Kahaluu Bay Villas 104 a tout: une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis la véranda spacieuse, la climatisation centrale, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable intégrés et un mobilier design, et en face de la meilleure plage de plongée avec tuba de la grande île.

Pour les personnes qui viennent à Hawaï pour profiter de l'océan, Kahaluu Bay Villas est l'endroit parfait. Faites de la plongée avec une grande variété de poissons, de tortues et même de dauphins sur la plage de Kahaluu. Ou, inscrivez-vous à une leçon et essayez de surfer. Kahaluu a tout pour plaire. La plage regorge de sable pour construire des châteaux, des toilettes, un espace barbecue et des stands de concession. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée parfaite à la plage.
Mais la plage n'est qu'une des attractions à proximité. Le parcours de golf Kona Country Club est juste en bas de la route. This was a lovely accommodation! Everything was very clean and well thought out. There were all kinds of beach supplies from snorkeling sets, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels plus sunscreen, binoculars and shower supplies. The rooms are all very spacious. We used the A/C at night but were not there during the day. The location was great- we walked to the beach for surfing lessons and it was on the way to our other excursions. We ate breakfast every day on the lanai looking over the pretty pool and landscaping to the ocean below. Communication was quick and the codes to get in were easy to use.

Condo was in a great location. We really appreciated the bag of necessities that were included (coffee, filters, baggies, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent) We shopped at Walmart and Costco for our food and made meals while we were here. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes and pans we needed. The snorkel and beach gear were good as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This place is amazing for staying with a big family. We enjoyed the walks and snorkeling across Kahaluu state beach. Everything is nearby. Amazing location! Second time staying

We've been to Kona several times but so far there is absolutely nothing that beats this location. Every single day you can just walk down to one of the best snorkeling spots ever and the kids love it we love it it's relaxing the place has everything you need, they do a great job keeping it clean and ready for you. Second time staying for us and looking forward to many more.

Great place to stay

The apartment is huge and well maintained. A/C is helpful and the place was cleaned well. The pool was fun. It was a bummer that the beach across the street was closed while we were there, but unavoidable. All in all it was worth it.

Nice place, ad states ocean view, but view is blocked quite a bit by trees. Place appears clean but had some roaches and ants

Regarding the ocean view, the unit is accurately described as having an ocean view; however, as is common in our tropical setting, mature palms and landscaping can naturally frame or partially filter the view depending on growth and season. Many guests appreciate the added privacy and lush island feel the greenery provides. We also take cleanliness very seriously. Our home is professionally cleaned and serviced regularly, but in Hawaiʻi’s warm climate, occasional insects can sometimes appear despite routine pest control. If we had been notified during your stay, we would have responded right away to address it. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you were still able to relax and enjoy your time on the island.

Loved it

This was a great place and it accomplished the 4 of us well. We couldn’t snorkel or do as much as we wanted due to high surf but the pool and balcony helped make our stay enjoyable anyway! Great location and lots of supplies. Loved having AC option. Will keep this on our stay place list

We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for breakfast in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Property was peaceful yet within easy reach of the town. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!

The stay was fantastic. Communication regarding check-in and access was fantastic. The place has everything you need. Love that there’s a dedicated, covered parking spot. The building was very quiet and the view of the water was terrific. AC in the bedrooms was key for a comfortable night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Great for families, well stocked, nicely updated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had lots of amenities such as controllable AC per room, plenty of bath and beach towels, soaps, reef-safe sunscreen (true reef-safe can be hard to find!), snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Vicinity to the snorkel beach was great, and we loved the pool. Amazing stay

Everything was just as listed, super quiet, right by beach, clean and comfortable. You barely run into any one in the building. 14 mins drive to downtown Kona. The drive is so nice. They had everything we needed and more, and they leave you a good bag full of things you might need around the place. Parking and beach gear.

Fantastic vacation

Our family loved the location and amenities of this unit. Super good directions and info from Trude. Unit and pool was clean and comfortable…and a view to die for!!! Wow, what sunsets! Thanks for making these Canucks have a fantastic first leg of our family vacation.

The property is great for snorkeling and swimming

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. The management is very responsible for all the requests. The location is great for snorkeling and swimming since it is close to those beaches and you can walk there in 5 minutes. In short, we enjoyed a lot when staying there for three nights.
