Cette maison a tout pour plaire et rendra vos vacances inoubliables et sans stress avec un foyer extérieur surplombant le lac - un excellent emplacement pour s'mores. La cuisine extérieure couverte a beaucoup de place pour se détendre et une grande table pour 10 personnes pour se retrouver et profiter d'un bon dîner. Il y a aussi une grande table de pique-nique pour 10 à 12 personnes sur le pont supérieur. Le quai a une porte battante pour sauter et plonger - ne vous inquiétez pas, il est très profond. Les vues sont à couper le souffle, comme c'est sur la meilleure partie du lac et les couchers de soleil sont juste à partir du quai.

C'est juste un court trajet en voiture (deux miles) à l'épicerie principale. C'est une promenade en bateau ou en voiture à tous les restaurants et boutiques.

Great Time

Great vacation!

Lots of space for entire family

The house was clean and very nice! Loads of space for everyone.The dock is awesome and perfect to entertain teens and kids, my kids had so much fun jumping from the top deck, literally no complaints. This house was definitely worth it we had a great vacation. And only a 5 minute boat ride from the anna point marina where we rented pontoon from.

MAGICAL

I could not BELIEVE the amount of property we got at this price. The views were beautiful, the decks were all divine, the kitchen was nice and big. Also, all of the switches and thermostats were labeled - there was NO guesswork as to what controlled what. VERY wonderful stay. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Overall it is a very nice house and we had a good trip, however it needs some updating, The most problematic was the water pressure, on 3 different occasions the water actually shut off while taking a shower, the WIFI strength was very poor and could not load netflix movies. The cushions both under house and down on the dock are in dire need of replacement, the lights at the dock would not come on or we never found the correct switch. For the number of TV's only a few would actually function properly. Downstairs shower hardware needs replaced, handle was busted and head didn't stay in place. Check in / Check out was simple and no issues.

Great Lakehouse for family getaway!

Pros: Well decorated—even cuter than the pictures; seemed clean and comfy furniture; came with paddle board, board games, and other nice extra amenities, TONS of outdoor living space between the upper (with “high dive” and Tiki bar) and lower docks plus upper and lower deck/patio (with fire pit); good location to navigate up and down the lake; Very dog friendly; Cons: kitchen was oddly out of essential items like kitchen knives (not a single cooking/prep knife so we went to Dollar General just to have a few paring knives for meal prep), wine glasses (I think there were just three?) and forks (well, not completely none but there were so few forks we had to do dishes multiple times a day to have enough from one meal to the next); 74 stairs from dock to main level of the house but the worst part was a very steep/slick ramp of pavers on the walkway All that said, we would love to stay there again! I would just bring my own silverware. :)

Memorial Day Weekend 2020

We were a 3 family group of 9 people total. We have older teenagers and 3 dogs. The interior of the home was clean. Master bath and laundry area were lovely. Kitchen drawers & cabinets are in need of a deep clean. A few basic pots & pans. Bring your own cleaning supplies and tea towels. Loved that the house had two refrigerators and allowed dogs. Basement is in need of new carpet. The large downstairs couch was suppose to have a pull-out couch bed which we had planned to use for our teenage son. However, the springs on the bed were broken nor could we locate an set of extra sheets. We were grateful to have bought a blow-up mattress “just in case”. House can comfortably support 2 adults in each of the 4 bedroom if they are sharing a bed. The small upstairs couch bed could handle 1 adult or 2 young kids. We were shy on bed space because of the broken couch bed in the basement. Lots of great outdoor area to enjoy. Great location. Would be gorgeous if clean-up. The exterior property needs some basic Three remind, yard clean-up to include power wash, and minor repair. Deck and stairs covered in leaves/debris, dirty outdoor furniture & grill. Suggest you bring two baby/dog gates as there was no way to contains pups on the large amazing upper deck w/o it. Found no lights on the lower deck nearest the water so we did not use after dark. Despite this we would consider renting again but felt it a bit expensive when considering the up-charge for Memorial Day given the problems described. Think the exterior should just clean as the interior given the price.

Excellent location

Just a couple of days getaway for my husband and I so there was definitely more space than needed. We just relaxed, and enjoyed the kitchen is well stocked and store close by. Our first time at the lake and rented a boat, what a beautiful place to get lost for the day. Will visit again!

Just lovely views!!!

Beautiful views of the lake, very relaxing setting! Would just mention that outdoor areas are in need of some upkeep. Communication with Property Manager was unfortunately not up to par, so there is room for improvement here with Vacasa. Overall, good experience!

Great house with plenty of room and great view

The house was perfect for a large family. Plenty of room to spread out and not be crowded. The outside kitchen and seating area is very nice and the deck at the water is amazing.

Perfect home for the much needed vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Please share with the owners they have the perfect home. The outside decking areas were our favorites. They really embraced the outdoors. It encouraged us to enjoy nature and each other's company. The internet was the only disappointing issue. We never really had access to the internet. It was not a big deal to me only to my children. I was happy just enjoying their company. We did call in the internet issue and the kitchen sink issue. Maintenance did come quickly and attempted to fix the sink but I did notice before we left the sink was still leaking. The tech also reset the router but as mentioned above, my kids were never able to get the internet to work. I apologize, I did not even try. I was happy not being a slave to it. Again we had a wonderful time. We loved there were many areas to enjoy each other and many areas where you could get away and enjoy the outdoors in your own way, on a swing, by the fire pit, down by the water. It was perfect!! To the owners, thank you so much for sharing your home!!

Perfect Setting for Small, Getaway Wedding

We rented this house, essentially because of the beautiful waterfront areas, views, and setting for our very small, getaway wedding (not to mention a covered outside-area in case of a rainy day). Not only were the outdoor areas much better than expected, the entire property is amazing. The house is very nice, with a well-stocked kitchen. We had two great nights by the outside campfire area and greatly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

We rented this house so we would be closer to the wedding venue where our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding was being held in Louisa. The house was well stocked and clean. There was plenty of room for four children and eight adults. The weather was perfect and the wedding was beautiful. Unfortunately when I was making the reservation for the house I did not reserve extra days. We were so busy between rehearsal dinner and the wedding that we really did not have much time to explore the dock or deck areas at all. I would suggest also to remove the loose rug under the dining table or at least put something under it so it does not trip anyone. Two of the bedrooms are down some steep stairs so I would not recommend sleeping down there if you are older and stairs are a challenge. I would also recommend that the owners have the sleep sofa repaired or replaced that is downstairs as it can not be used as it is now and limits the amount of sleeping space available. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor for my two older grandsons to sleep on. They are aged five and nine. It really is a very nice house and I would recommend this location.

needs a deep clean and landscaping TLC

this property looks like it was very nice once. The inside was clean except for the master bed. There was dog hair and stains all over the bed cover. The outdoor areas need some TLC. The grass and weeds are taking over and the furniture could also use some TLC. I'd rather have no cushions than old moldy ones. they say tiki bar, but it is in disrepair there are tons of light switches but few are marked and i could find none that actually lite up the lower dock ( maybe all the bulbs are out?)

Very Nice Lake Front Home

Property is very nice. We had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend the property. The only recommendation I have is that the rug under the dining table needs a pad so it does not slip. It was a definite trip hazard to my elderly mother and the dogs.

We picked a rainy week, but the house was great! Very spacious with all we needed in the kitchen. Would make a great space for a large family gathering. Loved the lake views!

Wonderful long weekend

We had a great stay for Labor Day Weekend! Dog friendly, beautiful views from the house, lots of indoor space for hanging out, deck relaxing, swimming, and made use of the grill and fire pit.
