Grand appartement, récemment rénové, situé au coeur de Barcelone.

L`emplacement de l`appartement est idéal car il est situé à 100 mètres du Passeig de Gracia et à 300 mètres de la Plaça Catalunya.

Également situé à seulement 200 mètres de la Urquinaona (L1, L4) stations de métro et du Passeig de Gracia(L3, L4, L2).

Sa situation privilégiée vous permet de rejoindre à pied les principales zones touristiques, car il est situé à distance de marche des Ramblas, de la cathédrale et du quartier gothique, la Sagrada Familia, Gaudi bâtiments du`s les plus emblématiques ou représentatifs commerces de Barcelone.

Le salon spacieux, un peu plus de 30 mètres carrés, dispose d`une grande table pour accueillir tous les occupants.

Le coin salon dispose de deux canapés confortables, un 32 "TV et DVD.

Il est Wi-Fi gratuit dans tout l`appartement.

Ce grand appartement dispose de 4 chambres et peut accueillir jusqu`à 12 personnes.

Appartement de proximité

Nous étions 8 à séjourner pour un long weekend. Bon accueil de la gérante appartement confortable et très bien placé.Petit problème de pression de l’eau. Les 2 douches ne pouvaient pas être utilisés en même temps et lorsqu’on est 8 c’est un peu gênant. Manquait un peu de matériel dans la cuisine dont un saladier. Sinon très bien literie serviettes propreté

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone, l'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. l'appartement est magnifique et il ne manque rien, nous avions même tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Une adresse à retenir.

Très belle escapade. Appartement bien situé. L'ascenseur est appreciable après de longue journée de marche. Il est très fontionnel et très agréable. Il y a deux super restos à proximités.

En dejlig stor, ren og pæn lejlighed, med god indretning og funktionelt køkken. De 2 enkeltsenge i det ene værelse er dårlige, og trænger til udskiftning. Nøglerne bør udskiftes, da dørene er svære at åbne.

Clean and spacious. Perfect location. The water pressure problem should be sorted. In this price range, I expect to be able to take a shower without having to aim for the water drops. Other than that: Perfect for a family of 6.

The best possible location in Barcelona!

Here are the positives: * The location is absolutely the best! Central to everything. 5-20 minute walks to 85% of all the top sights and over 20 top restaurants. (I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Juan Carlos at The Kitchen Cafe! The best breakfast every morning!) * Clean and well-organized. The elevator made going up to the 4th floor very easy. Safe and secure neighborhood. * For the most part, very quiet. We slept with windows ajar at night and road noise at night was minimal until about 6:30am when the city started to come to life. But, without fail, very loud (and somewhat inebriated) pedestrians would always wake us up around 2:00am or 3:00am. Small price to pay, I guess. We survived. The negatives: * The two couches in the living area are 1980's, plastic naugahyde that have seen better days. Worn and creaky. They were terribly uncomfortable and need to be replaced. * Water pressure is minimal in the showers, which made it difficult to wash hair or feel like you got a real shower. * Although 4 bedrooms, the second bathroom is not attached to any bedroom (it's down the main hallway) and it's small. Very small. * The en-suite bathroom has a 12" step UP into the bathroom (or 12" step DOWN out of the bathroom) which can be a bit unnerving. I wish the owner would put a median 6"step to make the transition easier. Overall - an excellent rental and we would be happy to return.

Needs maintenance

Great location, easy access to central Barcelona. Property needs maintenance, light fixtures hanging off walls, shower doors don't close, couches are old, cheap and torn. Needs painting, dishwasher should be screwed into wall so it does not move when used. Plumbing needs more than duct tape to keep from leaking.

Spacious Barcelona Apartment

My family and I rented this apartment in Barcelona and it was spacious and lovely. The WiFi worked really well, and there was a kitchen with a clothes washer. The tub drains were a little clogged so I only gave cleanliness 3 stars, but that really was no problem. We absolutely loved the convenient location near the Metro and the easy walk to Placa Catalunya. I would stay there again.

Great location and neighborhood!

Room sizes were good, and walkable area near Cataluña plaza. Washing machine didn’t run well, even after maintenance man visited, and we had to buy detergent, which is typically supplied. Overall, nice building and apartment, comfy mattress.

Lamentável

Infelizmente fomos surpreendidas com taxas que nos apresentadas únicamente na altura da cobrança. Taxas turísticas e de limpeza que deveriam ter sido comunicadas e contabilizadaa previamente. Se tivéssemos conhecimento das mesmas não teriamos ficado nesta casa. Os vizinhos fizeram queixa de barulhos que nao aconteceram e o que poderia ter sido uma agradável experiência tornou se desde o primeiro dia num pesadelo!

Large apartment, great location.

We recently stayed in this apartment and found it worked really well for us. It's on the 3rd floor, but does have elevator access. There are four bedrooms (one with twin beds), one full bathroom (en suite) and one 3/4 bath. The apartment is large, the building is charming, and there are many nearby shops and restaurants (for reference, it's just a couple of blocks from El Corte Ingles). It has a washing machine, and a drying rack for air drying your laundry. Pros: large apartment, very walkable neighborhood, clothes washer, air conditioning. Cons: the pictured duvet covers were not there and the duvet inserts were stained and unappealing, and the kitchen could use a few more basic items (fry pan, for ex).

This was a great find - a beautiful, spacious apartment for six of us who were visiting Barcelona for Primavera Sound. The location is excellent - it's a few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya and near many of the museums and sites we wanted to see. We even walked all the way up to Parc Guell. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has lovely views of the Eglisia de Sagrat Cor opposite. If there was one criticism it is that the apartment is north facing so doesn't get anywhere near as much light as the photos suggest, but apart from that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Definitivamente para recomendar. The apartament is very comfortable, the location is excellent. For our large family (8 adults and one baby) it had everything we needed. love the location of the apartment! it's very central n we walked everywhere. the metro stations (3 different ones) n bus stops are all close by too. the best is that the outlet shopping bus stops right outside the door of the building! the apartment itself is spacious and exactly as per the pictures. I love the kitchen as its large enough to accommodate cooking for our family of 3 generations of 10 people. Dani is prompt in replies and Vika, who met us at the door, was most helpful.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Eixample district. A fun, bustling neighborhood walking distance from everywhere but a little bit off the main tourist streets. The main window in the living room opens onto a view of a beautiful church. This was the perfect spot for our two families to explore Barcelona. There are four separate bedrooms - including one large master suite. Everything is bright and clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in the heart of Barcelona! As it was our 4th time visiting the city we knew which area was the best for us. The apartment is very centrally located a 5min walk from Plaza de Catalunya and the airport bus. Very spacious and just as showed in the pictures. We were a party of 3 adult couples and a 9 month old and the apartment was perfect for us! The apartment was clean and everything was in order. Big kitchen with all the necessities, which was great with the 9month old. Wifi worked without a glitch. Communicating beforehand with Alex and Dani was easy and they always answered very quickly. When in Barcelona we called them from the airport and we were met at the apartment as promised. Everything went great and I would highly recommend the apartment for everyone, especially large families!

"Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location .. I highly recommend" We stayed here for three days before leaving for our cruise. Dani was excellent in corresponding with me and arranging a transfer for us from the airport and to the cruise port. Very efficient transfer service and on time. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were 6 adults in our group. We had good wifi service and there were excellent restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to bus lines and the city centre. Cost for taxi to city center was 6 €. Would highly recommend renting this apartment for anyone visiting Barcelona .. thank you Daniel, your hospitality was very much appreciated!
