Cette belle maison décorée professionnellement / villa (avec piscine privée) est situé dans la communauté étonnante de Emerald Island Resort, qui est l'une des subdivisions les plus proches de Disney. Il est également à quelques minutes de nombreux autres parcs à thème passionnants I-4 qui vous prend à Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens et. Grande piscine chauffée et un spa, une salle de jeux.

La maison dispose de deux espaces de vie, chacune avec son grand téléviseur à écran plat, salle à manger formelle, terrasse couverte, etc.

Plenty of room for our group of 12. Pool was nice for our kids and clean. Back door to pool needs work. Couch in family room was very worn and rug needs replacing. There was a water leak in theatre room that slightly inhibited activity there. Secure resort with nice clubhouse. Close to Disney. Overall a good experience

Amazing stay! My son and his friends loved this home! The only thing I would suggest is adding parking and grill use included, I was shocked at having to pay for parking for each vehicle seperate from the stay. Overall, the hosts were amazing, and the home was beautiful! I would certainly come back again!

Regarding the BBQ grill, the small fee helps cover professional cleaning and propane refills to ensure each guest receives a clean, safe, and ready-to-use grill experience. Overall stay was excellent. There were issues in the master bathroom and hot tub. Bathroom was taken care of immediately. The hot tub too half of our week to get resolved but the property manager was on it daily until it got fixed.

Communication was great. Beds a little stiff and the door alarm for the pool needs to be fixed on the outside. The showers scream when you use them. Pictures could be updated. Pool was great!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say! First of all, Andrienne was so helpful and made everything so easy! She always responded right away to my emails! Second of all, the house was exactly what the pictures showed and so much more! The house was clean and comfortable! The pool was clean and was warmed up for us on arrival. The host was always helpful and responded almost immediately to all questions. The home is impeccably clean and well organized. Our well behaved dog was welcomed. The area is gated, extremely safe, and peaceful. Grandkids loved the pool area and themed bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home within a nice community. The home was very clean and great location for Disney parks! We enjoyed the amenities- pool, putting green, movie room! Owner was very kind and was in communication anytime we needed her!

Universal family trip

Our Vacation home is situated on a corner lot, with a large distance between the home behind us and the one on the other side of us. We love the space, and it is always quiet and relaxing there!
