Il a cinq étages avec un parking couvert sous les unités. En 305, la cuisine a été complÚtement remodelée, une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse a été ajoutée et la salle de bain principale est remodelée. Cette unité est l'une des plus grandes unités de la propriété. Le balcon est trop grande et une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique.

It was everything as stated in the description and more . This 5 night stay for my wife and I was great . You truly hear the waves from within the condo . I love the captains chairs on the balcony . The property is well managed and maintained. We visited all 3 restaurants and dined . Very good food. We loved walking the pier and saw a huge sea turtle at the end of the pier . Very easy to beach access. We already plan to book this same place next year .

Comfortable Week Away

This condo offered all of the comforts of home with comfy beds, a tidy/organized kitchen for cooking, and the warmest pool we have ever used staying in a condo! Our family loves breakfast on the balcony, starting the day in the fresh, salty air! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The view and location of this unit is unmatched! We loved the easy and accessible location to the beach and pool! The pool is also such a win with little kiddos. Everything is safe and the utilization of gates makes a mama feel really good. The pool is also heated! The communication with the VRBO host was easy and they quickly responded, which was super helpful! It is a quick drive to some lovely places to eat and the beach is less crowded and busy, even during spring break! Other than a wine bottle opener, the kitchen had everything we needed. A few things to note include that some of things provided by other units were not available at this unit on the property. For example; beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. You will have to bring your own. That is hard for families of five with younger kids that are flying. Also, the cabinets were a bit grubby upon arrival and I needed to wipe them down. Lastly, we bought a wine bottle opener and donated it to the unit as one was not available, along with some pool noodles. Some updates or amenities could be included that would make this a five star experience. New towels for the bathrooms, new pillows for the king bedroom, and providing a few items to make the trip more manageable would be lovely for the beach, like sand toys, beach towels, a mini cooler, and some foldable chairs. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and provided our family some quality time together. We would rebook in the future and plan ahead for amenities.

This condo is absolutely perfect!! It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf and white sand. I loved everything about the condo, especially the laundry being in the unit and the designated parking spot was close to the elevator. It was nice to also have the swimming pool as well. There’s this adorable little coffee place right across the street that has the best iced white mocha I’ve ever tasted. I enjoyed getting my cup of coffee in the mornings and bringing it back to enjoy on the balcony while I watched for dolphins. 10/10 recommend!!

Perfect view of the water

The property had a perfect view on the water from the balcony and from both rooms facing the water. The property was very clean and functional. It was a little far to walk to the restaurants but just a short drive.

Everything they claimed it was!

We were looking for a place in the Navarre area to spend Christmas, so we could be close to my brother, who's stationed/lives there. This place not only looked perfect but was exactly what they claimed it was! The views were breathtaking everyday, all day long and the beach was easy access. Navarre Beach is definitely a hidden gem and we plan to be back!

Nice relaxing stay

The condo was as expected with nice features. We enjoyed the ocean views and having balcony access from both the living room and main bedroom. Also enjoyed having a double vanity and tub/shower in the master suite. Jan was very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had before, during and after our stay. A+ for property management.

We so enjoyed everything here. The place was pristine and updated. Easily accessible. I use a cane and my hubby just had a surgery, so he needed to rest at times and this place was so accommodating. Loved the balcony! We will definitely be back and ask for Jan’s place.

My stay was disrupted by hammers and chainsaws, not able to get on the beach. The views were beautiful. I wished I had known about the area was gonna be under construction. I’m a local and I could have rescheduled my time to a different date. It is unfortunate that amount of money that I spent that I couldn’t utilize all of its facilities and especially the beach, which is what I was there for.

Hidden Gem!

We had a fantastic week with beautiful weather and our beautiful condo at Emerald Coast. It was the perfect size if you're looking for that quiet getaway and you don't want an oversized/over populated area, then this is your place! So much relaxation. Kitchen was well stocked And condo was beautifully decorated. The only thing that could have made our stay better, would have been better outdoor furniture. Many of the units had very nice balcony furniture, ours was the old, plastic type. However, this is not a deal-breaker for us, but we would have enjoyed sitting out on the balcony if the furniture was more appealing and clean. We can't wait to come back! everything you would need.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway

My husband and I loved this condo! We’ve been to Navarre several times and this was our fave so far. The pictures are accurate EXCEPT the view from the living room and bedroom is way BETTER than the pictures :) Jan was super easy to work with! She seems easily available if you have any problems, but we didn’t. We went in early May so we avoided some of the crowds. Each morning, beach workers set up chairs and umbrellas steps from condo and because the building is a smaller one (4-5 stories) the crowds are smaller- bonus if you like a quieter beach. Across the street is a place called Sage’s. We rented mopeds and rode 30 miles up to Pensacola for lunch and beach time. It was really fun! The Natl. Seashore is amazing and the speed limit on Gulf Blvd. is 25mph (it’s a bird nesting site) so you won’t feel scared to drive mopeds on it. It was SO fun! We stopped and checked out the public beach stops along the way. Sometimes, we were the only two people on the beach :) great for pictures! A couple blocks away, you can rent seadoo’s at Juana’s, have lunch, play sand volleyball, and hang out. Good food and good drinks and very close by. Check out the boater license rules online prior to renting. We saw dolphins, rays, and lots of flounder! Highly recommend this condo for a nice, clean, and pleasant stay. Hope to see y’all next year! Beautiful beach!

We stayed April 1st-7th to prepare for our wedding. First walk through, it was not cleaned good. The floors needed to be mopped and the master bathroom shower doors had black hairs on them. The view was nice and plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed along with the large burner on the stove. Sink only works on sprayer setting instead of running normally without holding down the button. The stove, you cannot use the large burner on high setting. It would not work. Couldnt get water to boil in large pot. All the towels in the unit smelled sour. We had to go out and purchase our own even after washing what was there 5 times and using downy odor refresh. It was so bad but eventually, we got them half way better. Used our own the remaining time of our stay. We cleaned the entire unit with exceptions of the bedding before we left better than what it was when we checked in. The building itself is old and dated. The elevator took forever. We ended up taking the stairs a few times. The pictures posted doesnt show the entire building, so dont expect it to be much. Wasnt what we expected on arriving. We won't be staying again.

Great view!

The best part of the property?? THE VIEW. It's beautiful and it makes this property worth it. All in all the property was as I expected it to be. It's an older building and pretty run down (as are most older buildings near the ocean). You could see the wear and tear in the condo, but it was pretty clean and it worked for our needs. The updated master shower leaves little to be desired, as the shower itself has pretty low water pressure and a very small plain showerhead. Not that this was a huge deal, but I would think an upgraded showerhead (Like a waterfall one, or something of the sort) would have gone well with the updated shower. The bedding is not great either, the sheets are low quality and the pillows were awful, but the bed was not terribly uncomfortable. There was just one quilt on the bed, which probably suffices in the summer, but a little chilly in the colder months. We were able to find another quilt and a blanket in the closets. I feel like upgrading the bedding would go a long way in this condo. The other thing to keep in mind is you need to bring pretty much everything. I saw some salt and pepper, and there were some Keurig cups, but nothing else. Not terribly unusual, but I have stayed at some condos that do provide the basics and that is always nice. Overall it was a fine stay, but I would probably try something different next time.

Back to Navarre

My husband has never been to Navarre I haven’t been in almost 20 years. The beaches and water were beautiful
 the best part is the beaches are not crowded at least early Nov. we have been staying around Destin for the last 20 years occasionally OB or Perdido BUT we will be back. Plenty of places to eat etc. The condo is an older property but updated quiet nice neighbors we had everything we needed. Beach access easy as pie for those in their 50’s. We loved it very peaceful
