Offrant tout le confort de la maison, ce condominium au rez-de-chaussée offre deux chambres à coucher avec lits queen size, deux salles de bain complètes et un coin salon avec portes pour plus d'intimité. La grande cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d'une table à manger unique en pierre locale qui offre beaucoup de place pour les repas ou les réunions.

Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. Beautiful Condo, great location

We spent 5 glorious days in this lovely condo that opens on to the pool where there is ample seating and a beautiful view of the sea. The condo is very clean and well appointed. It looks just like the photos. The check in process is very swift Brittany and Mike met us at the unit to check in. They arranged for a golf cart to be there when we arrived. Stocked us up with beverages, booked tours and were very accessible during our stay. We arrived to a power outage but they had cooled the unit so much in advance of our arrival that we could hardly tell. There were cold drinks in the fridge. Anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond. The condo is close to down town so getting into San Pedro to shop or eat or get to a tour is quick. The pool was in use but never crowded and a really nice way to relax after an adventure. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in San Pedro.

Great stay close in a great location

Great stay from beginning to end. Property management Brittany and Mike were very responsive from first contact to our departure. The property is well maintained and appropriate for the price point. If you are not familiar with the island, the location just north of the bridge puts you very close to everything, but yet the location feels peaceful. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport on arrival to collect us and our bags. The condo unit being ground floor walking out to the pool area was perfect, as we could enjoy the day and not have to run up and down the stairs for things inside. The in unit washer and dryer was a plus. We all felt the condo was larger than what we had expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time! The property was lovely. The service and assistance from Brittany and Mike were exceptional. Our family flew in on 3 separate itineraries from two different countries. Brttany juggled our arrivals, putting those of us who were delayed on later Tropic Air flights. All excursions, particularly Searious, were scheduled and rescheduled to accommodate the weather. Check in and out, rental carts and transportation was seamless.

The pictures doesn't do justice to this property! I loved everything! Brittany and Mike worked to ensure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Bring bug spray. I had some deep wood repellant. I"ll be back!

What a wonderful time!

Brittany and Mike were so helpful meeting us at airport, getting us set up with our golf cart, and getting us settled in. The location north of the bridge is ideal as it is a bit more quiet than down town, and it is a little closer to secret beach. We also loved having coco loco and the market so close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location with quick access to town and not too far from secret beach. We could relax around the pool or easily drive our cart to town. Our snorkeling guide picked us up from the dock then cooked up the fish we caught right on the grill by the pool. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Nice property and accomodations.

The property was nice and comfortable for our stay. The staff kept the grounds very tidy and the pool was great. Would definitely come back here again. Kimberly and Chad were very responsive to whatever we needed during our stay. The only draw back was the sargassum seaweed on the beach but mother nature does her own thing and it couldn't be helped.

Home away from home!

This condo and pool were even better than the pictures! We had an amazing stay here and the owners were super responsive to any communication and very welcoming to us. My husband and I both scuba dive and this place was super convenient to Elite Adventures / 303 where we booked the majority of our dives. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Family Vacation

Kimberly and her team were wonderful, they made everything easy. When our plans changed at the last second Brittany was on the spot to suggest an alternative and set up a great family itinerary. The Landings at Tres Cocos is clean with a great location. Just feet away from the pool. All employees were friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan on returning in the future. The only issue we had was not having enough time to try all the different eateries and food on San Pedro. We cant wait to go back.

Great place to hang for the week

Kimberly and Chad were so accommodating and assisted above and beyond the call of duty. The location was 1/4 mile north of San Pedro town, and easily accessible by golf cart. The condo was clean and spacious, and quiet within the walls. We enjoyed visiting around the pools with other guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved it here!

The property was clean, safe and a well-maintained pool. Our condo was nicely decorated, had everything that we needed. Brittany and her team were amazing when we needed more water, paper towels etc. they brought them to us promptly. We never had a worry about getting to and from the airport, golf carts rental, they took care of us! It was an amazing stay with them! We would love to come back and stay here! Hopefully in the near future.

San Pedro Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and great stay at this property! The hosts and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They booked our adventures and golf cart for us, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and shop. The property and condo were very clean and comfortable. There is a market/convenience store, cafe/coffee shop, and a very tasty burger stand/food truck a very short walk away. Check out was a breeze and the hosts took us to the local airport and helped check us in for our flight back to the mainland. We had a great time!

Excellent place to relax

Kimberly and Chad were fantastic hosts and made our stay easy to plan for and manage. Their recommendations of things to do and places to go were on point. The place itself had excellent air conditioning, a functional and easy to use kitchen, and a lovely swimming pool. The stay is located just north of the bridge which is the cutoff point for busy hubbub and nice relaxed strolling. We preferred to be on the nice relaxed strolling side 😃 there is a little coffee/farm stand just a few steps away that has more smoothie options than you have days available to try them all. Looking forward to coming back again.

Best of both worlds

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It is located just outside the busier area of San Pedro – so it is quiet and relaxing yet you can get to the restaurants in a few minutes via golf cart. Plus there are a few markets and food options that you can walk to. The condo and grounds are both clean and well maintained and the pools are refreshing. But what set this condo apart were the hosts. As first time visitors to Belize they were invaluable – they coordinated our flights to/from Belize City, provided transportation to and from the San Pedro airport, reserved our golf cart, and arranged our snorkel tour (including pickup at the dock right at the condo). Their welcome book contained lots of great information on local restaurants and activities. Kim and Chad provided the best of both worlds - the customer service of being at a large resort yet the privacy of having our own condo.

Great location, best property management team

First, I will say work with Kim, Chad and their team was the best experience I've ever had on a trip. We had multiple changes, and they handled our issues all in stride. Whenever we needed anything during our stay, we were responded to faster than I ever expected to be. The location of this condo was very close to town, but just far enough away to be very quiet. We could see the pool and the ocean from our living room and back patio, which was amazing. We had plenty of room in the condo as well. The bed in the master was super comfy. My only issue, which had nothing to do with the property managers at all so I never mentioned it to them, was the furniture in the living area was pretty uncomfortable. The cushions around the table are thin and not secured to the plywood bench below it, so it would slip and slide every time you moved around. The couch cushions were a bit of the same. Typically we don't spend that much time inside on vacation, but it was a bit muggy for us, so while we were not in the pool or in town, we did spend more time inside than normal, which just wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. I also think the owners could get a bit more money for the place if they just put a twin or bunk bed in the den/third bed area as the futon was extremely uncomfortable for my 10 year old. She ended up choosing to sleep on the couch instead. Overall though, this is a great place to stay, and Kim and Chad do make your stay absolutely wonderful. They are worth the stay alone.
