Absolument à couper le souffle. Imaginez-vous vous réveiller tous les matins et faire moins de 20 marches et votre plage. Sea Spray est l’un des secrets les mieux gardés de St. Augustin. Avec seulement trois (3) condos dans ce complexe isolé niché à droite du côté de l'océan du bras de mer de Mantazas, c'est comme si vous aviez votre propre plage privée.

Magnifiquement rénové et amélioré, la seule chose qui manque, c'est vous. Ce condo de style maison de ville sur trois étages en front de mer occupe les premier, deuxième et troisième étages. Que vous recherchiez une vue à l'ombre ou prêt à profiter du soleil, vous avez la meilleure vue sur tout autre condo de l'île.

Ce condo en duplex dispose de grandes portes vitrées coulissantes donnant sur une très grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la plage depuis la chambre principale et le salon. Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes et beaucoup d'espace de vie, vous avez beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et profiter.

La suite principale comprend deux (2) lits queen-size très confortables, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a deux (2) lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat.

Le salon a beaucoup de sièges pour toute la famille. Alors, installez-vous confortablement et profitez de la télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, regardez l’océan ou écoutez le son des vagues. Notre condo est également équipé du WIFI haut débit, alors apportez vos appareils électroniques et restez en contact avec vos amis et votre famille.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et très spacieuse. Tous les gros appareils électroménagers des condos ont été mis au niveau de nouveaux modèles éconergétiques, notamment le réfrigérateur, le poêle à fond plat et le lave-vaisselle, le tout en acier inoxydable, ainsi que le lave-linge et le sèche-linge à grande capacité. Sont également inclus tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin, une cafetière, un grille-pain et même un mixeur.

Sea Spray est une communauté de front de mer avec un accès privé à la large et douce plage. Centre-ville historique St. Augustine, la plus vieille ville des États-Unis d'Amérique, se trouve à seulement 11 km d'A1A, riche de plus de 500 ans d'histoire: visites guidées, restaurants, boutiques, vignoble de Saint-Sébastien, Collège Flagler, parc zoologique Alligator Farm et parcours de golf miniature avec bateau de pirates.

Updates need to be done

The location is the best. I was disappointed with the upstairs bathroom, needs updates and cleaning, rails are all rusty and peeling. There was sand all over floor and counters. Kitchen sink would not drain, no plug for sink. Kitchen essentials are not well stocked had to buy cups for coffee. Towels were very nasty looking with stains all over them. Ants everywhere!!!! Was disappointed with condo, i have stayed in the other condo next door and they were good, this is not taken very well care of and no supplies was a big disappointment. Location is perfect!

Good but not great

The location is great. The actual accommodations, not so much. The photos make it look very updated and new while in actuality it’s really only the main floor that is updated. The spiral staircases can be a bit treacherous and should be mentioned or at least shown in the photos. The couches in the living area had a distinct “urine” smell which was further confirmed by “urine eliminator” spray under the sink. Obviously someone else thought so as well. You’re sharing a patio with other units so if they have say, 2 loud, barking dogs that roam freely out there, be aware. Could not get clarification on whether the patio furniture was for communal use. Kitchen not well stocked but appliances were all new and working pretty well (bit of an issue with the ice maker). Had it not been for the location and beach access, not sure I would have been very happy. But the location saved it!

Location, Location, Location

The location to the beach is unbeatable. The kids have tide pool they can play in and mom doesn't have to worry about swimming in the open ocean. The view from the deck is amazing. This is our families most favorite vaca spot. We would not enjoy staying anywhere else due to the convience and breathe taking views. Also very good fishing and animal sightings such as sea turtles, star fish and sting rays.

Fantastic location. Accommodations not so great...

The Perks: The location of Sea Spray is unmatched. Being on the other side of the bridge, its literally like a little island tucked away just for you. The spacious deck with lounge chairs to accommodate the entire guest house was an added bonus. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom/laundry room combo had modern appliances and a contemporary feel. Now the Quirks: There's not a keypad entry, we actually had to go to the agency and pick up keys, and remember to not lock ourselves out. I didn't really want to "remember" anything on vacation. Lol Stairs are pictured in the listing, but that's the set of stairs to the humid, musty, roach den of the 3rd floor. During our 4 day stay we spent maybe 5 minutes up there. Long enough to realize....Nope, not sleeping up here. We all just bunked up on the second floor. We were met with quite a surprise when we saw the narrow, spiral staircase leading to the second floor. Imagine 6 curvy women with luggage trying to get up those stairs..... No, thank you. Most of our luggage stayed nicely under the staircase on the main floor. The bathroom on the second floor in begging for some TLC. The towel rack is broken, the toilet is wobbly, and the interior of the shower gave me heeby geebies. Yet, the vanity outside the bathroom made getting out of there and dressed easier. We were perplexed as to why the listing said it slept 8, because the sleeper sofa is a NO GO. The footing is visibly broken without even pulling it out and I wouldn't put my dog on that matttess. Management was awesome! I left a very valuable item and they secured it for me at the office. Which gave me time to turn around and retrieve it. I was very appreciative of that:) This place could be awesome with a few upgrades!!! :) Despite the Quirks, we had a fabulous time and with upgrades, would stay again! Thanks for accommodating us!

Great location, right on beach

Great location! It was right on the beach and the beach itself was very secluded (we may have seen 12 people on the beach all week). The condo was well equipped and was a good place to lay our head at night. The spiral staircase goes from the first level to the second which is where the main bedroom is and I can see how that would be tricky if you had any mobility issues. There's another staircase that leads from the main bedroom to the second bedroom on the third floor. There were just 2 twin beds up there and no TV but good for small kids. We had a couple small issues while we were there... no cable on main TV and sofa bed was broken when we arrived. Maintenance was there in the morning and was able to fix the sofa. We didn't have TV for the week downstairs but luckily the weather was beautiful and we weren't inside very much. I would highly recommend this location. Very secluded yet 15 minutes from some of the tourist areas for restaurants, shops, etc.

Fun Trip

Place was clearly not checked for cleanliness before we got there. There were a couple bugs discovered in the bed on the first full day of the trip. We call the office and they said they sent a notice and nothing was done that day. The maintenance guy did not come with bug spray and new sheets until 24+ hours after we made the request. The beach access was unbeatable. And the house is roughly 20-30 min away from downtown St. Augustine which was pretty nice. Overall it was a fun stay just wish the bug problem was dealt with more promptly than it was.

Gorgeous Beach Views

Great views of the ocean from all the windows. Fabulous porch. Well-equipped kitchen. Close to several restaurants. Close to downtown St. Augustine for a day's excursion. Thoroughly enjoyed the history of Ponce de Leon and a nice water cruise (both pet-friendly).

Great Stay

We had a great time. The location was nice, right on the beach. The layout is a little unique. The spiral staircase to the second floor can be a little tricky with luggage. The patio is shared with two other units. For most of the visit, no one was in those units, and we had the place to ourselves. Overall, a terrific place and a wonderful trip.

Great location

The location is absolutely wonderful. The condo needs some definite cosmetic work on the second level. Renters should be aware of the circular staircase, difficult for older people to use and transport luggage to the second level. The upstairs closet was unsightly. Would highly recommend if improvements were made. Can’t find a more delightful location.

Private beach for the most part. Updated but still needs some work. Good location for the most part.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is mostly updated but needs some work done upstairs. There is a bug problem in the bathroom upstairs as well as ants throughout the house. The property is right off the bridge so there are a lot of fisherman in and out and around the place but for the most part, we had the beach to ourselves. It was nice to be right on the beach and come in and out with kids. Not far from downtown. Quiet area for the most part.
