This property was better than expected. It was spacious, with a beautiful view of the horses and fields. It was so comfortable. We were there for a shopping weekend. The location was centrally located to everything. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Our family had an amazing time staying at Nookside Stables! It was such a wonderful experience and so much better than staying in a hotel. My husband and our two daughters loved having the opportunity to enjoy an educational experience while staying on a farm.The experience was especially meaningful for my husband, as it reminded him of his childhood growing up on a farm in Ireland. We all loved seeing the horses first thing in the morning and again before heading to bed each night. The longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with the place!Don was a fantastic host! He was so attentive and welcoming, and he was always available to answer all the questions we had. The place was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Nookside Stables offers such a unique, peaceful, and memorable experience for the whole family. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for something special beyond the typical hotel experience. We are so grateful for our stay and would absolutely love to come back!

This place is stunning! Absolutely beautiful, clean rooms, the suites are gorgeous, the hosts couldn’t have been nicer either. I can’t way to stay here again next time I’m visiting PA!

Choosing to stay at Nookside was one of the best decisions we made while planning our trip to Lancaster.After a few hectic days in Hershey, Nookside was the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. From the gracious hosts and spotless rooms to the peaceful walks among the horses and the convenient location, everything was absolutely perfect.We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Nookside to anyone visiting the Lancaster area.

Great place to stay for a basketball tournament and had a great experience from start to finish. The location was super convenient to the courts, which made our busy schedule so much easier to manage.The place itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days of games. The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our tournament stay. We’d definitely book again next time we’re in town!

Kathy and Don were great hosts. The property is both beautiful and peaceful. We stayed for soccer tournament and loved that all the fields were close by as well as every restaurant imaginable.We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Another great stay for a sports family

We have stayed here when in town for sports tournaments. It’s a great location for Spooky Nook Sports and the host are great. Very considerate, clean, and convenient.

Wonderful hosts in Don and Kathy. This is a beautiful oasis and a wonderful setting unwind.

Wonderful all the way around. Excellent hosts and beautiful grounds- a wonderfully charming place to get away from it all!

Wonderful property and hosts

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The Hess family are wonderful hosts and the property is clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, as well. Highly recommend!!

Best location if competing at Spooky Nook!

You can literally walk to the Nook along a beautiful shaded walking path along beautiful horse pastures. Minutes from Lancaster and tourist attractions. Such a great stay and beautiful property!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were in the area for AAU basketball. The rental is walking distance to Spooky Nook. It's clean, quiet, safe, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is beautifully kept and the hosts were wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
