CECI EST UNE UNITÉ DE LOCATION DE VACANCES CONFORME ET JURIDIQUE.

Cette unité de location de vacances privée se trouve juste à l'entrée de Waikiki. Emplacement idéal à distance de marche du centre de conventions d'Honolulu, du centre commercial Ala Moana, des boutiques et des plages de la bande de Waikiki. Situé au 14ème étage, ce logement offre une vue sur la montagne, le canal Ala Wai et la ville.

Idéal pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants ou les couples voyageant ensemble. Il y a un lit queen-size (2 personnes) dans la chambre et un grand lit (2 personnes) ainsi qu'un lit double supplémentaire (1 personne) dans la deuxième chambre. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size (2 personnes), de sorte que l'unité peut accueillir confortablement un total de 7 personnes.

La chambre peut être ouverte sur le salon pour créer un concept ouvert ou fermée pour plus d'intimité. Excellent location

Location is excellent to access anything Waikīkī and for on and off the hwy. Building staff are very nice and helpful. Was almost exactly like listed, kitchen had what you need, place and linens were clean.

Perfect location. Host responded quickly for all questions and concerns. Condo was exactly as described. Minor cleanliness and maintenance issues such as the shower curtain, liner, and rod need to be changed out since they are rusted. The stove display doesn't work, so you can't tell what temperature the stove and burners are on. Sofa is a bit worn out and not very comfortable. Could be replaced.

Location location location

Overall it was a great place to stay. Many good eats cloae by. Awesome food teuck court. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Very convenient. I will say the one neighbor who is a reaident was not nice at all. Avoid him. The reat of the people were very pleasant.

It got the job done

The place is older and not well kept, it was clean as far as sinks and toilets etc. Bit behind the scene was a lot of dust and stains and old mattress with the springs in your back.It was overpriced but it worked as a place to stay.

Nice apartment, clean and well appointed bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Bathroom a little tired but really good value for the area for a family to stay. Prefect position for exploring Waikiki.

Just what we expected

A little tired and could do with some general maintenance but it was great for us. Apartment was perfect for 3 mature ladies with everything we needed. Great location (although quite noisy being on an intersection of 2 main roads), only 15-20 walk to everything and having the pool onsite was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Good property for the price

This had great access to beaches and downtown Waikiki activities within walking distance. The property felt very secure with the access methods. Elevator was down a few times while there. The hallways were a bit worn down, but the condo itself was very well maintained. The property manager was amazing to work with! Communicated very well.

10-day stay

We stayed at the property for 10 days. We were supposed to go to Maui, but with the fires, we’re not able. Hazel was able to accommodate and extend our stay. Her communication was excellent ! This is one of the most clean properties I have stayed at, and have stayed at several over the years. Pros- very centrally located. Everything is within 15 minutes or close to the bus route Cons- I don’t know what was going on with the shower, but it was either freezing or scalding. Beds not too comfortable and could use more pillows Not sure the water is the fault of Hazel, could be building. Beds could be remedied with mattress toppers. I would stay here again with my family.

Great place just needs a few items.

The condo was in a great location, we could walk everywhere. The kitchen lacked serving bowls for food, utensils and the microwave had very little power. Due to the cost of food on the island, we tried to eat at the condo most nights. As well the large bedroom with 2 beds could use a nightstand and a lamp. For people wearing eye glasses, we put our glasses on the night stand when sleeping. As well as phones or books, which when reading a non-electronic book, a table lamp would have been beneficial. The building elevators really need an overhaul. They were not working when we arrived so we had to walk up to the 14th floor. The gentleman working in the lobby that night was excellent and placed our suitcases in a secure area. They stopped working a couple of times during our staff and we found ourselves praying they wouldn’t breakdown when we were using them. We appreciated the ability to utilize the cooker to take lunches with us. We also used the beach mats. I would certainly recommend the condo but wanted to point out a few things which can make everyone’s stay even better.

친구 가족과 함께 10일 동안 머물렀습니다. 건물은 전체적으로 좀 낡은 느낌이었지만 깨끗하게 침구류나 방안이 정리 되어 있었습니다. 하지만 소파 커버에는 모래가 많이 묻어 있었고 수건은 많은 낡아 있었습니다. 숙소 주변에는 노숙자가 꽤 있으므로 어둑어둑해지면 외출을 삼가하는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 방 두개 중에 도로면에 있는 곳은 새벽에 폭주족의 오토바이 소리에 10일동안 거의 깊은 잠을 든 적이 없을 정도로 시끄러웠고 양 옆 호실에서는 싸우는 소리에 미성년자 아이 둘과 머물 수 있는 환경으로 적합하지 않다고 생각했습니다. 또한 저희는 미국 폰 번호가 없었으므로 세탁기 어플을 사용하는데 어려움이 커서 숙소 근처의 편의점 옆에 있는 곳에서 세탁을 했는데 친구의 옷이 도둑 맞는 일도 있었습니다. 이 숙소에서 일하시는 분들은 거의 친절하셨고 문의 하는 부분들에 대해서 성심성의껏 답해주셨습니다. 짐가방 커버를 놔 두고 와서 연락을 드렸고 무사히 받을 수 있었습니다.

Everything was good, communication was clear, check in was seamless, it was nice that they had beach towels. It is a good 20 min walk to the beach. Great coffee shop just downstairs.

Great Location

When we came in there was a termite hatch going on, no fault of place. The floors were not very clean. The most irritating was the small amt of supplies ie toilet paper and paper towels. This was disclosed, but you want to know what would have improved our rating. Dishes were not very nice some burned some broken. Other than those issues, we loved the location. Also the sofa bed had to be fixed and a towel bar needed to be tightened.

Decent location, lacking in other areas

Decent location to downtown Waikiki and the beaches. However lacks in other areas. Upon arrival it was not clear where to find the key fob lock box. The pics of the apartment on VROB make it appear to be in better shape. Bathroom appears to be remodel, but the ceiling needs replaced. There was no welcome guide, things to do, how to work the tv or instructions of what to do when leaving. Livingroom Furniture was uncomfortable. Never used the pool. Overall, the apartment need some improvements to get a better rating.

Clean but older building

Clean unit and great service by Cheryl and Hazel but building is very old and in a noisy area. Location is good just a 10 minute walk to shops restaurants and beach. Crazy outdated lock system for the building and elevator. Mattress is rock hard. Overall fine but price was pretty high for what you get especially with parking fee additional.

Conveniently located, around 15min walk to Waikiki beach

This place is nicely located near Waikiki beach main area, around 15minutes walk to the beach. There's a convenient store right next to the apartment, which was a plus. The building is a bit old, the place was clean and pleasant, though few cockroaches came out during our stay (thanks to a bug repellent being present in the place) If there were enough toilet papers, etc provided, It would've been nicer. Check in was easy, though the key holder was jammed and spent some time trying to unlock the key holder There's a laundry on the same building, which you will have to load money into the laudnry card (only takes 5, 10, 20 bills), so make sure you have some cash if you want to wash your clothes. A key downside about this place is that It would've been definitely great if this place provides a parking spot, since there's a parking garage at this building. Overall, It was a pleasant experience.
