About this space:
Modern flair with antique charm sets this home apart! Located on a quiet street in the heart of historic downtown Madison, this fully renovated 1830s Row House has you steps away from everything! Whether it's a festival or fall colors, a boat race or car show on the riverfront, a micro brewery or winery, antiquing or historic tour, hiking Clifty Falls or simply just getting away, we have the location for you. *HVAC system includes whole-house air purifier. Max of 4 guests, adults only.
The space:
From the morning light flooding through the front windows to welcome the day, to the fire bowl in the private courtyard in the back to bring it to a close, this historic home with modern flair provides everything you need to create wonderful memories each day of your stay. The restored, original hardwood floors make it feel like you are walking on history. Curl up on the couch in the living room with a book and enjoy the replicated coal-burning fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig, coffee, tea, water) and washer/dryer unit add all the conveniences of home. *For your safety, a whole-house air purifier that kills 99% of viruses has been installed with the new modern HVAC system controlled by Ecobee. The calendar only opens up three months in advance. If you are interested in extended stays message owner to check availability and special pricing.

We loved our winter weekend getaway at this home in Madison. The house was beautifully decorated with holiday touches throughout the main floor. It was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay and then some. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Most important to us, the location meant we could walk to all kinds of shops, food, historical sites, and entertainment. The home is located just a short drive away from Clifty Falls, so we were able to do some hiking too. This was perfect for a snowy weekend!

Perfect Location in Madison

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Madison. The house was super clean, nicely renovated, well accommodated, and in a perfect location just off Main Street. The property owner, Hilary, was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madison.

This was the nicest VRBO we have every stayed at. The property is a beautifully restored row house furnished with top of the line amenities. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and even included some cans of pop, water and snacks. Had a great little patio with fire pit. Located right in the heart of Madison we were able to walk to all the attractions, shops and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to reply to messages. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous Place

perfect anniversary getaway in a small town

Visited Madison, IN in late November for a weekend anniversary getaway. This house is immaculate and everything is in perfect condition. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable. The location is great for walking around town and we didn't need to drive anywhere all weekend. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful renovated & welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in Madison. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is spacious enough to have a comfortable stay. Some plants would make the outside space more welcoming. The house is very nicely renovated and has good energy. The location is close to coffee shops and restaurants - I would return here.

Historical Downtown Madison

Felt like home in this beautifully historical home within walking distance of everything there is to see. Having a golf cart from Acree Ali carts helped us to enjoy our experience even more. This home is outstanding, so many commodities, that I just love. The back courtyard, such a wonderful place to gather at the end of a beautiful evening with friends and family..

Girls trip to Madison

This property was even better in person. Four of us stayed in this perfectly decorated row house in the heart of Madison. Once we parked our car we never had to drive the rest of the weekend. All of the cute shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The owners made the check in and check out process so simple and they supplied everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway! The European decor was so well done and we loved the modern conveniences throughout the home as well! We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect

perfect location; perfect decor; perfect outdoor space; perfect everything to even include the little puzzles that had a piece shaped like Indiana (we had so much fun with puzzles and dominoes). Charming

This is a gorgeous row home, located within walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants. All of the houses in this neighborhood are impeccably kept with beautiful landscaping and gas lanterns. It reminds me of German Village in Columbus, Ohio and Savannah, GA. The hosts have updated the house perfectly with gorgeous style. It is well stocked with all of the modern amenities balanced with the charm of a historic row house. We loved our stay! Highly recommend :)
