Bungalow de plage chic, élégant, ensoleillé et spacieux. 2 chambres: 1 lit queen, 1 grand lit double, nouvelle salle de bain en marbre Carrera, nouvelle vanité, nouveaux planchers. . Charmant patio privé. Canapé d'osier extérieur inclus. Les détails historiques tels que les fenêtres en verre au plomb et les détails sont abondants. Nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils, comptoirs en pierre et est équipée avec toutes les fournitures et la vaisselle.

Cette maison est au coeur du quartier le plus populaire de Santa Monica. À quelques pas de Venise et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons des boutiques et des restaurants branchés. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 et est juste une promenade facile à la plage. C'est la location idéale et tout à fait charmante. Situé à proximité des bibliothèques publiques et dans un grand district scolaire.

Trip to Santa Monica

Great location. A few blocks from the beach, good restaurants and cafes. Very clean and neat. Quiet, historic neighborhood. Much different vibe than Venice Beach or downtown Santa Monica, which are just minutes away.

Immaculate place in great location

LA Adventure

A brief stay was everything we had hoped for. Great location, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living room. A reasonable price for a location one block from restaurants and hip clothing stores and a short jaunt to the beach. We'll definitely return.

Ideal location

Lovely quiet 2 bed apartment, one of 3 converted apartments in house on a quiet residential street which is a short walking distance to the beach, Santa Monica and Venice beach. All amenities needed in kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommended, would happily stay again if visiting the area.

Thank you so much for the five star review. Just to clarify, this rental is not a conversion but an originally built structure. These properties located by the beach are historic and preserved and structures cannot be altered.

Great Ocean Park Rental

The unit and location are great! Beach, sites, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is cool and quiet with historic homes. The bike path and street lanes are good allowing you to get to places quickly, like the Whole Foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed here to visit some colleges in the area and it was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and the neighborhood was adorable. My only complaint was the parking. Two nights we returned and had to drive around several times to find a street spot. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great neighborhood and perfect location. House was clean and fresh with all the amenities we needed. Loved the private courtyard! Tiny shower was manageable. Overall a great rental. Would highly recommend.

we had a great stay. The location was amazing and the place was spacious and beautifully appointed. We loved spending time on the patio. Very easy communication with host and everything we needed for a great week. Close to many restaurants and easy walk to beach. Had a car with us but easily could have done without. looking forward to the next trip! Street parking was surprisingly very easy too!

Highly recommend! This historic home was the highlight of our trip. Perfectly located, a short walking distance from the beach, bike rentals, restaurants and other businesses on Main St. Plenty of parking on street. The house was well equipped, on a very quiet and quaint neighborhood. The host was lovely and helpful. Hoping to rent again!

Great historic home in great location

We had a great time in the LA area and we could not have picked a better location to see everything we wanted to see! Home was very clean and the right size for us. Street parking was not a problem to find. Devon was great with communication and checking with us to see if we needed anything. We recommend this VRBO!
