Nouveau en mai 2015 chalet situé à Bridges Bay Resort 3 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain garage double. Comprend 6 laissez-passer pour le parc aquatique Bridges Bay. Barbecue à gaz sur le pont et terrasse de niveau inférieur. 2 grandes télévisions avec câble et lecteurs VDV. Piscines communautaires, barbecue à gaz, meubles de terrasse. Près du parc Arnolds, terrain de golf, shopping ect. Des ascenseurs à bateaux peuvent être loués à Bridges Bay sous réserve de disponibilité. Brocco Bar et restaurant à distance de marche.

Great property, spacious kitchen and plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. Nice appliances and furnishings. The Keurig did not work, but there was two coffee makers so we just brewed coffee in the other. But overall at a great house, great location and it worked well for us.

Great 4-night summer get-away!!

We had a super time at our Arnold’s Park Bridges Bay unit. It was as we were expecting, for the most part very clean, but there were a couple of cupboards that weren’t cleaned out. We just cleaned out the cupboards of some crumbs… not a big deal. Also, the screen door was damaged and the screen was loose on one side and the bottom. We also couldn’t get the TV to work in the main level bedroom, but overall, we would definitely stay here again. 😊 It would be a good idea to add a potato peeler in the utensil drawer. THANK YOU!!

Great Place

I am so pleased with our stay! We all absolutely loved this home. It was spacious and clean. The house had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Owner was easy to communicate with. We visit Okoboji frequently and this has been one of the best places we've stayed. I would definitely check to see if this place is available when visiting again. Bridges Bay Before Back to School

The corner lot was very nice,easy access out to 242nd Ave a huge plus because parking becomes congested along the streets especially Thursday thru Sunday. Layout of the home was great rooms were spacious. The Host responded to our questions promptly. Ann you have a lovely home thank you for sharing with us. We would definitely book this home again!

Spacious Home

We stayed here when there were rains and flooding was at the worst. The home was very spacious with our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately the lower level living room and 1 bedroom had wet saturated carpert. We contacted the host and did not hear back. We were able to move fans around and after 3 days the carpets dried. The last 2 days of our stay the temps were close to 90 degrees. The air conditioner could not cool the home, it was 82 degrees in side. Even with not ideal conditions, we enjoyed the spacious main floor, dining area and living room. There were two communities pools in a few minutes of walking with shaded seating area too.

Well-stocked Stay!

This may have been the best stocked rental we have stayed at—lots of towels, blankets, appliances, etc. They have pretty much everything we needed. We love the Bridges Bay Area but unfortunately encountered several loud parties surrounding us during our stay that significantly impacted our sleep. At one point I was awaken at 2:30am by a loud drunk group that was on the roof at a rental behind us! We were woken up by a different party every night of our stay. We have never experienced this in the area before so it could have been a fluke or they are starting to allow parties in the area.

Get Summer Vacay!

My kids, spouse, & I had a great week stay at the Bridges Bay Cabin. LOVE that the water park & pools are included in stay. Kitchen utensils could use some improvement & porch needed cleaned as there was tons of bugs, dirt & spider webs. Otherwise interior was great! Very clean, and perfect space for our family. Thank you for your accommodations!

Family reunion

It was great being able to walk to the water park and restaurants! We also went to two different neighborhood pools! The house was well appointed and overall we enjoyed our stay!! Thank you Ann!

Beautiful Home

Very well decorated and clean home. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in lately. Only issue was that the community pools were all closed and the water park had only the indoor park open due to staffing issues (nothing the owner can do about those things). Lots of kids, old and young, around the neighborhood having summer fun. A great house...thanks for your flexibility!
