Maison confortable dans un quartier résidentiel. Entièrement rénové en 2019.

*** Les locations d'été sont de 7 nuits du vendredi au vendredi. Profitez d'un week-end complet sur Nantucket et trouvez une meilleure disponibilité de ferry / vol.

Le niveau principal est un plan d'étage ouvert avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et le comptoir de la cuisine peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a un demi-bain.

La chambre principale est au niveau principal avec lit queen et salle de bain privée avec douche et baignoire.

Il y a 2 chambres à l'étage qui partagent une salle de bain avec douche. Une chambre a un lit queen, et une a 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent se transformer en lit king-size.

Il y a une belle cour bien entretenue. Le pont arrière a un barbecue et une salle à manger en plein air.

La maison est située à côté du parcours de golf de Miacomet (à environ 1/2 mile du club house) et à 1 mile de la plage de Miacomet. Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery et Cisco Beach sont également très proches.

Perfect stay in Nantucket

Loved this property. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. A quaint neighborhood close to Bartlett’s Farm and Cisco Brewery. Communication was awesome, it was clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay at Robin's place. It's tucked away in a great area that is super quiet. It was perfect for the five of us for a wedding we were attending. Robin was very communicative both before and during the stay, we'd absolutely stay again!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for food and wine and had a lovely time! Check in was seamless and the owners were extremely quick with responses! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Would recommend!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at this house! My family and I have been going to Nantucket for years and always appreciate finding a great home to vacation in! It was clean, well stocked for all our needs and 2 minutes from the beach! The location is great being in the middle of the island, 5 minutes to town and a quick drive to Bartlett’s and Cisco. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Diamond in the rough

There were 6 of us in Nantucket for a wedding. The space was perfect.. enough room in the living room for all 6 of us to sit and relax. We knew we needed to Uber to get downtown, so nothing unexpected. Would stay there again in a minute.

Great location, super comfortable

We had a great stay and the house was in a perfect location and was well appointed! Information before the trip was super detailed and all was as expected. Overall we had a great stay and would book again in a heartbeat! One thing to make it a tad better - the back deck was great - nice table and chairs, umbrella, beach supplies box and outdoor shower (my personal favorite). But, there is a nice-sized, private back lawn and it would be nice to have lounge chairs, adk chairs, fire pit or something for lounging/congregating. There was a horseshoe pit, but would have been nice to be outside in the afternoon or evening in a little more comfort.

Had everything! Great kitchen and outdoor deck!

My son said “her place is so nice! She had everything!! We so enjoyed staying there! I especially liked Vivienne who greeted us warmly in the front yard when we arrived early. I left an autographed book for her on the dining room table which I hope she got! The owners very promptly replaced a nonworking refrigerator on the first day. We were able to cook to our great satisfaction in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, eating delicious breakfasts and dinners on the deck outside. On the inside, the beautiful blue couch and comfy chairs made watching the tv quite a delight. Loved the big closet with all the hangers in the master bedroom and the comfortable bed. I loved the master vanity with the bright lights and magnifying mirror-- You can really see every detail of your face! The house was clean, and we were happy there! Thank you so much!

Nice Nantucket home in a convenient location

The house was clean and included all amenities advertised. Good location with easy access to Cisco, Bartlett Farm, Miacomet and Surfside. Loved the outdoor shower and the window AC units.

Absolutely loved this home it was idyllic. I have stayed in many homes on nantucket this was by far the best . Loved the outdoor shower and fully equipped kitchen . We had a really great time and hope to go back in the future.

Ladies week!

Three best friends stayed here. It had everything we needed to cook with, sleep comfortably, and visit with each other in the living room. The description is accurate and helpful. We also brought a car so it was easy to get around, which I’d recommend. I would stay here again and I’d definitely recommend a visit to this charming island. Two things we saw: The twin mattresses were a little warped so two of us slept in the king together and used the twin room as a dressing room. Mattress probably needs flipped over or could use a topper. We had a bug/ant issue because the AC units didn’t have seals around them, but the owners are aware now and assured us it would get fixed. I think that’s part of life at the beach. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Perfect Stroll house

Rented for Stroll with three couples. The house was so clean and well maintained. Convenient mid-island location to town, brewery and beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

The location was wonderful. We didn't have a car and traveled mostly by bikes and walking. Town, beach, brewery and farmers market was all within 2 miles. The home was well stocked and very cozy. Loved it!
