The property was great. Clean everything worked access to the beach was our only disappointment but it did not deter us to climb the 60 stairs.

Hi Bill, yes, the stairs are quite the work out. We do have a paved slope down to the beach though that is in the notes. It is a much easier way to access the beach. We hope you enjoyed the other parts of your stay. Cheers.

Jodi was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating . Cottage was clean and had everything we needed . The area was great for small children and a nice short walk to beach area . Lots of places to walk or ride your bike safely. Just a short drive into Bayfield for an evening meal or ice cream . Would recommend this property to others

The place exceeded all of our expectations. The front deck was lovely to lounge on all day with plenty of sun, shade and comfortable seating. The shared beach areas were wonderful as we had them completely to ourselves. Our visit was because of a wedding at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery which was just 8 mins away! The extra bedrooms came in handy for family that needed to change before the event and crash for the night. Would love to come back and see this beautiful place in winter. Oh and Jodi the host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great Hosts - Great Location

Extremely responsive hosts made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Great location to Bayfield and the surrounding area. The house is very secluded and close to the beach, so very quiet.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the place and the location. Close to Bayfield, quiet spot, comfy cottage stocked with everything you need - games, kitchen supplies, comfy spots to relax. Communication with the owners was seamless.

Charming Second Visit!

My family and I stayed here last year over Thanksgiving and booked it again for our summer holiday! It was gorgeous in the fall and even better in the summer! We had a lovely time staying here again! It was very comfortable and we loved watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife.

Lovely cottage, close to the beach

Clean and spacious and full of light, with excellent decking for outdoor entertaining and ‘al fresco’ meals. We return year after year because the hosts are so gracious and there is everything we would need here for a relaxing vacation.
