Your positive comments about the fireplace and crock pot are heartening. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the term "ski in, ski out", we have located the ski in ski descriptions we have replaced it in all amenity locations to Slope Side. Your insights on the condition of the living room chairs and the broken chair in the master closet are noted and will be addressed with our homeowner and Maintenance Staff.
