Cette maison a été 100% rénovée! Avec un bel endroit directement sur le lac Pontoosuc, la nouvelle cuisine, les salles de bains, le foyer et la salle familiale fermée par du verre bénéficient tous du paysage idyllique. Il y a une vue de chaque pièce! La maison dispose de 5 chambres et d'une salle de jeux convertible avec un futon. 2 chambres ont des lits superposés et un lit double. 2 chambres ont des lits king size et 1 a un lit queen. La suite principale a une salle de bain et son propre balcon donnant sur le lac. Il y a beaucoup de place pour 14 à 15 personnes. Il y a 2 télévisions à écran plat, une cheminée, une cuisinière à gaz et bien d'autres améliorations et extras.

This is a beautiful lakefront home. Clean, spacious, great for families. We loved watching the sunrise over the lake in the morning.

Great location near Jiminy peak

We had a very nice time, the house has lots of room for a large group and had what we needed for a nice short ski vacation. The frozen lake was a very fun experience as well. Owner was responsive helpful and informative. The house is in a great condition, everything is new and updated. Thanks for the stay we hand a very nice time

Great location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. It's in a great location, the proximity to the water was a plus, and we enjoyed hanging out in the very spacious common area. We also loved that there was almost like a separate wing/area for each set of bedrooms. It worked out really well for our group. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome house for a large group! Great Location

The house has been recently renovated and is gorgeous. We had five couples and the space was perfect plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Location was great we all skied at Jiminy Peak about 12 min away and town and grocery store was close by too. The house owner and manger were both super responsive as well. Already planning a second ski trip and stay here next year.

Great property for a group getaway!

Rented for extended family for a wedding in the area. Very well appointed house and very quick response to our questions. Beautiful lakefront location with dock and fire pit. Clean and good layout. My only word of caution is that the beds were not very comfortable, but otherwise wonderful.

Great House

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean, everything was provided and the views were amazing. I also loved how most of the bedrooms were separated from each other, so there was a lot of privacy. There were numerous places to eat 10-15 minutes from the house and Jiminy Peak was very close. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great experience

This is the second year we rented from this property. It is in a perfect location- right on the lake, not far from shops/restaurants in Pittsfield, and close to multiple hikes. The kayaks at the house really added to the experience. The house is clean and comfortable. We have recommended to friends and family.

An amazing experience!

Walked in & immediately said "the pictures dont do this home justice." The home looks beautiful in pictures, so you can only imagine what it was like walking in and saying that. Breath taking view. Complete relaxation and comfort. Centrally located. I will definitely be back. I loved everything about the home.

Beautiful house on lake!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house with 2 other families. House is beautifully renovated and plenty of space for everyone. You can’t beat waking up to the sunrise on the lake to start your day. Jiminy Peak is close by for skiing and on our non-ski days we played on the frozen lake. Town is close by with plenty of food options and we also cooked too in the fully stocked kitchen. The house was perfect for our ski vacation and we can only imagine how nice the lake would be in the summer. Also Stephanie the house manager and Rhonda the owner were very responsive to our questions and made our stay great. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful lake house. We loved the location and the size of the house. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 75th birthday, 8 longtime friends who have known each other for over 60 years. We loved sitting on the deck looking out on the lake at all times of the day. It was great to have the kayaks for an easy paddle. We had a fun time around the fire pit on our last night with a full moon to make it even more special. Thank you for having the perfect place for us to celebrate our 75th birthday!

Berkshire Lake house - family vacation

The property was as advertised, but we did have issues with the amenities. The first day, the AC did not work and considering the temps were high the house went up to 80F in the downstairs. The property manager did get it fixed quickly though.Then the room with the washing machine had a mildew order the cause, we found out later, was the washing machine was leaking.

Lake Life

Great visit to the Berkshires! House was terrific! Loved the different "wings" of the house so there was some separation of guests. Great spot right on the lake, perfect for fishing, kayaking, swimming and just enjoying being lakeside. We had a terrific time.

Family meeting place

The layout of the house is great for a family gathering. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are a perfect size for hanging out together. The bedroom arrangements work for different sizes families. For instance, there is a bedroom with a bathroom on the main floor for anyone with limited mobility. The other bedrooms either have their own bathroom or are adjacent to a bathroom. Beds are pretty comfortable. The outdoor area is a little small but has lots to offer. There is also a park a few minutes walk up the street. Stores are close and you can get Instacart delivered. Parking is able to hold five to six cars without anyone being blocked in or parking on the street. My group is already talking about coming back for future gatherings.

Ideal family vacation on the lake

Our large family had the most wonderful vacation in this lake front property. it is everything pictured and more. The host was readily available if needed. The home was spotless and spacious with a large open kitchen and brand new appliances. Every bed was comfortable. The lake was just a few steps from the deck and our family loved using the kayaks. The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular. There is a bike trail nearby as well as shopping, miniature golf, theatres ,concert venues at Tanglewood and more. We left with many happy memories and we are ever grateful to Rhonda Greenberg for sharing this family home.

Outstanding Weekend

9 of us (ranging in age from 16 to 83) spent the weekend. We cooked in for most of our meals. The grill and kitchen were great. We found everything we needed. The views are spectacular. We rented a pontoon boat and all 9 of us spent Saturday afternoon on the water. We have already reserved next year.

We've had such a great time sharing this special place with other families that when another home became available on the same block, we snatched it up, remodeled it entirely. We now own 4 homes on the lake and truly enjoy sharing this magical spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.
