This was a good place. We greatly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Haveing the back covered parking was nice. The little fenced in back yard and doggy door was convinent for our pup. There was a time when the owner needed to go get somethings from the shed and we were communicated with before hand. I would recommend others to stay there.
Convenient to Everything - Definite Plan to Repeat
Great neighborhood. Convenient to food, shopping, interstate, and anything you'd want. The kitchen is equipped nicely. We and our dogs found it a perfect getaway in the SLC area, convenient for hiking, skiing, sightseeing, etc...
The Sugar House neighborhood is very nice, close to Salt Lake City attractions, and convenient to ski areas. The house is older but has new appliances and complete utensils. The owner was very responsive. We definitely plan on staying again when we are in SLC. ar
Location is close to Sugar House and many restaurants and stores within walking distance. House was as advertised. Great porch to sit on and relax. Very well stocked with anything we could have needed/wanted. Very responsive host.
This is a nice, relaxing and comfortable home and rental experience. We appreciate being able to bring our dogs and have the use of a fenced yard and walks around the neighborhood. The property is stocked with everything you need and the property manager is kind and responsive with communication.
Great location, tons of room and really well stocked for cooking and anything you could need
The house is in a great spot, I didnât have any pets with me but it would be a great place to stay if you do have pets.Overall I enjoyed my stay but I did find that a few things could have used some more attention. There was a decent amount of pet hair in the back bedroom where I stayed and I had it on my clothes when I woke up in the am. Communication was also a little slow compared to other stays Iâve had.Not a huge deal but not awesome either. AC was a little wonky, I couldnât get the house to cool lower than 76 at night with a daytime temp of 85.Other than that it was really well stocked, the location is fantastic, tons of space and a nice front porch. Front porch was pretty dirty so I had to wipe everything down before taking a seat but all in all it was a good stay.
We traveled in for a few days with family and our dog.Our stay at the cottage was very comfortable, we enjoyed our time there. The yard was perfect for our dog and we had enough room for his sleeping crate. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question even though it was late. We really appreciated that. Will definetly rent again when we come back in a few months.
Every thing in the house was very clean and comfortable. Shopping 3 minutes away, liquor store a two minute walk. Nice walkable neighborhood. The basic instructions were not made super clear/easy: Wifi, Heat adjustment, garbage/recycling etc, TV usage, etc. but host/hostess were amenable to suggestions on how to improve that. We wanted to enjoy the HUGE Living Room TV but could not because we don't have TV Apps. Prompt communication with Hostess was sometimes delayed bcz of work obligations but then Sunnie was helpful. Super location to Sugar House and easy to jump on Route 80 to get to the different ski areas. We would certainly return.
