Cette belle copropriété Mission Beach est située dans un quartier privilégié de Mission Beach à San Diego. Les clients disent à quel point l'emplacement est génial.

Le condo a une vue spectaculaire sur Mission Bay depuis nos fenêtres, balcon et pont supérieur. Sur notre balcon privé, vous pourrez profiter des bateaux sur la baie et des feux d'artifice de Sea World. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse commune avec votre famille pour votre dîner barbecue, puis regardez les feux d'artifice SeaWorld. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter.

Notre configuration de chambre est un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre principale. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète. Nous avons également un canapé-lit situé dans le salon et deux futons.

Que vous soyez en vacances en famille ou en escapade romantique, c'est l'endroit idéal toute l'année. Toutes les attractions de San Diego sont à proximité, notamment: Sea World, Belmont Park, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, Birch Aquarium, San Diego Padres at Petco Park, Gaslamp District, San Diego Old Town et Knott's Soak City Water Park à Chula Vista. Un endroit idéal pour passer la journée est dans le parc Balboa, visiter les musées, Spanish Village Art Center, Ruben H. Fleet Space Center et manger dans de bons restaurants. Nous aimons manger au Prado ou au Panama 66. Le zoo de San Diego, mondialement connu, est en soi une journée complète d'activités. Disneyland est également à seulement 90-120 minutes en voiture au nord d'Anaheim si San Diego n'en offre pas assez. Les sports incluent les Padres de San Diego situés dans le centre-ville d'East Village. Le très populaire quartier Gaslamp du centre-ville offre une vie nocturne et des divertissements merveilleux avec des restaurants et des chefs renommés. Seaport Village est également très populaire pour le shopping et les restaurants situés dans le port. La Petite Italie devient le meilleur endroit pour manger et offre une atmosphère charmante. Liberty Station près de l'aéroport est à une courte distance en voiture avec de nombreux restaurants intéressants. À distance de marche du condo, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied aux restaurants, boutiques et marchés de producteurs ainsi qu'au parc d'attractions historique de Belmont. Sautez à vélo et descendez à Pacific Beach, passez une journée à surfer, nager, bronzer ou simplement vous détendre et couronner le tout avec un dîner décontracté dans l'un des grands restaurants en bord de mer. La Jolla Cove et La Jolla Shores est un endroit absolument magnifique à visiter. Il y a toujours une option de simplement garer votre voiture dans notre garage pour deux voitures et de vous détendre dans notre condo et de profiter de Mission Beach. Le service de bus de la ville est juste sur notre bloc aussi.

Nous réservons maintenant les dates d'avril à août 2020. N'attends pas. Obtenez les dates les plus populaires maintenant. Avril et mai 2020 est ouvert pour des vacances de printemps.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location just steps away from Mission Bay and a short walk to Mission Beach. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Roomy and comfortable too. The big garage with easy access was a plus! Communication with the owner, Kathy, was great and prompt. We look forward to staying here again and would definitely recommend it!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The bay side is steps from the condo, and the ocean side is less than a block away, a very easy walk even with a 4 year old. Parking is super convenient, and all beds were comfortable.

Great Beach Condo

Had a wonderful few days at this spacious condo and enjoyed every minute. The condo is just steps from the Beach Walk on Mission Bay side and a short one block walk to the beach side. We appreciated having the amenities of a secure garage for our vehicle and also a washer & dryer. The owner allowed us to check in early for an additional fee. Having a code to access the front door and garage made it so easy for us. One evening we had cocktails on the upper shared deck during sunset - so nice! We were dropping our daughter at SDSU and having a few days at a beautiful condo on the beach made it easier to say goodbye. Thanks for a memorable vacation - weather was absolutely perfect too!

Good value, very good location

Be warned there is no a/c. You may rarely need it in this location but we had the misfortune of staying during one of the hottest most humid weeks of the year and it was 85 degrees inside the condo in the middle of the night with all the fans going and all the windows open. That said, it was an excellent location, the place was clean and the rate is considerably less than many others in this area. Also note we were able to squeeze a large SUV and compact car into the garage. Good thing because street parking is impossible to find. These are just things to be aware of. The place is quite nice.

Great location

Pros: amazing location, two minute walk to the beach. We appreciated having two car garage and could fit two medium size SUVs. Washer and dryer were inside of the garage, also some nice beach chairs, umbrella, fire pit and boogie boards. Cons: Although the condo is spacious, it feels and looks very old and outdated. Kitchen appliances are very old, we used a toaster, but we couldn’t use a coffee maker because it was gross. You could see and feel some sand on the floor, dust and spilled cereal. We couldn’t use a sofa bed because the mattress was very old and dirty, so my husband slept on the floor. The bed sheets, blankets and bath towels looked old and had spots. We were charged the cleaning fees, so we expected the clean and comfortable environment. Overall, we enjoyed the beach, but not the condo.

Beware no AC

We erroneously believed, based on Kathy's responses to other reviews complaining about the heat, that she had gotten AC. We were there during a heat wave and despite all the fans going, we could never cool the condo. We sweated and tossed and turned at night in our futile attempt to fend off the heat. That being said, it was a wonderful condo. Clean, very spacious, near the beach and everything else we could ever want. We reached out to Kathy a couple of times and she responded quickly.

Great location

We rented this condo for a weekend family vacation. It was a great location, right by the bay and only a block away from the ocean. The beds we comfy, the condo was clean. There was beach gear in the garage, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Kathy was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights. It was well stocked with everything we needed in regards to dishes, pots, pans, bedding, shampoo, etc. Location was perfect to get to and from the beach or bay. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach toys that were available and there were plenty for our five children. We had plenty of sleeping space. Kathy was easy to contact and quick with her responses. Would highly recommend, especially for families who don't want to spend a lot of time driving to and from different areas. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kathy!

10th Anniversary trip.

Very nice accomodations....just did not realize the amount of stairs to climb daily...liked having bikes , beach supplies, and the washer and dryer in the garage-also having 3 parking spots was great. Also did not realize the deck was off the bedroom with the twin beds-thought it was off the master bedroom-my mistake. Kathy was easy to rent from. Loved our stay in Mission beach for out 10th anniversary!

Cute condo in an excellent location with very nice & accomodating owners.

There was a small issue with the garage door opener when we first arrived, but the owners were there to remedy the problem within 1/2 hour and the rest of the stay was perfect. The owners are very nice and considerate people and extremely easy to work with. We had five adults staying in the condo for a week and it was just right. Not too crowded and plenty of sleeping/sitting areas for everyone to be comfortable. The location is very nicely located close to the bay area, and the ocean-side beach is not far away at all. The condo has more of the basic necessities already in it than any other condo I have rented in the past which was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend renting this condo. False advertising and poor customer service

For many reasons this place is great, especially the location. However it was advertised as having air conditioning, but it did not. The temperatures were in the high 80’s the during our stay. My sister’s family and I collectively had 3 kids under the age of 5, who slept miserably as a result of the heat. I would have chosen a different rental had I known it didn’t have AC. I reported my concern to the owner, Kathy, she responded with an apology, but stated she did not realize the rental was advertised as having air conditioning. However, she sent me an email only 2 days before we arrived, stating the unit did not have AC, why would she do this if she had not marked the unit as having AC? I wish she would have handled my concern more effectively.

I have since ordered it and it will be in next week. I apologize again for mismarking the listing indicating that we had it. I had not intended to state something that wasn't there. Perfect Location

Loved our stay. Very roomy for the four of us. Loved that each bedroom had it's own full size bathroom. The property is very well stocked with the essentials. Carport very roomy and had many beach supplies to choose from. Grandkids loved the coffee shop that was 100 steps away, My husband enjoyed the store that had everything you could possibly need. The neighbors were very friendly. We will return next year. Shauna

AWESOME!! Place was clean, well kept. Enough room for 8 of us. Central to most places...beaches.

Property was great. AC could have run a little better, just kept windows open. Owner was very helpful when emailed... Always a quick and accurrate response. Would definitely recommend... Look forward to next vacation....

Older and needs remodeling

I was a little disappointed in the lack of attention when it came to the cleanliness of the property as well as the lack of staples in the kitchen. I expect to have things like flour, sugar, spices and condiments to be available to use. Unless you want to stock a kitchen for just a few meals, it is difficult to prepare a meal. We left the ketchup, mustard, tea, spices, coffee, sugar there, but it must be cleared put after each renter. There was a musty odor in the 2nd bedrooms closet and the sliding door screen kept coming off.the track so it was difficult to use. The master bedroom walk in closet was very disorganized wirh a small broken shelf in the middle of it and not enough hangers for our clothes. There was only 4 total rolls of TP for is to use for 5 days with 5 women and one guy and we ran out in the one bathroom. There also was only 1/2 roll of Paper towels, no condiments (ketchup, mustard) or staples (flour, sugar, tea, creamer, etc) so it was very difficult to cook unless you want to stock a kitchen for just a few meals. The springs on the hide a bed were broken on the right hand corner so the mattress sagged amd we cpuld not uae it. My husbamd had to work on it as one of the brackets was broken and it would not fold.up. our 9 yr old just slept on the couch and.the two other two slept.on the foam mattresses on the floor. It was inconvenient to have the entrance to the garage (and washer/dryer) in an unattached and not even close garage. On a positive note, the condo is located 2 blocks from the ocean and only 1block from the bay. It is close to Sea World and Belmont Park. My family had a great time at the beach and Sea World

Love it.

The condo was great. We took cooking stuffs and other stuffs but came to find out, the condo has everything. Will definitely recommend it to others. We will come back for sure. Totally worth it. We love how it's so close to the bay area and the beach.

Location is great for spending time on the beach and for touring the sights of San Diego. Condo had everything we needed and space for a family. Would stay again on a future visit.

Mission Bay Perfect Vacation place.

Very clean condo. Very easy talking with the owner Kathy. She was very helpful. Walked every where, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kitchen was fully stocked but we wanted to walk and ended up eating out. Great location on the bay. Has barbecue on the back porch. I will come back next year and stay longer. I will tell my friends.

Great place!

Large apartment, comfortable, great location, great roof top, cool bikes and body boards to use. What should be clarified is the usage of the shared roof including barbecue. There are 4 parties sharing the roof , at least one lives there permanently and declares the barbecue to be their property not a shared one. Will come again for sure!

Perfect vacation place!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this great condo! Clean, completely stocked with everything needed inside and outside! So convenient to the beach and close to everything. Our 3 sons (ages 17-20) had a blast. The owner was so helpful & very responsive to everything we had questions about. Can't wait to stay here again!

We have owned and loved this property for over 25 years. It has been a vacation spot for us as well as a vacation spot for others. We enjoy having our guests and family stay for summer weeks and during the year. Many of our guests return year after year. There are many activities close by but it is also very relaxing to just stay near the condo. We travel all over the world but love to stay in San Diego too. We stay in vacation rentals like ours when possible on our travels so we keep our rates low. Enjoy San Diego Mission Beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our unit features a great location for a wonderful vacation at the beach. It has comfortable beds and 2 separate full baths. San Diego is a wonderful place to visit but the beach is the best. There are lots of water activities and attractions near-by. The world famous zoo is probably the most visited site plus the Midway Museum is highly rated. Come bring the family for a great vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are located in central Mission Beach. We love our location. There are beaches on both sides as well as a convenience store on our block. A new crosswalk with lights has just been installed for safety crossing the main street. Lifeguards guard the beach during the summer months and are directly on our closest sandy beach. The beach is beautiful the year around. The restaurants are also great and many new ones have opened recently. Pacific Beach, our nearest other beach has many great and varied restaurants to pick from. We love just walking to nearby restaurants.
