Vues incroyables de ce condo 2 chambres avec vue sur l'océan

Ce condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bains est à la fois élégant et confortable. Profitez de l'incroyable vue sur la plage et l'océan depuis votre balcon privé. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée. Un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et une troisième chambre avec un futon rendent cette unité parfaite pour deux couples ou une petite famille. La grande cuisine moderne est bien aménagée et spacieuse.

Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. Before information about the condo - really great Kudos to the landings management. Brittany, Kimberly and Mike. They were consistently responsive and helpful. They helped us figure out and then book our flights to and from BZE on tropic air. They tracked our flights and met us at the airport - helped with our bags and gave us a quick tour on the way to the condo. They helped with a tour of Lamanai (including flights to and from the mainland). I took them up on the offer to stock the fridge with soda's. All in all - very helpful, reassuring and agreeable. Condo was B6. Nice clean, compact condo that suited our needs. Had a kitchen with basic appliances. In contrast to places in the US, there was a paucity of items generally common like cooking supplies (spices, oil), shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent. Not a big deal to pick some up at a local store or bring your own. Air conditioning was great. Washer and dryer worked well. Would have appreciated a coffee grinder. There are 2 separate sleeping area. The king bed in the master was a bit soft and found the smaller bed more comfortable. 2 Bathrooms - the master had a large jet tub (not used). We came to scuba dive and wanted additional space for gear. Worked our well for us.

Wonderful experience

This was the first time I had been on the island. If you love scuba diving and snorkeling, this is the place for you. The property managers were super helpful. If I ever get back to Belize I would consider staying here again.

This property has everything you need. Very clean, plenty of room, multiple pools with a bar/restaurant, and the hosts were fantastic. The property is beautiful and the location is great. This was the most accommodating check in process I’ve ever had. They took care of everything. Thank you for the great stay and look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at The Landings! This spot is the perfect location…close to town for travel by cart but also quiet and peaceful. A market just around the corner to walk to. Chad and Kimberly were so helpful with everything! The pool and grounds were immaculate.

Great stay at Tres Cocos

My wife, daughter and I had 5 fabulous days staying in the property at Tres Cocos. Chad, Kimberly, Brittany and Mike were all so accommodating and acted as our own concierge in greeting us when we arrived, helping us get settled in with a golf cart rental and booking activities. We're looking forward to returning to San Pedro again in the future, and would definitely stay at this property again!

Beauty at the beach

Our stay at the The Landings at Tres Cocos was fabulous. Can not say enough positive about Kimberly's communication before and during our trip. She made all arrangements easy and smooth. Loved our condo and the view is fabulous. Great location just north of the bridge for access to other parts of Ambergris Caye. Had a wonderful week in the sun.

Such amazing hospitality with Brittany and Mike. We have never been out of the states and them picking us up and taking us through all the steps to get a golf cart ect. We had o e small issue and they were right there responding. Amazing place and amazing g people.

Very nice condo & pool

Kimberly & Chad manage a very nice property close to San Pedro. The units & property are very nice. Our unit was very comfortable altho kitchen supplies were limited. Communication w/Kimberly and services they offer are excellent (arranging Tropic Air flights, local cell phone). Location is close to town, but not easy walking due to bridge construction & golf cart traffic.

Beautiful, clean, friendly and close to everything!

We booked two condos for a large family vacation and the entire process from selecting the condos, booking, coordinating arrival, checking in and checking out was seamless! The management staff was amazing and responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle between the center of town to the south and some really cool beach bars and restaurants to the north. The property was beautiful, but we didn’t spend much time at the pools or on the beach area because we spent our time exploring the island. The condos were very clean, spacious and we had a washer and dryer which was a game changer for packing! Overall an absolutely great experience and would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!

The management team was absolutely amazing! Brittany was absolutely a breeze to communicate with. Her and the team arranged absolutely everything we needed. From the flights with teopic air from the mainland , to the golf cart rental to my dive trips . It was all so easy and a joy to have all things handled so easily. I unit we stayed in was great and felt just like home. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Without any hesitation.

Excellent condo

Kimberly and Chad were excellent to work with right form the beginning. It was so nice to have excursions taken care of, golf cart ready to go, beers and sodas in the fridge and a book of great information! They met us right at the airport and helped us throughout the week with any questions. The unit was very nice and other than the massive amounts of seaweed on the sea wall (the smell was AWFUL) so we didn’t get to enjoy the lanai as much as we’d hoped for.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your time with us. We are sorry Mother Nature was not as cooperative as we all hope. To add context regarding the "seaweed". A very strong wind storm hit overnight which caused the sargassum to come over the wall. Our staff worked diligently and within a day, the entire beach area was cleaned. The sargassum influx is an unfortunate situation impacting coastal communities from Florida to South America. While we can have mats floating by our property from time to time, the sea wall normally protects our beach. The rare (for February) strong winds, coupled with high tides and waves, pushed the sargassum onto the seawall, which is unusual.

Bay Belize has to offer

Can’t say enough good things about this condo rental. Mostly because of the care and helpfulness of its managers Brittany and Mike. They answered our every question and request and took care of all of our tours and bookings. The condo is so quiet and well situated just north of the main town San Pedro. It was immaculate, I have never stayed in such a clean condo and we are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. Close to great restaurants and easy to golf cart everywhere. There are 2 pool options and while we were there it was never busy. There’s no beach but that’s because it’s a Caye not an island.none of the resorts offer a beach.

Good central location with plenty of room

The property managers were easy to work with and communicated very well! The property has a good central location. The pictures aren't up to date. The hot tub looks great in the pictures, but wasn't in operating order and had very dirty water in the bottom. There was only one pool available for use. The bedding shown in the pictures isn't current but was still nice. The skylights in the kitchen leak when it rains, so you have to put bowls or trash cans out to catch the water.

To verify, the tub in the master is not advertised as a hot tub, but as a soaking tub. We do not leave water in the bottom of our tubs and sinks. There were two pools available on the property. The only pool not available was the salt water pool and this was due to rough waters. When the water is rough, we are not able to pull the ocean water into the salt water pool. Our apologies for the inconvenience of the leaking skylight. This has already been repaired.
