Avec un décor mis à jour, un grand espace de vie et une vue imprenable sur la piscine et les Caraïbes, ce condominium de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée offre une sensation de "deuxième maison". La chambre principale a un lit king, une salle de bain privée avec un bain à remous et une douche à l'italienne. Un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre, une deuxième salle de bain complète et une pièce supplémentaire avec un futon en font la maison de vacances idéale pour deux couples ou une petite famille.

Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. Notre objectif est de vous assurer des vacances reposantes et inoubliables tout en profitant de tout ce que San Pedro et le Belize ont à offrir.

Amazing place- can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our stay- right on the water, with a pool that we relaxed at every day. The beds were comfy, the hang out spots were also comfy! Brittany took such excellent care of us leading up to and during our stay. She arranged to have a golf cart delivered to the property and waiting for us, along with stocking the fridge with beverages for us. The location is great- right across the bridge for an easy drive downtown, close to Truck Stop and some other excellent restaurants and over the water bars. She can also help arrange excursions! It was great to have laundry in the unit for washing wet suits and towels. We can’t wait to get back here some day soon, and we’ll absolutely stay here!

We love staying at this property! The location is perfect, the rentals are clean and spacious, and the property managers go above and beyond to help! The beach front massages were so relaxing! Have already booked again for next year!

Best Hosts

This condo is clean and the complex is clean and well taken care of. The best part of staying here is the hosts Mike and Brittany. It was better than staying at an all inclusive. They made our travel arrangements to the island and made sure everything was smooth the whole time we were there. They work really hard making sure everything is perfect for when you arrive. This location is best with a golf cart rental. It is within walking distance to about 3 pubs. Without a cart you will miss out on the great dining experiences on the south and secret beach that has beautiful water where you can walk out 100 metres and the water is only up to your waist. There are plenty of towels, extra sheets and cleaning supplies.The pool is a 20 step walk out the deck door. If this suite is unavailable, you won’t go wrong booking another suite that is hosted by the same grouo

10 day stay in January 2025

Communication and help while at location was excellent. Loved the pickup/dropoff service at airport along with having refrigerator stocked with favorite drinks. Also helped us find tours that we very much enjoyed. Second time staying here and will do it again when we travel back to San Pedro.

We enjoyed the ease of working with these property managers. Their communication was excellent, thorough, and they were very available for us every step of the way. Very nice property great sightline of the pool and beach from our patio. Very relaxing. Property manager Brittany was awesome, she took care of us, as far where to eat, shop, golf cart rental, plane to the islland, drop off, pickup and check-in at the island airport…etc. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect stay and location.

This is an excellent place and location. Perfect distace from the downtown fun and the stretch of restaurants and places to explore to the north. Highly recommended for families. Hosts were excellent and supportive. Be sure to spend time at Coco Locos next door.

Great place for big groups!

12 of us went to this property to celebrate some birthdays. We did two couples per condo and was more than spacious. The property managers were AMAZING. Picked us up at the airport, had golf carts ready for us, and answered all questions promptly. When we had to check out, they were at our door to get our bags, and went with to the airport and actually checked us in. Walking distance to a grocery store, fun bar, and close to downtown. Beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Like a low key resort

Such a great stay. The place was clean and well air conditioned. The pool was 20 steps away and had a paradise view. The cell phone came in handy for making reservations. The property managers are great and set us up with al of our snorkel tours. Thank you!

Beautiful paradise

We arrived in the dark, but Brittany and Mike were waiting for us and made the check in process so wonderful. We woke up the next morning in literal paradise and were greeted with a beautiful view. The condo was bigger and nicer than I expected, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, large kitchen, etc… They also provided a Belize cell phone which was thoughtful and helpful for us to order food or be able get a hold of them from anywhere. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and felt very taken care of and would recommend it to anyone.

Extra service from hosts was an incredible perk!

It was such a treat to have our flights to the caye booked for us and a golf cart waiting upon our arrival with someone to follow to the property, we felt very well take care of the entire time we were in San Pedro. The condo itself had everything we needed and was in a great location, just minutes from everything you need. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful stay in San Pedro

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landings. The property was spacious for us and our 2 small children. The furniture was comfortable and having the pool a few steps away was helpful. Brittany couldn't have been more helpful with checkin, communication and even helping us get our bags to the ferry when we checked out. The service of being able to have water, beer and sodas delivered was a lovely perk! Would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Condo

This was the first time we stayed at San Pedro and at The Landings at Tres Coscos. It was very comfortable and quiet. Kimberly and Chad made everything very easy for us.

Easy Breezy

Great location first of all! Just north of the bridge so you can decide if you’re going North or South that day. Definitely need a golf cart, and Kimberly will hook that up for you. The property is beautiful, laid back patio, the pool was never crowded, it was just what we needed! My favourite thing was to sit in the morning with the breeze and sunshine by the water. Condo was very comfortable with great AC, 2 bathrooms, good living room, parking just behind our back door. It was all so easy! Thanks guys.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay! Kimberly and Chad were excellent hosts from greeting us at the airport to setting up our activities (and we had to reschedule a few with the weather). The location is fantastic and we the beach was so nice. We loved the interior of the condo for the two couples and one kid.

Great location and top notch Management team!

This was our second trip to Ambergris Caye and opted for The Landings just north of the bridge after staying south at Mahogany Bay previously. This location was much better for what we enjoy doing, which is heading into town regularly and hitting the northern spots. Having the market right behind the property came in handy and is super convenient. The small waterfront bar, Coco’s Loco, is right next door and we always had a good time with the locals and tourists- food was really good as well. About our hosts Kimberly and Chad, their communication prior to arrival, during our stay and right up to our departure was second to none - can’t stress enough how easy they make the entire process. They set us up with our golf cart for the stay at a better price than we could have secured it on our own and anytime we need additional beverages they had them at our doorstep within a few minutes, they also pre stocked our fridge with our pre arrival requests. Thanks for a positive experience and making our time in Belize as stress free as possible.
