Belle bord de mer unité au 2ème étage entièrement mis à jour et montrant magnifiquement. Lanai quatre sièges pour les repas à l'extérieur avec une vue fantastique de Kona Bay et les inoubliables couchers de soleil Kona. complexe de vacances très populaire auprès bord de l'océan Piscine et bain à remous, un barbecue et des motifs de pique-nique. Regardez les dauphins et les baleines batifolent dans la saison de l'intimité de votre véranda. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Kona, Shopping, et de la gastronomie Restaurants. Il y a une unité de stand alone A / C dans le salon. Bon pour la région immédiate mais pas pour l'unité entière, y compris les chambres à coucher.

Fantastic Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the condo for 16 days in January 2025. The views and lanai are outstanding. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, baking ware, coffee pot, toaster etc. The two bedrooms are good size. The condo has a lot of beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, towel and beach toys for children. The unit is in close proximity to the pool. The pool is lovely and very welcoming temperature wise. The unit also has lots of games and books for entertainment. Also, a tv in living room and one bedroom. The condo can get quite warm for sleeping. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but in my opinion, it serves no purpose. There is no elevator. There is plenty of parking. We plan on returning to this unit next January. The host of the unit is very responsive to any questions or issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 6PM. Neither bed made up, towels in washer & dryer.Dish washer never did work right. New washer installed, used once and it leaked water badly. Refrigerator ice maker broken. Leaked water and ice. Not fixed prior to departure. Went without nearly entire stay. Tiresome doing dishes by hand. King mattress way too soft for comfort. Pool & hot tub both closed for cleaning 5 days.

What a view!

Location was great, a short drive to downtown Kona. Property and condo were clean and just as described. Coffee on the lanai every morning was something to look forward to, beautiful view! This was our second time staying at Sea Villlage and we’ll be back! The only con, the condo was warm and the AC unit could not keep up.

Nice but a/c was a joke

This property should not be listed as air conditioned. The portable unit did absolutely nothing! i saw other reviews saying a/c was bad, but expected the best. It was miserable sleeping. Recommend vertical blinds to help keep out setting sun heat. Washing machine leaked - needs bew seal. Location was great. Pool area was great. Grill/picnic area was great.

Loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The view was amazing. Waking up and sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee and the ocean right there was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful with community BBQ’s to cook on was very nice. We had dinner outside 2 nights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Responses were very quick.

Great view & location. The Sea Village is a great complex!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying at Sea Village, and really we have no reason to stay anywhere else. We will be back for sure. Condo had everything we needed, and the hosts were easy to get a hold of, and were great with communication. Only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the air conditioning in the unit. The back bedrooms were quite warm throughout the day and night.

Location great. Tv confusing but we figured it out. Wifi worked great. Loved the sound of the waves. Kitchen had plenty. It was a nice vacation. Pool was refreshing.

Our unit was perfect. It had everything we wanted/needed for our stay and more. Beautiful view and grounds. We have stayed at the Sea Village many times and this unit did not dissapoint. Can't beat the location. Would stay here again.

Great Ocean Front View

Easy to find location on Alii Dr, quick walk to downtown. Great salt water pool and view, Condo had more then enough supplies, there was nothing we needed. Several beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was available.

Great location, awesome view and very clean

We stayed in this condo for 9 nights the first week of April 2023. When we arrived, something was beeping behind the stove. We contacted the phone number in the renter’s manual. Someone showed up shortly to fix it. No issue afterwards. The condo is ocean front with fantastic view. We could see cruise ships coming and going. We also saw rainbows and fantastic sunsets right from the lanai and living room area. It is a short drive to town. It is walkable but a little dangerous as there is no sidewalk. The condo is very clean. It has everything we needed: cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, laundry detergent, beach chairs, body boards, snorkel and fins…etc. It was great to have washer and dryer in the unit. The complex itself is also well maintained. The grilling stations were very popular. Every early morning we would see two staff members scrubbing the grills to keep them clean and ready for use. The AC unit in the living room area is not very powerful. The two bedrooms have ceiling fan so we were still able to sleep comfortably at night. The sea breeze was pleasant when we were in the until and could leave the sliding door open. This was our first time renting a condo. Our kids enjoyed the space this condo was able to offer. One slept in the bedroom and one slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Big island has become our favorite Hawaiian island after this visit. We would rent this condo again if we go back.

Great stay

Unfortunately there had been no cleaning to the unit when we first arrived. We notified manager and waited on the deck until unit cleaned. The house cleaners were very nice and super efficient. The view was spectacular so the wait definitely did not discourage us. Great place, great beds, great view. Can’t ask for more.

Would have enjoyed it better if.....

-I would have realized that air conditioner did not affect bedrooms. In May is was hot and uncomfortable sleeping-even with fans. -Neighbors above weren't so noisy and heavily footed with small child running around. -Neighbor did not smoke pot in the morning while I was doing yoga -Bedrooms weren't at front of condo facing common area and walkway that was also very noisy. Condo was what you paid for...mid-range. Had roach when we came in and finishes were also. Bed and pillows were awful-towels and amenities were great. View was amazing but no great beaches nearby-had to drive 30 minutes. Overall we much prefer Maui or Kauai for the effort and cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at the condo. The condo was clean and we had all the clean towels and sheets we needed. Lots of dishes/mugs/glasses as well which helps with a large group. During our stay the washing machine needed to be repaired which was done the next day. We loved hearing the ocean and watching the surfers from our lanai. We could walk to downtown Kona which was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Beautiful ocean condo

We had a amazing time staying here. The condo is clean, upgraded and well stocked has everything you could need for your stay. The sound of the ocean makes it perfect. It was really nice sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves. We are so sad to leave but know where we will want to stay in the future.

Amazing condo

The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning. The condo is well-stocked with everything you’d need from the kitchen to beach gear. All the beach stuff was a huge bonus. I love the property here. The grilling area is great! The community pool and hot tub are nice and large. The AC is pretty much worthless. However, there are a few large fans in the unit that make it a little more bearable. The property management company was super responsive with a few small issues that came up. Huge kudos there! My only complaint is the beds and pillows are absolutely horrible! It’s so bad that I wouldn’t rent this condo again because of it. My back and neck are so sore!
