Évadez-vous dans ce paradis en bord de mer sous le toit. Les vues à 180 degrés sont spectaculaires depuis les zones communes avec un mur complet de portes en verre! Prenez votre café du matin et asseyez-vous sur le vaste pont pour regarder le soleil coloré se lever à l'horizon. Promenez-vous dans les escaliers et vos orteils sont sur la plage de sable blanc. Et la plage - avec un accès public limité - est idéale pour la chasse aux coquillages, la pêche, la natation, le surf ou tout simplement rester assis! Passez la journée à regarder la marée qui sort de l’entrée avec la création de mares à marée, puis regardez la marée monter lorsque les vagues éclaboussent contre «The Rocks» - formations calcaires et coquines. La plage semble changer tous les jours. Terminez votre journée en dînant - soit dans votre cuisine bien équipée, soit dans l’un des meilleurs restaurants locaux - en prenant des tons roses et bleus lorsque le soleil se couche sur une journée parfaite de Summer Haven.

Summer Haven Beach est situé juste au sud de St. Augustin quartier historique d'environ 10 minutes. Il y a de nombreuses attractions à proximité de la location - Fort Matanzas, Marineland, P��che, Parcs d��Etat, etc. Si vous cherchez plus, vous trouverez plus. Tête dans la rue Augustin pour un peu d'histoire et de shopping. Continuez vers le nord un peu pour Jacksonville, et peut-��tre prendre une équipe de Jacksonville Jaguars NFL. Peut-être une partie de golf à Sawgrass Ponte Vedra ou 18 trous au World Golf Village?

Rendez-vous au sud de la location de vacances pour rejoindre Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach et, éventuellement, Cap Canaveral. Tous dans un court trajet en voiture. Les parcs à thème d'Orlando tels que Disney et Universal Studios ne sont qu'à une journée de route. Détendez-vous à la plage, visitez les parcs d'attractions et revenez vous détendre à Crescent Beach.

Perfect beach vacation!Incredible view from the penthouse! Beautiful pristine semi-private beach. We had a wonderful time and it was so nice that we could bring our dog. The condo was nice and clean and stocked with everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

My family and I come most every year. You can’t ask for a better beach! Never crowded…quick drive to downtown area and restaurants…state park with beautiful gardens just up the road… condo is always in great shape, clean and comfortable…thank you!

Perfect location. Breathtaking views

Stayed here a couple weeks ago. We are a family of 5, traveling with our French Bulldog. Everything was great and clean. My 13yo son enjoyed the "3rd" bedroom and loved that he had ocean views from his bed. This location is perfect for St Augustine an. d Flagler Beach.

The View

This is a perfect beach vacation. Sitting on the top floor deck, you can see the sweeping views up and down the beach. Not only do you get access to a private beach, the oceanfront changes daily to give you new areas to explore. It is in close proximity to excellent restaurants and other sightseeing events like the lighthouse, alligator zoo, and fun mini golf. The condo is stocked with all the essentials with a family of six.

Our stay was very relaxing. The Veranda was our favorite. The beach was quiet and the kids loved it along with the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the large walk-in shower was nice. Guest had left some nice beach items like chairs and beach toys, which was helpful. We loved having direct access to the beach, you cannot beat that. We did have some difficulty with the stairs especially upon arrival trying to carry our suitcases, groceries etc... but we knew that already based on previous reviews. The place is in need of a deep clean and updating. It was nice having a reserved carport and we were glad to stay in a gated area. Personally I would stick with no more than 4 guest as the steps to the "sleeping nook" safety is questionable.

Oceanview Deck

The location can't be beat. The oceanview deck is absolutely fantastic, and worthy of ten stars. The giant chocolate lab in unit 6 below us barked for 2 1/2 days straight and that was a significant distraction. Otherwise, the good far outweighed the bad.

Great location

The property is older and needs a bit of updating, but the location makes up for that issue. The website shows extra beds which were actually in a closet complete with duct work. Two adults slept there which was very challenging. Overall, it’s acceptable for the purposes we had.

Beautiful location

The best sunrise view! Lots of room and seating. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is. Close to town and grocery store. I will say be ready for stairs, but it's worth it ! We had a great vacation here!

Best beach in Florida - but a couple of concerns

Matanzas is the most unique beach in this part of Florida and a wonderfully secluded location for a getaway. We love the location, the view, the direct access to the beach, the quiet of neighborhood and the layout of the condo. But please beware of a couple of major drawbacks. First, the third sleeping area is completely ridiculous. It is a mechanical closet with two beds crammed in- no ventilation or fan, and not tall enough for an adult to stand up in. No closet or stand for a suitcase, no electrical outlet. And no actual stairs to get into the space which makes it incredibly dangerous. It was not at all described accurately online. This is appropriate only for kids but even then totally not to code. In addition the third floor is not accessible at all for anyone with mobility issues. Both interior and exterior stairs are steep and numerous - not pictured in the listing or described - it was difficult to manage for two of our guests. Finally, bring supplies - there was very little paper products, soap or detergents for 5 people staying 5 days.

What a great setting on a rather secluded beach!

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was fantastic and wonderful for walks with our dog. There are some great restaurants within about 5 or 6 miles in either direction. We'll be back!

If you’re looking for a place to take your dogs to the beach, this is it!! Easy beach access, not a ton of people, beautiful weather, and the best back porch ever. We loved every minute and wished we could stay longer. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Absolutely Amazing

This property has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs and sand toys for the beach. Plenty of cooking supplies and dishes and even some spices cause we always forget....Very quiet if your not looking for crowds this is the place to go. Our family had a blast and can't wait to book this spot again for May and Oct next year.

This was perfect for me and my husband. Rights on the beach. Very private.

We would come back. Perfect location on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed 386 Fusion, Commander's Seafood and Elkhouse. We rented an umbrella and chair from Bill's Beach Rentals. They dropped off and picked up at condo.

Absolutely amazing

This is our second year here if that tells you anything. The views are amazing, very clean, very quiet and a great price.Has everything you need from blender for mixed drinks to beach toys. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will definitely return next year. Housekeeping does very good with their cleaning as well.

Awesome Location!

This was one of our favorite beach vacation destinations. We have stayed in lots of places from Virginia down to Florida. The location was perfect, it was wonderful to be able to just walk down the steps from the deck and straight onto the beach. The beach stretch is extremely private since there is a natural water barrier at both ends. We brought our 16 year old dog for what might be her last beach trip, and because the beach was so private, we were able to leave he off leash many times. The condo was perfect for our needs - lots of good storage space and my kids loved the nook.

A slice of heaven!

Absolutely hand downs the perfect place! Loved, loved, loved the low key location and private beach! It was a smaller condominium place, maybe 9 units and the people staying there were wonderful & kind. If your looking for a relaxing place with direct access to the beach at your doorstep, choose this place! St. Augustine is a short drive should you want to explore that area. There was pool access as well and covered parking for the unit we stayed in. It was fully equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking and also beach equipment for use. I am definitely going to be back!!
