Villa AngelaD occupies all the entire top floor of a "bifamiliare structure" which extends in height.
This kind of structure guarantees to all guests a greater privacy because Villa AngelaD is designed to be independent and there are only some common places with the guests of the lower floor of the house such: the parking (one parking is for you), external stairs, the entrance gate.

*** We specify that in the cost of renting of Villa AngelaD are not included: final cleaning costs € 120 (payment in cash at check-in) and bed linen, towels and beach towel € 15 (1 person - payment in cash at check in), Tax tourist € 2,00 (1 person/a day): for the number of nights of the reservation (maximum 21 nights). The tax is not paid by people aged 0 to 14 years of age. it is not permitted to recharge the electric car with the home socket.***

"Villa AngelaD" has three bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, veranda, laundry area, garden and free parking. In Villa AngelaD there is unlimited wifi internet.

BEDROOMS
First bedroom "with views on the sea" has:
- A double bed with mattress (mattress size cm. 200 x 160) and pillows soft and cervical;
- Air conditioning with remote control;
- two nightstands;
- Mosquito net in the window;
- A chest of drawers;
- a wardrobe;

Second bedroom “with views on the garden of Villa AngelaD” has:
- A double bed with mattress (standard size mattress cm. 190 x 160) and pillows soft and cervical;
- Air conditioning with remote control;
- Two shelves that open from the bed;
- Mosquito net in the window;
- A chest of drawers;
- a wardrobe;
- A bathroom internal;

Third bedroom “with views on the garden of Villa AngelaD” has:
- A bunk bed in wood with "ladder" with single mattress (standard size mattress cm. 190 x 80) and pillows soft and cervical;

- Wooden shelves (that open from the bed);
- Mosquito net in the window;
- A mobile with drawers;
- a wardrobe.

In "Villa AngelaD" there are two bathrooms:
- Central bathroom: (shower box, bathroom sink with mirror, bidet, WC, window with mosquito net, stool, basket, carpet for the bathroom "antislip", hair dryer);
