Situated in the downtown area of Nantucket, this charming 5-bedroom, 3.1-bath home is comfortably appointed, only moments from the heart of Town, and in close proximity to many of the island's beautiful beaches and convenient bike paths.
First Floor Description
Enter the front door into the foyer which includes a powder room. Step into the classic living room with beautiful built-ins, which opens to the light-filled dining room. Toward the front of the house is the primary bedroom, with an ensuite bath. A hall off the dining room has two bedrooms that share a bathroom and access to the lower level. A separate renovated eat-in kitchen with center island offers plenty of counter space. Off the kitchen, there is the laundry room which has access to the outdoor dining area on the deck. Step down from the deck to enjoy the patio surrounded by gardens.
Second Floor Description
The second floor features two large bedrooms that share a full bathroom. There is a daybed in the hallway upstairs which is the perfect nook to settle in and read a book.
