Great Stay

This place was very nice to stay at, great views, walking distance to town and good amenities. Only inaccuracy was the bed was a queen Murphy style along with a couch instead of a king which was fine, just different than listing photos.

This place was great for a little getaway! Easy access to the lake and the pool from the back door. It has a full kitchen and access to BBQ grills right off the back door. The main bed was small but cozy. The pullout couch bed….not comfortable! Would definitely recommend for a party of 2! The hotel location was perfect! Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and water activities! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location

Great place. Location perfect to walk everywhere. Parking is tight if you have a truck. A little bit of a maze getting to the ice machine, could use a few more of those. Not close to our room at all. Overall, great place, great location, clean updated room, beautiful views! Would recommend and stay again.

Lakeside on the lake

When we checked in we received a room that I did not book. I went back to the office and they quickly resolved it and got us a new room that was perfect and hope to stay in that room again next year.

Overall location is great, view spectacular, hosts were nice, but decks were dirty & too many spiderwebs every on chairs, tables, pokes, bbq’s. Pool bar was advertised as open/available but it was a ghost town. Construction rafts were all around our unit’s entry door. Room was nice w/ limited kitchen items. I liked the place & feel other units on campus are worth the stay & good recommendation for others to stay/visit. I give a thumbs up.

Decent place in great location

This place was clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The unit is located just across the bridge from the downtown area which was great to walk into town to grab food or go see a movie at the Ruby Theater. The view out the back to the lake was nice, the only complaint I have is that the bed didn't seem level and was sunken and soft in areas. Other than that the say was nice.

A big draft came in under the door from the exterior into the room; the small heater couldn’t keep up. Room was clean but not as nice as I had hoped. It’s an older property and in need of some updating. Lovely views.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the views, Lake Chelan is incredibly beautiful and we love sharing that with our guests! Had we have been made aware that your room was so cold, we would have been happy to bring you a portable heater and/or some extra blankets. We are currently in the process of getting units updated and refreshed, and I will make sure this information gets passed along. In the very near future, photography of each unit will be showcased on our website, making the choice of which condo to book much easier, allowing the guest to see exactly what their unit will look like ahead of time! Great disappointment
