Magnifiquement, entièrement meublé et vraiment privé! Le meilleur pour vous ... Lits super confortables avec plus de 1800 draps en fil de fer dans tous les lits, téléviseurs dans chaque chambre. Grande cour arrière privée avec grill intégré, grande terrasse couverte et piscine chauffée utilisable toute l'année. Plan d'étage ouvert avec salon qui s'ouvre sur la cuisine et la salle à manger. Groovin' with the Birdies Poolside

A very relaxing and inviting stay! The location is convenient for ease of access, and services, and on the urban fringe: excellent hiking (and Frisbee golf) and a diverse amount of birdlife flitting about out on the patio. Would come back for a return visit in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. The pool is lovely. The grill worked well. The beds are comfy. It felt like home, quickly. We'll be back at Christmas time!

Great area

Visiting my son, so found this place on VRBO and it was everything we hoped for and more. Having your own private pool was the best, very well kept up and clean and had a nice BBQ area we used often. The house had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We will be making this our accommodations when we visit my son from now on.

Beautiful home

I stayed with my best friend when she came to Phoenix to visit since my apartment is so small. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Beautiful spacious home, clean, nice, quiet neighborhood, nicely stocked kitchen, comfy beds quality linens and great patio and backyard pool. We felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood.

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

This house is gorgeous and my husband and I had an amazing long weekend. Comfortable with room to spread out. The piano, vinyl records, and sparkling pool were icing on the cake.

Beautiful House & Pool

We arrived for my 50th birthday and was the house was just as pictured! Each room is tastefully done and the artwork is beautiful. Comfortable beds, water pressure good in shower(s), pool temperature perfect & clean. The only thing we would recommend would be more "beach towels" than just the, maybe some more floaties for the pool & plastic "cocktail/wine glasses" for outside. Other than that the house is a nice retreat, on a quiet street and very relaxing!!!

No pool heat!

The pool heating system works off outside temperature, so when you have a day time high of 65 F that's how hot the pool will get! No 80 F year round as per add! The reason we choose this location was because of the 80 F pool temperature year round! Totally miss leading!

Maintenance

The place is very well stocked with kitchenware and towels. The best stocked that I have experienced. Some of the towels in the kitchen were not clean. Found crumbs on them. There are maintenance issues with the kitchen cabinets. Not a big deal. The pool was nice, but we didn't get to use it. Rented this house because of the location to our concert which got postponed to a later date. Unable to get a refund , so we made the best of it. Very nicely decorated. Thank you .

Arizona vacation

I was a little disappointed by this property. I found black crawling bugs in multiple rooms. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are very dark and very inviting. The towel were worn out , they need to be replaced with new ones. All the soap dispensers in all the bathroom did not work. It was a good thing we brought our own soap and shampoo. The biggest issue I had this property was the cooling to the bedrooms. The unit cooled the living room really well, but all the bedrooms were extremely hot and hard to sleep. If you like to sleep in cool feeling,, then this is the wrong place, but if you like a sweat room then this is the place for you.

Cold Pool

Before booking the house we noticed comments about the pool being cold. I asked for it to be turned up prior to our arrival and the reply given was basically no can do something about it's set and can not be changed. We had hoped that it really wasn't so bad and booked the house. Nope. It was cold. It took all day for the pool to be comfortable enough for a late afternoon dip. No morning or late night swimming. Very unfortunate!! We paid for a "heated" pool. The house is in a quiet,nice neighborhood and close to the freeway, restaurants and grocery stores. There was a broken dining room window prior to our arrival that was covered in plastic and tape that never did get replaced during our 9 day stay.

Your decision on staying should hinge on your thoughts on home security. When we arrived, we found a broken window (not cracked, but OUT) The drapes had been pulled to cover the plastic that had been taped in its place. Obviously, this offers no security and makes a mockery of the front door combination lock. This was never remedied during our 10 day stay. I have now read a mid March review that stated this was a problem during their February stay! If you have no security concerns, the house is well located and fairly central. The neighborhood seems relatively safe and we didn’t get burgled despite the window. The house was probably cute at one point in an HGTV kind of way. I was certainly attracted by good photos. It is unfortunately tired and worn and ready for a touch up. The pool heater worked only 5 out of the 10 days we rented. Their Pool serviceman apparently don’t work on weekends. This is fairly off putting when your business involves renting a home with a heated pool. Management played lip service to meeting my requests until I asked for a partial refund - the equivalent of 2 days rental. Deafening silence. I have gotten VRBO involved. Please learn from my mistake, don’t rely on the host, get VRBO involved during your stay if you feel problems are not being resolved. If your not co

Unfortunately, one of the previous guests broke the window and we had to wait for a custom window to be ready. It's been all repaired. For the pool heater, we had extreme cold nights and heaters shuts down when outdoor temperature are below 40 degrees. We have many very positive reviews on this home, and we can assure other guests this was a situation completely out of our control. We tried our best to work with the guest and did so with the refund we offered as mentioned.

Perfect location for your soccer tournament stay

Great house with a very nice and warm pool. We enjoyed our stay and were only 5 minutes from the Reach 11 Sports Complex.

Heated pool in Phoenix

When I booked, the house was listed as Scottsdale. After I confirmed the reservation, the address showed Phoenix. The house and pool were nice. We were disappointed in the checkout process. We had to start laundry, take out the garbage and start dishwasher. Not a big deal but we had to be out by 10 am.

Came to Arizona for a couple of days and wish we could’ve stayed in the house longer. It’s a beautiful house with an amazing heated pool and it was clean and fresh which is most important to us! Sacha was great and responded to every question we had really timely. We highly recommend this house and would totally stay here again!!

Nightmare

Satcha the house manager confirmed my reservation, sent an email with the house keys that the link never open, sent him 2 emails and finally said he would sent it later, at 8pm the night before my reservation sent him another email asking for the code and what I received was a cancellation notice with my refund. At 9pm the night before my reservation I called vrbo and after 10 minutes in line the guy tell me that they can not help me because I had a reservation for only 2 nights so I had to make a new reservation with Another company and totally different and I enjoy my stay

Beautiful Home

Our stay was lovely. The house was gorgeous, clean, and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with communication. I had sent a message asking if we could stay an additional night what would the cost would be. We were in town for my husband's medical appointments and had one added on last minute. Unfortunately, I never received a response so we booked with another home for the last night. However, everything else was great.

Stylishly cool home in a nice safe neighborhood

This was a beautiful and comfortable home to stay in. Everything was very clean and stylish and as represented. Like others have said, the kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice having the master bath with a door to the backyard. The backyard and pool are lush and private, and great landscaping. There are lots of cactus and flowering plants that attracted a variety of birds, even a woodpecker of some kind nesting in one of the tall cactus. We really liked the location and the neighborhood. We went for walks in the evening and it felt very safe. The check in and check out process was as easy as could be. We'd definitely stay here again.
