Cette belle maison historique est au coeur du centre-ville de Madison, IN. Il a été entièrement rénové avec 4 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de toutes les principales attractions de Madison.

Cette maison est parfaite pour divertir. Les grands plafonds de 14 pieds attirent votre attention alors que vous et vos amis restez assis dans le salon ou la salle à manger. Chaque chambre dispose de parquet en bois franc et offre beaucoup d’espace pour vous détendre.

Madison comporte plus de blocs historiques que n'importe quelle ville des États-Unis. Vous serez au coeur de Main Street US. Tous les restaurants et bars célèbres de Madison ne sont qu'à quelques pas de la porte. Madison accueille de nombreux festivals de musique chaque mois, ainsi que le Chautauqua of Arts, en septembre. Beautiful Property

The house is stunning. Very well decorated and completely outfitted for our stay. The kitchen had everything you could need. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommended the property.

We had a lovely time. The Fashion House is stunning from top to bottom. It was well appointed and our Host couldn't have been more gracious. Looking forward to booking a long weekend there next year!

Excellent historical opulent home

Excellent stay with family and friends. Spacious rooms, set up very well for our group needs, walking around town, close to many shops and restaurants. We hiked Clifty Falls, enjoyed the car show, window shopping. Great town & easily welcome to visitors. estaurants

Beautiful home close to everything!

We had a wonderful time. Todd and Mary Beth were wonderful hosts and the house was not only beautiful but it's location is great if you enjoy exploring Madison on foot. So close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

We were a group of 8 women. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is convenient for walking to various locations. The hosts were very responsive with questions. We would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home... Great location, walking distance to it all in Madison. Owners were beyond accommodating and gracious! Treat yourself .... and some friends - book this historical gem!!!!

Weekend trip

Great location, close to everything, property was beautiful. Chef Vanessa is highly recommended, the meal was fabulous. Renting a golf cart is a must. Hope to be back someday.

Beautiful home!

Had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful historic home, would be neat if they had a book with some of the history of the house. Beds were comfy, would get a little warm upstairs at night, that’s our only complaint.

Beautiful house - a bit unusual

This is a beautiful house and very well equipped. Alert - all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with is up 25 steps - straight up! The 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor are not connected to any of the bedrooms and are right next to each other. So - unusual. Wonderful location- easy party - comfortable beds. We did put some of the breakable decorations in a safer place because of our little ones. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Beautiful home!

The house is exactly as described. It’s just beautiful, smells lovely, and had music playing when we arrived. Kitchen is nicely stocked (although we didn’t cook), it appeared to have the necessary items. Was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bed was very comfortable. Probably our only tip was the shower, although nice a roomy, had slightly low water pressure, nothing worth being upset about though. Unfortunately I became ill and we only got to stay over night one night out of two, the owner graciously offered us to come back after the holidays and get our second night in. How nice is that! The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown. We will most definitely come back. Thanks Todd!

Convenient location

We are a group of older ladies. Some complained that the lighting was not bright enough & that there were no bedside tables with lamps where you could read or wouldn’t have to go across the room to turn off the lights. Another inconvenience was that there were not enough hooks in the bathrooms for your clothes when bathing. However, besides the minor inconveniences, the house was beautiful and very very clean. Anything that we needed was provided by the owner right away. They were very accommodating

Hanover Homecoming

A wonderful weekend at a lovely home! The owners have created the perfect place for a gathering of old friends. The common areas are spacious and beautifully decorated, blending features of a 19th century home with a contemporary flair. Also, very comfortable beds. Perhaps, bedside tables might be considered for the bedrooms and towel racks and/or hooks for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use while accommodating a large group. We very much enjoyed the location and proximity to the sights of Madison. Everyone in our group loved staying here. 5 stars from all of us!

Girls weekend

We came to Madison for an annual college fiends weekend. We were a group of 9 women in our 40’s. This house was the perfect location, beautifully designed, very clean and was perfectly set up for all of our needs. We were greeted by a host who let us in and gave us tour with many great recommendations for tours, restaurants and entertainment. The location was central to everything in Madison and all within walking distance from the house. We met so many lovely locals who gave us all the low down on Madison…it really is the friendliest town. We fell in love with this home and this city. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exquisite Property In Madison IN Hosts Brothers Visit From Canada

The VRBO description does not do this property justice. Having taken advantage of several VRBO listed accommodations over the last 3 plus years across various parts of the country, we have had many positive experiences but this one in Madison, IN ranks at the top! The home was exceptionally decorated and appointed with top of line modern upscale furnishings and appliances. The owners and hosts were top notch and professional. We would best describe our experience at the home as the “Ritz-Carlton of VRBO listings”. Having visited there for years, Madison, IN is a charming and underrated midwest destination but coming on strong. The investment, renovation and expansion of old town riverfront section makes it certainly worthy of anyones bucket list adds for the Midwest.

Golden Girls

We are a group of 3 friends since childhood who now have grandchildren and great grandchildren. If we can, we get together once a year for 3 days to catch up on our lives. The Fashion House is by far the most elegant and largest house we have rented. It is beautifully decorated and also well equipped for a stay that includes meal prep. We loved having our own bathroom and bedroom. The small sitting room on the second floor is so cozy for late night chats. The only issue that might stop us from staying here again, and it is the only one, is the stairs. They can be daunting for ladies of our age. However, for most guests it should not be an issue. We highly recommend the beautiful and perfectly located Fashion House.

Vous êtes reçu par Todd and Mary Beth Boone

Todd and Mary Beth are both originally from Madison and moved back to raise their family in 2003. They own several businesses and properties in Madison. Mary Beth serves on the board of directors for several non=profits in Madison. She is always on the go - and is always coming up with new ways to keep Madison a great place to live and visit.

Todd is a Group President of an Automation Company and enjoys real-estate and working on the old buildings in Madison bringing them back to life in his spare time.

They have been married for over 28 years and have 2 children and 2 dogs. This is just one of many of the properties that the couple have remolded together and most likely not their last...

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The plot for this property is listed as being purchased first in 1816. The first building built was the Main Street portion which today is the Blush building that Todd and Mary remolded in 2016. That building was added onto twice and then was extended out to Central Ave and became the residence side of the 113 Main Street building. That work was believed to have been completed in the late 1840's.

The 320 Central property was connected up until the late 1990's as it was plotted off into 3 separate properties. When the property became available - the Boone's purchased the building to bring it back to its original state. From the beginning Todd was in love with the Main Street building and Mary Beth always wanted the Central House because of its grandness. Together again and both have become a talking point in the city as people travel in to see the "old with the new" approach.

This property was awarded the Preservation Award by Historic Madison Inc. in 2019. It will take your breath away!

This is the most centralized home in the downtown. There are lots of great places to stay in town and we hope that we can compliment what Madison has. This property is unique in its size and its flair for fashion. Great for entertaining and great for large family's that want to be together in the center of the city.
