Cette nouvelle cabine offre une façade sur le fleuve Rio Grande. Se trouve à l'arrière d'une parcelle de 3 acres avec des peupliers et des peupliers faux-trembles matures. Vous donnant toute l'intimité que vous souhaitez.
Ce 3 chambres (1 lit king et 2 lits queen) offre plus d'espace. Notre maison a des planchers de bois de hickory, des carreaux et des tapis. Plans de travail en granit. Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles. Cette propriété vous donnera la liberté et l'espace pour profiter de l'eau courante et bien plus encore.

Lovely place

Lovely new cabin and very comfortable. Had elk visit the yard and pretty magpies. Very quite neighborhood.

Fall Splendor

The running Rio Grande River and the brilliant yellow leaves was the perfect back drop for a peaceful fall weekend. The home was comfortable and welcoming.

Great Get A Way!

Booked last minute for a spontaneous trip and was exactly what we hoped for! House was very clean and well maintained! Right on the Rio Grande River was very beautiful and relaxing! Enjoyed a deer grazing in the yard!

Our favorite place

We enjoy staying here and the quietness of the neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. There was deer in the yard most days and of course the river.

Peaceful River Home

This home sits right beside the river. It is a beautiful home inside with a back porch that is so peaceful to sit and relax and take in the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed seeing the momma deer and 2 babies along with other local wildlife. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again sometime. It is a great location close to town and easy driving distance to other towns that are fun to go check out.

Perfect getaway!

Loved the cabin. Had all the necessities you might need/want. There isn’t a grill which we were notified beforehand and took our own. Perfect quiet location on the river. Loved opening up the cabin to hear the river.

Quiet Riverfront

Great cabin and amenities. Great porch for meals and sitting and listening to the Rio roll by. You can fish to the property lines but we went elsewhere for all of our fishing on the Rio and fished some creeks. Would recommend highly for the scenery and closeness of the river and the solitude.

Awesome House

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin. It was all fully stocked, clean and in a great location. The river right out back was amazing. It was in a great location with easy access to everything nearby. When I had a question, the owner was very prompt in her reply. Would definitely stay here again.

Yearly get away

This was the third time we have stayed at this property. It is quiet and beautiful location right on the river. The property is very close to places to ride UTV’s, hiking, and fishing. We recommend this property to families but come prepared to cook some if staying awhile. South Fork has limited restaurants but they are delicious.

Brand new cabin next to the river

We stayed in South Fork which is closer than Pagosa to the ski resort. This cabin is brand new and well built. When you walk out back, you are right on the Rio Grande river. The cabin has all amenities needed and 30 minute drive from Wolf Creek ski resort. Has a well stocked kitchen and a grill on the patio so it made easy to cook at home.

Riverfront mountain view home

Absolutely loved this beautiful home. The furnishings and decor added to the mountain get away feel we love. It had bed room privacy with open living and kitchen space for family to gather to eat and watch movies and play games. The river was beautiful with the snow and ice with water flow in between. The property is in a subdivision with plenty of land space between homes. The views of the river and mountains while sitting on the deck were relaxing and gorgeous. We can't wait to stay here again.

Great view of the river

This is our second time to stay at the cabin and would stay in it again. We love the view from the back deck. Just know you do not have access to a closet in the master bedroom. We just used the closet in one of the other bedrooms. Last time we were there we had a grill, but this time they didn't have one and we missed it.

What a gem!

We had lovely stay at this property. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Our party of 4 had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the atmosphere. The back porch is stunning with a beautiful view of the river. It was very quiet and so peaceful to sit outside and watch the river go by. Do be prepared for mosquitoes. The house is easy to find but you never hear the highway from the house. Angie was very responsive and helpful getting everything arranged. We would definitely stay here again!
