pm twice
Love love loved the area, itâs so close to the lake and shops. The check in process was super easy and the owner was great as well. The house was amazing! Loved the garage/game room area. Personally I wouldnât stay here again ONLY because the neighbors called the cops on us 3 times in a matter of 24 hours. On both days they called the cops before 8pm and when you book the place it says quiet time is from 10-9 (or something like that). We couldnât have fun because we had to make sure we werenât being too loud. If youâre family/friends are a little loud, donât waste your money. The whole experience could have been a 10/10 but the constant sheriffs coming was a big downer. Over all though the owner/house/distance from lake was 10/10. Only bad thing I have to say is the neighbors were not happy w any sort of noise.
My family and I love to spend time here. It's quiet and peaceful, yet adventure and fun are nearby with the river, lake and Sequoia National Park. Our kids love exploring the 1 acre property and seasonal creek.
We've converted the garage in to a large game room that has a ping pong table, shuffleboard, dart board and cornhole boards. The family spends hours at a time in their having fun!
