I usually tend to ignore retaliation, however the experience with June was beyond unpleasant . When I apologize I mentioned that is unusual a guest request to use the machines upon arrival, She went off and was extremely impolite, saying she doesn’t have to explain anything. The washer and dryer area have all cleaning supplies any guest will need. As courtesy, because of the stairs and the difficulty the guest had to use them, I asked one of our cleaners to bring some items to them and leave by the back porch. I always keep extra appliances in case of an emergency, it looks like the guest was unhappy with me providing a brand new iron within minutes of her request. June never paid for a fee for a cat she brought with and never mentioned to me. There were cat hair in every corner of the house. On the couch and on the beds. Filthy smell in the master bedroom where the litter box was placed. Actually I was the person in the unit downstairs and called her at 1am because of how inconsiderate and loud they were, dragging things around that late when the rules clearly says about quiet hours. Just a very unpleasant experience that I hope would not repeat again.
