Spacieux condo de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain situé au 12e étage directement sur la plage. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire.

Wonderful location

This property is located directly on the beach with beautiful Gulf views. The balcony is spacious and private and a wonderful place to relax before or after a day out. The unit felt comfortably spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The heated pool was a nice place to spend a little time, though the temperature could have been bumped up a couple of degrees on the chillier days.The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great place to make our home base during our trip.

My husband and I and another couple stayed there for a week of sun and golf. Super location and perfect accommodations. Closest condo on the beach I have ever stayed at!

Stay was wonderful, had a blast. Condo was clean. The only thing i would suggest would updating the mattresses. Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early and hit up the pool and they let us know when the condo was ready.

We have come to expect excellence at this property and this year was no exception. Our unit was clean and well maintained as is the entire property. If we ever had an occasion when something was amiss, it was quickly resolved-with a smile. Everyone at Your Asst at the Beach is great to work with and attentive to guests' needs. We would highly recommend to anyone that they consider Breakers East for their next visit to Destin.

Love it all.Unit 1204 was not updated but very nice. Appreciated the kitchen accoutrements. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers East is a wonderful place to stay. The facility had a very nice heated pool, the proximity to the beach was good and the complimentary beach service was wonderful. The Unit itself was spacious, had a huge balcony and beautiful views of the Gulf. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. The dining furniture included a small table with seating for 4. One of the 4 chairs had a cracked back. There were 2 barstools provided but there was no bar area to sit at (the counter had no overhang so it was impossible to sit there.) The kitchen is in desperate need of cleaning an updating. The cabinets were dirty inside and actually had dead insects in them. The lazy susan shelves creaked loudly when turned. The countertop was chipped and needed to be replaced. The appliances were adequate and worked fine. The utensils and dishes were minimal and mismatched. There was no working can opener (the electric on provided did not work.) Balcony furniture was adequate but not very comfortable. Bedroom carpet was extremely dirty.Overall, space was wonderful. Furnishings were adequate.

Spacious condo

Condo was as described and offered plenty of space for our family of 4– plenty of hangers, drawers, beach towels, linens, and extra fans (help to drown any noise heard in bedroom from guests on the elevator) The condo lacked cleanliness, by the cleaning staff, nothing I couldn’t tidy up myself but wasn’t welcoming. Also there isn’t overhead lighting in many areas and the lamps didn’t provide adequate lighting. Showers both great and seemed to be recently upgraded! Overall, our stay was wonderful and we will return to Breakers East! Oh- 1 elevator broke mid stay, so you either had to be patient or take the stairs!

Very nice rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, with a very nice layout. Somewhat dated but not bad at all. Furniture was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware and appliances. Great view. Sliding glass doors need some work on the locking latches. For the two of us there were a lot of bathroom amenities provided. The Assistant on the Beach was really helpful and responsive to all texts. We would definitely stay here again if available.

Spacious rooms/well stocked

Had a great time on our girls trip! Plenty of room, nicely decorated, beautiful grounds and in a perfect location! The kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely stay again! Our agent was very quick to answer any correspondence from my initial booking until we checked out. 👍

Destin getaway

Great location, check in -out was easy and accommodations were well stocked. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. We arrived late so could not ask for cleaning service to return. I cleaned bathrooms, kitchen counters and swept sand and food from kitchen floor.

Great location but needs some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and in a great location. But it would benefit from some maintenance and cleaning. We had mold in the kitchen along with ants. I contacted management and the mold was cleaned up but the cleaners left a mess on the cooktop and microwave in the process. I was told they would spray for the ants but we had issues all week and had to be very careful to keep all foos sealed all week. We didn’t want to have to throw out more food. The baseboards needed cleaning witch made me wonder how well the cleaning crew was actually cleaning anything.

Beachfront view

Very spacious & as described in listing. Located right on the beach, spectacular heated pool, & not an overpopulated condo complex. Came with complimentary Beach umbrella & 2 chairs for each day of our stay which took the hassle out of getting that beach gear to the beach yourself. Just a very short walk to the beach to experience the clear waters & white sands of Destin Beach! Would definitely recommend staying here! We loved it!

Awesome view

Very nice updated condo, right on the ocean, short walk. Close to everything, only thing I would say wasn't comfortable was the bed pillows, but I prefer a very soft pillow. Other wise I would definitely stay again.
