The place was very clean and updated, had everything for a short or longer stay. The location is perfect, close to all the major attraction. Also had great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!

OUTSTANDING!

We had a great time and it all started with our studio suite at The Enclave. Owner was communicative and prompt in communication. The room was clean and equipped with everything listed and most importantly was updated and clean. Pool and hot tubs were nice (wish the hot tubs were opened past 8:00) and it is within walking distance to lots of shops and restraunts. Just a great experience overall!

Great Location and Nice For The Price

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Was well equipped and met our needs as we did not dwell for long at the property. As far as outside the room, the property could use some work to refurbish. The hallways were not in great shape.

Nicely updated, cozy unit in excellent location

The unit was nicely updated and equipped with everything we'd need. Check in and check out were simple and the host was very communicative. Excellent location; we were so close to Universal (the reason for our trip) restaurants and shops that we didn't even need to rent a car. We were able to use rideshare apps like Uber with ease. The unit had a nice balcony and the complex had a good indoor and outdoor pool. Pricing was very budget friendly for what you get. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place in an ideal location

The apartment looks exactly how it does in the listing, beautiful, clean and spacious. We were offered free cleaning half way through our stay which was lovely and very thoughtful of our host. Everything we needed was provided, from cooking supplies to personal hygiene items. The apartments is in an ideal spot, a half an hour walk away from Universal Studios with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our host was lovely, very quick to respond to any questions and have us very clear instructions on how to check in/out etc. I cannot speak highly enough of both the apartment and the host. This was the perfect place for us and we'll definitely be back!

AJ was fantastic!

We were there for six weeks. We mentioned to the owner (AJ) that we found the mattress was sinking in the middle, and he bought a brand new one!!!

Great location and property. Pool and jacuzzi was great but one pool’s and jacuzzi was broken with an orange pylon on it. Parts of property were disappointing like the gym did not have useable equipment and the gazebo on the lake was unusable.

Fantastic little apartment

Couldn’t ask for a better little apartment. Ideal if your just going to the universal parks, which are a short walk from here. The kitchenette has everything you need to make breakfast and snacks to get you through the day. The complex facilities are great with a indoor swimming pool open till 10pm and two outdoor pools which close at dusk. The bar is fantastic and Carlos makes the most amazing cocktails and makes you feel right at home. The apartment manager keeps in touch throughout your stay to check everything is ok and with the wifi passwords. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florida

No heat

We went the week a cold front came in and there was no heat. We had to use hair dryers to heat up the 57 degrees room. The shower had an annoying constant leak. The location was the best part about this room. Would definitely NOT stay here again.

Nothing Special, but Cheap

Stayed here for a little over a week. Pricing and location was definitely convenient, and the host was really thorough in their description of how to check-in. My biggest issue was definitely the facility as a whole, since it's very outdated. The building and partially the room just felt dirty and old. The elevators some days wouldn't be working, and I saw there were little bugs everywhere too. It was great for the price, location, and convenience, but to be honest I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Good not so good

This was a nice efficiency apartment. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The issue was with the fire alarm. And the shower. There is a kitchenette with a stove. The stove is approximately 25 feet from the smoke alarm. When we cooked dinner the smoke alarm went off and didn't turn off for over 20 minutes. In contacting the phone number given to us for the property my husband was treated rudely. The shower issue, the drain didn't drain. The bottom of the shower filled to the top of the rim. We could finish showering for fear of flooding the apartment. Then we noticed water coming out of the laminate in the bedroom, just outside of the bathroom. The base of the shower was leaking. Due to the rudeness of the individual we called the night before because of the fire alarm, instead we went to the front desk to let them know. The individual at the front desk attitude was pretty much not my problem, get touch with the owner. I will admit I was not pleasant nor was I polite when speaking with her. All of this was communicated to the owner, who apologized for the inconvenience and the rudeness. And that was the end of it. Had it not been for the smoke alarm and the shower issue this would have been a perfect stay. Oh and the rudeness of the staff on site and the person that was so rude to my husband on the phone.

A Hot Inconvenience

Think twice before staying here. We were in town for a week for a basketball tournament. Thinking we would also make this our summer family vacay. First night in the room, our AC quit working. We slept in an 80 degree room!! We told the owners about it and they instructed my husband to turn off the breaker and reset the AC. He did as they instructed, only to have the AC work for a total of 20 minutes before shutting off again. After another day of being in a hot box, we told the owner it was not working still. They sent out 2 different AC techs and still did not work. We spent all 7 days in a very hot room, with the owner not giving many options besides “you can check out if you want”. We booked this room months in advanced, knowing we wouldn’t have many options bc of the huge basketball tournament that was scheduled and not to mention vacation time in Florida. So checking out wasn’t an option for us. They offered us a 20% discount for the inconvenience which was the equivalent of 1 night free for 7 nights of Florida heat!! The room itself was subpar. Looked unfinished. Construction going on all day throughout the complex. Only one elevator working and mainly occupied by maintenance workers. One pool was closed the whole time. No extra toiletries, blankets, or towels. And no cleaning service. Not a vacation spot I would recommend to ANYONE!!
