Maison de 4 chambres au bord du lac sur la belle Richmond Pond. Entièrement rénové en 2016. Tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine et salles de bains. À quelques pas du quai privé avec 2 kayaks et canoë. Vue sur le lac de chaque pièce. Vues du mont Greylock, le plus haut sommet de MA. Chambre des maîtres avec lit king et salle de bain principale au premier étage. Chambre 2 avec lit King. Chambre 3 avec lit Queen. Chambre 4 avec deux lits jumeaux. Grande zone de loft avec futon. Richmond Pond

The property was beautiful with an amazing lake view. We stayed over Christmas with family so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities but the house was cozy and just right for our needs. Location was good for access to Lenox and Pittsfield. John was an attentive host and easy to connect to for questions.

Beautiful stay on the Great Pond

Jon's house is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay on Richmond Pond. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views all weekend, and took advantage of all of the amenities! Jon was a great host and readily available if we had any questions. We hope to come back someday!

Beautiful home, great location

My family and I loved our stay in the Berkshires. Jon's home was perfect for our group, and the location is beautiful to relax and enjoy the lake. Plenty to do in the local area, but also great to just be around the house. We'd love to go back!

Berkshires Lakeside Family Getaway

Quiet lakeside home, centrally located in the Berkshires. Newly updated and very comfortable home was perfect for relaxing and day trips hiking, visiting orchards, wineries and the local towns. Jon was a great host, quick to answer questions and make sure our stay was perfect!

Peaceful and Chic

This house is great if you want a serene lakefront getaway. The location is very convenient to Stockbridge, Pittsfield, and Lenox, but far removed from any crowds. The furnishings and art are exquisite, and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of spices, pots, pans, etc. Jon could not possibly a more gracious host and made sure all questions were answered promptly.

Plenty to do

The weather was cold and rainy but there are fun things to do at the house and in the nearby towns. The setting is perfect for some nice wildlife viewing.

Relaxing Reunion in a Wonderful Setting!

Thank you, Jon, for a truly lovely setting for our mini-vacation and reunion with dear friends! We loved the lake views from every room, the great porch and areas for good walks! The beds were super comfortable and living room designed for cozy conversations and a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals of any kind. Thanks again for a lovely "home away from home".

We have been coming to the area for years and this is the best house we ever rented. Will return.

The house has a fantastic view on the lake. It was laid out well so it worked when we were alone or when we had friends and family. Very well equipped so we could entertain easily. The location is good for all the attractions in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay in the BERKSHIRES.

Restful and lovely vacation

We loved waking up to the serenity of this gorgeous lake. Jon was the consummate host, taking the time to come meet us at check-in, walk us through the house, do last-minute deck cleaning (there are lots of geese on the water), and offer area suggestions. The house is supremely comfortable and well stocked. Five stars!

Perfect Berkshire lake house

Jon checked in with us a week prior, and met us at check-in for a personal walk-through ... much appreciated! The lake front location offers a combination of active and passive activities that suited everyone between 2 and 71. It is perfectly located between Great Barrington and Pittsfield to explore the Berkshires, and very accessible to Guido's!

The lake house was perfect! It was so clean and comfortable! The decor and furniture reflects a rare thoughtfulness and care by the owner. He was available and responded promptly. We loved everything! We floated, fished, kayaked, and relaxed.

Beautiful modern home on Richmond Pond

The house is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, with two king-size, one queen-size and two twin beds. Excellent location, short drive to Tanglewood, Berkshires Botanical Garden, several great hiking trails, historic homes, museums, and charming towns like Lenox and Stockbridge. The host was communicative and easy to reach. Best of all: the views of the pond!

Fabulous Lake House

Beautiful lake house, great decor, comfortable beds. This was one of the best stocked houses we've stayed in. Jon thought of everything. Loved sitting on the deck & dock - great location on the water. Brought our own paddle boards & used them when it wasn't raining. This was a very relaxing vacation for us. Thank you Jon!

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

We loved this house. We were one family with six adults and the house had just what we needed on a lovely quiet lake convenient to the activities we wanted to access. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake and s'mores in the fire pit. Jon, the owner, was absolutely delightful to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great place in the Berkshires with a great host

Beautiful property overlooking Richmond pond with beautiful fall views. The house is immaculately kept with everything you could need. The host is a wonderfully accommodating gentleman who goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. We were a group of seven seniors who travel together and have had the opportunity to stay in numerous places and this is one of the best. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Extended Family Getaway!

We had an amazing time at Jon's home! We were 8 all together - 3 generations, from seniors to our 5 & 9 year olds and we all enjoyed it equally. Jon was very helpful throughout our stay and even met us at the house to give us a full check-in process and show us around. The location on the water was beautiful and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe every evening. We also enjoyed the firepit every night. Highly recommend and can't wait to return for another visit!

Outstanding in every way.

From our first contact to our post-checkout, Jon was wonderful to deal with. The house was perfect for us---in fact, the best we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the years. The setting is beautiful and the house is well-equipped, clean and very comfortable---especially the mattresses! When I think of our time at Jon and Nancy's home, which was far too short, it makes me smile.

Great lake front home.

We stayed for a long weekend for our annual ice fishing trip. Easy access to the lake and there was plenty of room for our two families. The house was modern, well equipped and extremely clean and well cared for. Jon, the owner, was excellent to deal with. Easy reservation and check-in and was just a text away if we needed him. Would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful family getaway

The house, location, and amenities were perfect for our family getaway. The scenery was exceptional - the view of the lake and mountains was so beautiful. Being able to kayak and canoe was perfect for our active family. It is an easy drive to local sites such as Tanglewood which we enjoyed as well. The house was beautiful inside and out The kitchen amenities were plentiful and the bedding was the most comfortable. I truly felt like we were staying at a family home - the quality of the home was notches above a usual rental. The owner was super nice and very helpful.

We fell in love with Richmond Pond when my parents bought a home nearby in 1987. Years later we saw a For Sale sign while kayaking around the lake and fell in love all over again. We purchased the house as a weekend home and occasionally rent it when we 're not using it.
