C’est le véritable lac Big Sand, l’un des lacs naturels les plus purs de la Floride que vous voyez sur la photo et le coucher de soleil à couper le souffle (le lever du soleil aussi!) du salon et du patio. Disney Fireworks aussi!

Situé dans le haut de gamme Dr. Philipps, région d’Orlando, au beau milieu des 3 principaux parcs thématiques: Disney, Universal et Sea World.
Notre villa est une propriété privée et gérée. Aucune présentation de multipropriété n'est impliquée, car nous ne faisons pas partie du timeshare de Westgate.

Notre villa au bord du lac offre le confort de votre propre maison comme une alternative privilégiée à une chambre d'hôtel et vous permet de vivre dans votre propre maison de ville de style jardin sur deux étages. La villa est décorée avec goût et comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, 3 lits queen-size pour 6 personnes, un patio, un balcon couvert, un salon, une kitchenette entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes, batterie de cuisine, vaisselle et ustensiles. . Linge de maison, serviettes et fournitures de démarrage sont fournis.

Je voulais vous dire combien mon fils et moi avons apprécié votre villa à Orlando en Floride, que nous avons louée pour la semaine du 1er juillet. Après avoir passé nos premières vacances en Floride le 4 juillet, nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur endroit pour profiter des feux d'artifice. Nous nous sommes assis sur la petite terrasse donnant sur le lac et avons pu regarder différents feux d'artifice
pendant 2 heures, c’était merveilleux (surtout après avoir manqué le feu d’artifice de la fête du Canada alors que nous voyagions).

La villa et le complexe étaient magnifiques et nous n’avons certainement pas beaucoup à faire pour nous divertir.

J’ai (et j'espère que cela ne vous dérange pas) j’ai donné votre adresse électronique à une de mes collègues de travail qui pourrait planifier un voyage avec sa fille dans un avenir proche.

The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Check-in was simple and communication was simple and easyBetter then other experiences in the past.My family enjoyed our stay

Unresponsive

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

Not as advertised

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.

Would not recommend

Communication was a little spotty but was manageable. I can live with most things and usually don’t leave negative reviews, unless there are two things that are not met. I have to have a clean bathroom and a clean bed to stay in and neither of these things were clean. There was tons of hair in the beds and food crumbs, to the point we had to go buy sheets and pillows to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. The bathrooms were the same way with hair, and all kinds of things being on the counters and floor that we felt like we needed to wear shoes or flip-flops in there to keep from stepping in anything gross. Toilet downstairs almost rocks out of the floor and the sink in the kitchen has a broken handle. Not to mention we did not cook anything to eat, because the oven was filled with food that had not been cleaned out. The funny part is there are stickers and signs everywhere saying to take your shoes off to make things less messy for the cleaners but the place was already a wreck.

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. So we had to make other accommodations to go to a hotel and stay for the week!!

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.

Relaxing stay

The space was good and it was close to everything but it is dated and the repairs(patched spots in several rooms) that have been done are not the best .. The light switches to the living room and stairs didn’t work all the time. I messaged but didn’t get a response about any of it . So we made the best out of it that we could . The cleaning left a lot to be desired. We cleaned when we got there because it was dirty. . There was even a disposable blue mask and a panty liner in the night stand drawer that definitely was not ours🤢🤮

I needed a place to stay near the Orange County Convention Center. This property was adequate. Communication with the manager was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy. The property was in an older Condo community. The unit itself has not been updated in quite some time. I believe I read in another review that it could use a deep cleaning and some repairs, I agree. Overall the high traffic areas were clean. We did not come to Orlando to spend a lot of time at a condo. It was a place to sleep and we did that well.

Decent, needs cleaning

Pros: lovely patio with view of lake, convenient to downtown Orlando and major highways, quiet neighborhood despite busy road, neighbors quiet and keep to themselves, comfortable living room and master bedroom. Gloria was easy to communicate with via text and email. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area for anything you need. Cons: needs better cleaning, immediate surfaces were wiped, floors swept, clean linens and bathrooms clean, but fans, light fixtures and many other closets and corners had layers of dust and grime. Furniture is very worn. Sliding door does not slide. Kitchenette functional but very dated and oven needs cleaning or may become fire hazard, it smoked when pre-heating so I decided not to use it, which was very inconvenient. (Smoke alarms work!) Sleeps 6+ but don't recommend trying to cook for more than 2. Funny smell when I first came in, aired it out and was ok. If more thoroughly cleaned I would consider staying here again.

Wasn’t what i expected

Long story short…. The place needs a makeover and definitely some electrical work done. There was no toilet paper, complimentary washcloths or even clean towels. Don’t under stand why I have to take out the trash when leaving when I’m paying a cleaning fee. The exterior of the house was not well kept. From leaves and old spider webs being by the door entrance. Walls look like they were poorly patched up and painted over. Majority of the outlets upstairs was not working. My suggestion….if you’re going to charge so much for a place in centralized busy area, please keep the interior/exterior look up to date to this century. There is no reason why there was a box television upstairs…we’re in the 21st century. Upgrade your appliances and electronics

Filthy and Nasty

The home was so dirty!!! One pillow had a blood stain on it, there were small ants everywhere in the kitchen, bathrooms and crawling occasionally on the beds and couches. We couldn’t even cook because the ants would be over your food before you could even prep. We stayed for 8 days for our son’s football tournament and it was horrible. When we contacted the property manager she stated that the maintenance guy wife was in the hospital and she made three different appointments that he didn’t meet to come spray the property. He wound up spraying the last 3 days of our stay. We had our teenager, 7 year old and 1 year old. The couches had white stains on them. You couldn’t access the patio door, the floors were so nasty that my 1 year old had on white socks she jumped off the bed while I was trying to put her shoes on and her socks immediately got dirty. So much was wrong with this home that it should not be listed. An inspection should be done before they can rent out. Worst time of my life
