La luxueuse maison de 5 800 pieds carrés comprend 4 chambres à coucher, 6 salles de bain et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes. Détendez-vous au bord de la belle piscine après votre journée de dégustation de vin.
La maison principale est une ferme de deux étages de style avec 4 chambres (Master BR est la seule chambre au deuxième étage, dispose d’un grand placard et d’un bureau), 4 salles de bain (toutes avec salle de bains), un salon, un coin repas formel , grande cuisine avec plusieurs aires de repos, comptoir, table de petit-déjeuner et appareils haut de gamme, tous les planchers de bois franc et joliment meublée. Il y a deux grandes zones de porche attachées à la maison (avant et arrière), un accès Internet complet et un service sans fil, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un grand garde-manger, un bar avec réfrigérateur à vin, une télévision à écran LED 75 pouces dans la grande salle / cuisine, un 50 "TV LED dans la chambre des maîtres avec Sonos dans toute la maison. Une grange de 2500 a un gymnase (Peloton, tapis roulant Lifemaster, poids) et une table de ping-pong. Il existe également trois vélos Trek à utiliser pour faire du vélo dans les environs immédiats.

La propriété de 4. 5 acres a une piscine d'eau salée (couverture solaire chauffée) et une grande zone de cuisson en plein air.

Le Grove Estate Sonoma propose à nos clients un service de conciergerie comprenant petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîners de chefs privés, transport en limousine pour la dégustation de vins et les transferts aéroport, massages maison, yoga et excursions en montgolfière. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property! The house is incredibly spacious and perfect for entertaining large groups. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. We even cancelled some restaurant plans just so we could spend more time enjoying the property! We'll definitely book this again for our next wine country trip!

Beautiful property with amazing outdoor accommodations. The owner was very helpful in recommending a number of options from dining to wineries. Our favorite night included a dinner at the house with a private chef, could not have been better!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities. Four couples vacationed for nine days and had a great time relaxing, visiting some wineries, shopping, and dining out as well as cooking in. This home had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to questions. Definitely recommend!

Sonoma Sanctuary

No detail is spared at this stunning Sonoma sanctuary. From the perfectly laid out sleeping accommodations, the spacious kitchen and open living area, to the pristine grounds — everything about this home was perfect. It has everything you could possibly need…comfortable bedding, outdoor amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect family vacation!

There were 8 of us that stayed at the Carr Farm. We went for a family vacation to visit wineries in the valley. This place is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner, David, is SO easy to work with from the beginning when you book it until the end! All the amenities make it so enjoyable you don’t ever want to leave the house. We all agreed we wouldn’t hesitate in booking there again! Thank y’all for a great stay!!

Gorgeous property!

This is truly an amazing home in the heart of Sonoma. We were less than a 10 minute drive from Sonoma square, yet the house location felt so tranquil. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, super clean, a gorgeous pool, and everything you need for an amazing stay. We had the most wonderful dinner under their vine-covered terrace. My only recommendation for the property would be to upgrade the 2 smaller beds to king sized, as this house is certainly fit for a king!! Amazing and responsive owner- would absolutely stay again!

Trip of a lifetime.

We cannot express how much we appreciated and enjoyed this home and our time together during our stay. To say the home was properly equipped would be an understatement. Spectacular!

First let me just say that this vacation home was spectacular!! EVERYTHING was perfect and I do mean everything. From the plentiful serverware and wineglasses for our at home dinners, to the fully equipped gym, to the beautifully appointed rooms this home is spot on. It’s hard to put the backyard into words and the pictures don’t do it justice. Let me just say we cancelled a dinner reservation and had to go buy groceries so that we could stay in and BBQ our very first evening there. Exceeded every expectation. We will be back again!!

Pure Heaven

This was our absolute favorite place we have stayed (and we travel quite a bit!) Everything was fresh, clean, spaciousand well appointed. There was more than enough of anything we needed for a large group. The backyard is an oasis. We loved picking a lemon from the lemon tree, sitting in the jacuzzi, detoxing (before retoxing) in the sauna, and taking our daily walk to the gym or around the neighborhood. David Carr was extremely helpful, attentive and added so many thoughtful details that made my wife's 50th birthday trip the best birthday of her life. The entire group agreed they did not want to leave and will certainly be back. Thank you so much, David for all the details and assistance you gave.

My Other Life

This property is the base for the dream life you want to live. Everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation has been provided. The house and grounds are immaculate. The property manager left directions for enjoying the amenities. Overall, the property is a 5 out of 5. Only one suggestion: the king bed on the main floor of the house could be made more comfortable. It feels like 2 twin beds pushed together. There is a jump in the middle and both sides are soft and sagging a bit. Everything else was amazing.

Incredible property, incredible hosts and incredible stay. The property is gorgeous and the hosts have stocked it with everything you want, need and didn't know you wanted and needed. The house and amenities were clean and in impeccable condition. The pool was outstanding, as was the outdoor space. The house and kitchen were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our family enjoyed the property so much, we wound up cancelling dinners and plans so we could spend more time in the home. We loved the "smart" innovations in the house, controlled by an iPad and did I mention how amazing and clean everything was? Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The hosts were incredibly nice and responsive. I received emails about the check-in process well in advance of our stay and check-in/check-out were seamless and easy. The hosts responded to my few questions promptly and were lovely to communicate with. My family and I had a wonderful stay. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to book this property, do it now!

Friends Getaway

Had the perfect friends get together for my husbands 50th birthday. The house is just as beautiful in person as it was in the listing. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. They also gave wonderful suggestions for wineries and restaurants. We had a private chef dinner under the pergola and the setting was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Absolute perfection!

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better retreat for ourselves as part of our wedding in Sonoma. The house was impeccable and a true oasis for us and our friends and family during our stay. It was such a treat to wake up and have coffee on the patio, walk in the grapevines, sit in the sauna, and then dive into the pool - and that was just the morning itinerary! Everything in the house was there for us - the kitchen had everything we needed to entertain - the sitting and dining rooms were warm and inviting - the property was lush and full of life - and every little detail (down to the bucket of flip flops by the pool) was well thought out and planned. We are excited to come back and stay again soon!

We have been coming to the wine country for years and love the beauty and people of Sonoma. Our son David and his girlfriend Michelle live in the city and we love entertaining them with their friends! Sonoma relatively easy to get to from the city!

The property has fantastic entertaining spaces in the back with the new pool, garden, arbors, trellis and 2 acres of vineyard. Feels like you are in the country yet the town, restaurants, wine tasting and golf are only a few miles away.
