Great for family get together with small kids. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, even toys for the kids. It was nice to have a pool nearby as well as receiving waterpark passes. Communication and instructions from Bridges Bay Resort were clear. After our stay, they helped retrieve and return an item I left behind, which was greatly appreciated.

Family vacation

Felt cramped (limited comfortable seating) for the amount of people noted that could stay and lots of bugs in the cabin before we got there. Really liked the proximity to the pool and other activities.

These homes are in such a nice neighborhood with the pool in the backyard for the kiddos to play in and lots of grass area to play ball.

Friends Weekend

The host was fabulous and the rental was spotless. We had plenty of room to socialize and the sleeping arrangements were more than ample. I really enjoyed the tasteful decor and easy access to the pool. The neighborhood was family oriented. Some of the kitchen tools like knives, can opener need to be replaced. Boxes of tissue need to be provided also. All in all great fun.

Nice home!

Overall very happy with the property. We were unhappy though to find the garage occupied, when the listing said we could use the garage. With 100 temps outside we really wanted our SUV out of the sun. Only other comment is one of the bunk beds is in a loft, no door, out in the open. Gets very sunny early in the morning with no blinds on the upper windows. And the bottom bunk squeaks terribly. Otherwise the property was very nice.

The bunk beds were replaced last week. The photos and description detail bedding summary and loft situation. The owner purchased a new golf cart for renters use which is now located in the garage. Thank you for staying.

Spring Break getaway

Overall it is a descent place. A bit of a walk to the basketball courts and waterpark. It has a community pool in the back that would be nice in the summer. It had most of what we needed. In the summer it is a very busy place that is why we went when we did. The indoor waterpark was very busy. The cleanliness was not as it should be especially for the cleaning fee they charge. We had to do a lot of cleaning to make it comfortable for our families. The hair in our sheets was absolutely not acceptable. Maintenance was also falling behind. The fire pit was nice to have. The floors upstairs are vey noisy so don't plan on sleeping in if your downstairs.

Great location and property!

Our family rented this property for our summer vacation in okoboji and it was the perfect location! The property had everything we needed! Lots of fun things to do in the area!

Beautiful property - needs a cleaning

Beautiful cabin, nicely decorated! Great corner lot with lots of room for yard games and activities. The bedroom set up was great for a large family with lots of comfortable bed options. Water park and restaurants are great! We stay at Bridges Bay 2-3x a year. Comparing this to other cabins and condos, the cabin needed to be cleaned, The carpet and floors were dirty with food. Bathrooms were wiped down but not cleaned. There were only a 2 towels in each bathroom. No kitchen cleaning supplies. 1 roll of toilet paper so BYOTP - Lacking in daily cabin supplies. Come prepared with things you use daily. Overall a nice cabin but needs some attentions to supplies and cleaning.

Overall a good stay. House is on par with other houses we have stayed at. Only had a small portion of a roll of paper towels left and none remaining in the house. Only one dish rag and a couple of dish towels. The posted internet names and passwords in the house are incorrect.

Fun Girl Scout Getaway

Our troop decided to use our cookie money for a fun weekend getaway to celebrate graduating from 5th grade. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the neighborhood outdoor pool and a minute's drive to the indoor water park (and add on tickets were super cheap!). We were able to quickly access everything we needed. Communication with the management was fast and easy. We had an issue with the tubs draining and and they offered to get a plumber there that same night to fix it! The cooling of the house was a little difficult - it was either too cold downstairs or way too hot upstairs, but that's just life sometimes. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra pillows and sheets. The cornhole game in the garage came in super handy for playing outdoors. Only a few issues - the neighborhood outdoor pool was absolutely filthy - trash in the bottom, etc., and the kitchen wasn't as well equipped as the description implies. There were no cookie sheets, only 8 sets of plates/dishes, and all of the plates/dishes/cups in the cabinets were dirty. Not like the dishwasher didn't quite get them clean, as in they had never been washed and put away that way. So that was an issue for us because it put us behind in the morning washing all the dishes first, but I blame the prior renters for that.

Good family friendly property

Overall this is a great property. We stayed with young kids. They had a few toys and games to help keep them entertained. The kitchen was well stocked. Communion before and during our stay with the property manager was very quick. The one set of bunk beds is in the loft area. Lots of extra pillows and blankets available.

Never disappointed

Over all the cabin was good, it could use a little updating but we weren’t there to stay in all the time so it was fine. A little disappointed that the on sight pool was closed, and more so that the outdoor part of the water park was closed the day we wanted to swim but we made do with it.
