The villa sits in a quiet and secure residential area, away from the noise of downtown but close enough to reach everything in minutes. Being just five minutes from the beach means guests can enjoy the ocean, surf, and sunsets without dealing with heavy crowds or traffic. At the same time, the property is only ten minutes from the jungle, allowing easy access to waterfalls, ATV tours, wildlife, and the natural beauty that makes Costa Rica so special.
