We had a great week at the beach! Loved this house! Perfect for larger families to all be in one place. The pool was so nice and the beach is very close by.

Clean rooms. Beds could be softer. Only complaint we had was the trees along the drive way should be trimmed back. We had ample parking. Plenty of space for everyone. Communication was easy. Location was great!

Amazing location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was big enough to accommodate our group of 16 with extra room! The location was perfect. Although there wasn’t a beach view, it was a very short walk across a road and down some stairs. The pool at the house is what made our stay wonderful as the kids hung there most of the time due to convenience! There is a full kitchen and a basement half kitchen which was also very nice when so many people are staying. The hosts were very pleasant to speak with and quick in response time. Overall, highly recommend this home!

Felt like home

Lots of room. There were 22 of us and we all had a place to sleep and enough table seating. The beach is across the street (easy to cross). 30A is a nice area.

Thank you for taking the time to point out how easy the street is to cross. That is a very common question by families with children. Plus bathroom breaks for the little ones are so easy because we are so close to the beach. We think you said it best. Caribbean breeze feels like home! It is not a luxury resort style home, there is no concierge or valet parking. It is a traditional style beach home that is close to the beach and is very comfortable accommodating large family vacations. Please come back next year. Brian and Barb

Relaxing cheery-will return!

My family loved the spacious main floor with great televisions, multiple large tables to spread out, and great views from beautiful windows. We had plenty of bedrooms to choose from including a great kids room with double bunks. The Beach is so close but the house still feels private and the area is quiet and safe. Great time!

Fabulous!

Staying at this property has become such a wonderful escape for our family! The property is well kept, the house is maintained wonderfully, and there is plenty of privacy. The location of this house (practically beachfront) has provided us with ample opportunities to take in both sunrise and sunset scenery, time and time again. We love visiting and have no complaints!

Family vacation!

The house is great for a family reunion! Lots of space for everyone, with lots of games and activities to keep everyone smiling! The beach was close and beautiful! We had a couple maintenance issues and the property management staff was always available and helped us quickly. Great customer service! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at y...

We had the best time at your house. 11 adults and 6 children and room to spare! Anything we looked for was there, plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, beach stuff. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was a plus too. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already planning our visit for next year. Thaks for all you input of what todo and where to shop and eat.
