Wonderful Stay!

Sunnieholme is a great home in the historic neighborhood of Breckenridge— it is literally walking/biking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much above and beyond was provided in the home and we hope to return!

Sara is a kind and responsive host. The house in in Breckenridge is ideally located in town to be able to walk to dinner or shop, with easy public access to skiing. We had plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen, bedrooms and laundry had everything we needed. We hope we'll be able to rent this house again for our next trip to Breckenridge.

We had an excellent stay in Breckenridge. Sara was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. The house had everything we needed and being able to use the garage was great with all the snow. Would definitely rent again.

Carter Park is a 5 minute walk from the house which offers a great sledding hill which is free. House was great and host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything you would need in Breck. House was clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Owner is very responsive if anything comes up.

Amazing location in historic Breck!

Adorable townhouse! The beds were amazingly comfortable and Sara has thought of everything you might need. We came for a ski weekend with our two kiddos - this is right off the shuttle walk and just two blocks from all the restaurants/shops. Great little find!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

This is a wonderful, comfortable house, 5 min walking distance to Main St and with super easy access to free buses to the various ski bases. The house is super well appointed, clean and spacious feeling. Sara was lovely to communicate with from start to finish. Hope to be back!

Amazing Location!

What a great decision it was to stay at this house. Every day we were just steps away from all Main Street has to offer without battling traffic or parking. Steps from the sledding park, steps from the gondola too. The house was clean, warm and had every single thing I needed to cook for my family..

Great location. Property is perfect for small family.

The house is great. Location is perfect, walking distance from most things including Main St. Sledding park a block away. Clean, everything worked. Sara was great. Nothing to complain about, well besides the altitude sickness in Breck! Ha ha.

Just perfect

Fantastic property in our favorite neighborhood. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The porch made for great afternoons reading and sipping in the sun. Location can’t be beat. Close to Carter Park and all our favorite spots to eat. Check in and out were easy. 10/10.

Damage Deposits

Exercise caution when dealing with this property owner as to damage deposits. We had no problems with any appliances in the home, but was later told the dishwasher didn’t work. It was working fine when we left and worked throughout our stay. Suspicious in my opinion.

I am very sorry to hear that this guest feels this way. I do my best to make every booking feel like a guest in my home and try to treat them as such. So, it is disappointing to hear that someone believes I am acting less than forthright. In regard to this review. 1) There were guests in my home prior to Shelli’s arrival & according to the previous guest & the cleaners, upon their departure, the dishwasher worked fine. 2) Upon Shelli’s departure, the cleaners called me & indicated that the dishwasher was not working. 3) I contacted Shelli multiple times to try to get additional information regarding the dishwasher not functioning & never received a response. 4) I brought in an appliance repair person & paid to resolve the issue. 5) Shelli received a 100% refund of her damage deposit. I feel like this review is unfair and not representative of any of my other reviews. All my other guests have been very happy with their stay & truly enjoyed the house.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect - close to everything! Sara was beyond helpful and the house was clean and cozy - we loved turning on the fireplace after a day on the mountain! The house was well appointed and had a generous supply of staples to help us feel at home. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks Sara!

Perfect place for my family to spend Christmas. Plenty of space for the three of us with a well stocked kitchen. Location was great as we could walk pretty much anywhere in town. Sara was great to work with and answered any questions promptly.

My home is located in the historic district, a quiet residential area, 3-blocks off Main St & is walking distance to everything! This location is pure convenience. Guests have the option of walking to town or the mountain, or walk 1-block up (2 minutes) & catch a bus to anywhere in town or the mountain. Park your car & walk or take a bus everywhere!

This is my home, I have owned it for a very long time & spend a lot of time here myself. Sunnieholme is super comfortable, tastefully decorated & offers everything you could need for a wonderful vacation!
