This is a lovely spot with convenient access to Alberta Peak, Lake Fork trail, Ramon's (amazing food!) Rainbow Grocery (has everything you need), and Rachel's (a fun spot for food, drinks, and putt putt.) This is a spacious cabin and it was spotless upon check in. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Hot tub was great and night star-gazing views were magnificent.
The home was fabulous. Hot Tube was wonderful. Views were amazing. Location for experiencing the outdoors was great. I would absolutely stay there again.
Really close to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Awesome cabin with a perfect hot tub to do some star gazing.
Furness went out during our stay, but management reacted quickly and provided space heaters.
Great property! Beautiful views from the patio, and the surrounding area was fun. The cabin was very clean and cozy and perfect for the 6 of us who stayed there. Pet friendly and very accommodating for our dogs who we brought along! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.
My main purpose was fishing and being in nature, without camping, lol. This place fit both. Good fishing is minutes in either direction, and the property provides quiet nights, stars, and a calm surrounding. The hot tub is a nice bonus after a long day!
The cabin and stay was amazing. The only reason for the 4-star instead of 5-star review is the living room furniture. I rented 2 cabins for this stay, Champoluc for my family and The Sequoia for my grandparents. Unfortunately my grandparents were unable to use the sofa and chair in the living room, as they are elderly and were unable to get out of either due to them being so worn and caved in. Everything else was absolutely perfect
Beautiful and convenient location to ski area. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The home listing says it sleeps 10; however it does not sleep 10 comfortably. The sleeper sofa needs a new mattress and there were no bunk beds as listed in property photos. The kitchen needs better pots and pans for cooking.
Great location, great for kids, but needed some cleaning
The location was great! Our boys loved fishing in the pond and on the river. Upon arrival, there was a 3 gallon bucket by the back door with a dead mouse in it. Once inside there was open crackers on top on the refrigerator we had to clean. We werenât able to cook on the grill due to being full of
yard debris.
The location was beautiful and the home was a great place to stay. 2 recommendations to improve the place - a lot more cookware/kitchen supplies are needed to accommodate the number of people it lists for and the pull out mattresses were absolutely horrible - almost not able to sleep on them. We rotated people sleeping on them to allow people to get a good night sleep. Would strongly recommend replacing the mattresses. If you plan to use them would recommend bringing blow up mattresses on the floor instead.
We arrive late; 9pm. We soon discovered there was no water in the home at all. We called the number to get someone to come fix the issue. Assured that someone would be there in 30 mins. After numerous calls, getting hung up on, the GM finally came out at 2am. Only to tell us the pump is broken and thereâs nothing she can do. She fills a few jugs of water from the pump well to get us some clean water to feed our infant his formula. They offered us a different home at 2am!! We had been up for almost 20 hrs by this point and the conditions werenât safe. The next day we get the information to go to a different cabin next to the one we were in. We tell the agent we will move immediately, he says yes. Gives me the codes and name of home. We get there and someone is still in that home. We then proceed to have to drive 15mins away to another home to be told by the GM that check in is at 4pm!!! We wouldnât need to be checking into another home if the first one had a working pump! Wonât be back!!
