Charme 4B / 3Bth East Hampton Shingled Classic avec piscine: parfait pour les familles

Hamptons classique maison de style traditionnel en bardeaux est complètement invitant et impeccablement entretenu. La beauté et la fonction sont bien servies depuis la nouvelle cuisine dans cette charmante maison de 4 chambres à coucher de deux étages parfaitement proportionnée. Les bonus supplémentaires incluent une salle de loisirs de niveau inférieur entièrement équipée avec une télévision à grand écran, un billard, un bar, un vélo d'appartement et une salle de bain complète. Les jardins paysagers et la pelouse sont luxuriants et la cour arrière est entièrement clôturée.

L'intérieur détendu et confortable a été récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles. La cuisine dînatoire s'ouvre sur une salle à manger moderne pouvant accueillir de 6 à 8 personnes. Au centre du salon confortable adjacent se trouve un poêle à bois en fonte norvégienne. La chambre principale avec lit king-size et une salle de bain récemment rénovée et un dressing de plain-pied complètent le premier étage.

Les fenêtres / portes du sol au plafond s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse en cèdre - donnant sur la magnifique cour et la piscine avec 4 chaises longues. Sur le pont, un ensemble de salle à manger et un coin salon généreux invitent à des barbecues ou tout simplement à se détendre.

Au deuxième étage, 3 chambres avec chacune des lits queen-size et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche sont parfaites pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants.

Cette maison acceptant les animaux de compagnie est située dans une rue très calme à côté de tout. Les belles plages de la baie offrant de magnifiques couchers de soleil sont à distance de marche / vélo. East Hampton Town, Sag Harbor et les belles plages de l'océan sont à seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

Fun family week in the Hamptons

My family and I stayed here this summer. We all had a great time, Markus was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. Great location, very close to town. Backyard/pool/ bbq/ ping pong/ was a major highlight. Overall awesome experience, would definitely book again.

Amazing Hamptons Vacation

My family had a fantastic stay here. Markus was a great host. The home is quaint, very cozy and extremely clean, with lots of room. The backyard was lush and serene, and we loved the pool and outdoor shower. The kids had a blast swimming with the pool toys and we had everything we needed from beach chairs to board games. I miss it already. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A pleasant and peaceful stay

We had a great experience at this property. Impeccably kept inside and out. We enjoyed spending most of our time by the pool but when we did go out it was just a short ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

July Stay - Great!

We had a lovely family stay i this July. Marcus the owner was there to greet us and was available for any questions along the way. The pool and yard are by far the best part! We are admittedly hotel snobs but the home was kept very clean and had everything we needs to cook breakfast daily and beyond if we had desired. Lovely stay.

Super Cute

It was a great property and Markus was a great host! All the necessities were available and the backyard was so peaceful. The pool was a bit too cold to swim, but the weather was very mild in mid-June when we visited. The beds were super comfortable!

First vacation as family of 4

We had an amazing time staying here! This was our first time on vacation as a family (infant and toddler) and staying here was a great choice. Markus went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available for questions. Location was convenient, 10 mins or less to East Hampton and Amagansett downtowns. Our toddler loved the pool and yard.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week of sunshine and swimming at Markus’ beautiful home. The property is lovely with a spacious deck and backyard and a beautiful pool. Markus was a very thoughtful host. We enjoyed the location which is a short drive from town in a quiet neighborhood. The piano and pool table were an added bonus. Would definitely rent again! Thanks so much for a great getaway!

Kid friendly, convenient location

I recently stayed at Markus' house with my husband, two kids (22 mo. & 4) and another family with kids the same age. We had such a wonderful time and Markus couldn't have been a more welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond with leaving us all the household staples (and some!) and even provided us with several kid friendly suggestions for activities and places to go with the kids. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

Perfect Week-Long Stay for Family

We had a wonderful week stay at the house. Markus was incredibly easy to be in touch with before, during, and after our visit. The backyard and outdoor seating were both really well taken care of and we enjoyed hanging out there together. The house was spread out enough for a family of four plus a spouse and a friend. The bathroom in the basement and the space down there wasn't the most conducive to hanging as a group, but the living room into the kitchen certainly was. Beach chairs and pool floats were greatly appreciated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available to us. Would highly recommend!

Ideal Rental Property

Great rental property in the Springs. I have rented many times in Amagansett, Montauk, and the Springs and this house was my favorite. Very close to EH and Amagansett shopping / beaches and the harbor. I biked to the beach but it's also a short drive and walked to Shagwong Marina to rent paddle boards. The layout of the kitchen, deck, and pool is ideal for having a few friends over. The backyard is much bigger than you might think from the pictures -- the grass next to the pool is about as big as the pool and deck itself. No complaints. Had a great time.

Great yard and generous hosts

We had a great time in Springs for a week in late August traveling with my in-laws, husband and 7-year old son. Here are the positives: beautiful yard and pool area with loungers and big umbrella, garage full of pool toys, bikes, ping pong table (everything made accessible to guests, which is very nice), pool table, exercise equipment and games in the basement, stocked kitchen with cooking oil, spices, etc., comfortable beds, really quiet neighborhood and yard. Some of the downsides were that the pool is shaded for a lot of the day and it's not heated so prime pool time for us at the time of our trip was like 12pm-3:30pm, otherwise a little too cold to swim. Also there is no central air in the house, just individual ac units in rooms that are a little noisy. And there was no inside room big enough and with enough seating for our entire 5 person family to hang together comfortably, though the outdoor couch and pool area has plenty of space. Overall, it was a great stay but I like to provide detailed info because I get a lot out of other people's reviews when choosing a house. Markus was a super gracious host who checked in on us and was very communicative.

Family Friendly Stay with Great Pool - Close to East Hampton Village

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable rental in Springs, and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of perfect! The pool was the highlight of my stay. The crystal-clear water and comfortable poolside furniture provided endless hours of relaxation. Whether it was a morning dip, lounging in the sun, or an evening swim, the pool was a dream come true. The variety of pool toys added extra fun and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location was incredibly convenient. With easy access to East Hampton Village, we enjoyed exploring the charming shops and dining at delicious restaurants. The nearby beaches were breathtaking, providing picturesque views and a serene atmosphere. Being close to both the village and the beaches was a major plus! Cleanliness is always a priority for me, and this rental surpassed my expectations. The house was spotless upon arrival, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The accommodations were outstanding. The beautifully decorated house had a warm and inviting ambiance. The cozy bedrooms ensured a restful sleep, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The spacious living areas were perfect for quality time together. The provided amenities, including Wi-Fi and entertainment options, were excellent. In conclusion, my stay at this Springs rental was unforgettable.

Wonderful week in East Hampton

This is a lovely property -- my family and I had an amazing week. The best features of the house are definitely the pool and deck, outdoor grill. The outdoor shower is a great bonus, too! The house itself is very nice; the rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and well equipped with the essentials. The kitchen is also totally outfitted with everything you need. Markus clearly takes great pride and tends to every detail of the property -- he even welcomed us personally on the day we arrived. I highly, highly recommend this rental and we will be staying there again!

Family reunion

Marcus met us at the house and showed us around. He is a wonderful host and wants to be sure you’re having a good time…which we did. The house was a perfect size for the six of us but 8 would have fit correctly as well. The highlight was the pool and the outdoor space which is beautifully landscaped. It’s also fenced in so if you bring a dog you don’t have to worry. We highly recommend this property and Marcus was also a bonus.

Perfect home for sweet family time

This home was perfect for our family vacation - our adult kids joined us, plus two grand babies under a year... the back yard took everyone's breath away and was the ideal back drop for making memories. The pool was amazing! We started our days with coffee on the deck and ended with long dinners overlooking the yard and pool. Late nights were spent around the pool table.... So many spaces for gathering and fun! Markus was available but we didn't need him as everything was just as described! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping in both east hampton and amagansett... we also took an easy drive to montauk one day. Our dogs loved the walks around the neighborhood and the expansive backyard as much as we did :) Thank you for a terrific stay... We'd love to come back!

A fun July 4th vacation

We came for a few days over July 4th and the property was as described. The house and backyard are comfortable and well-maintained and the house was stocked with all essentials.The pool was clean and well-cared for. This was a family trip with adult children and two small dogs Everyone had fun!

Fantastic Stay in EH

Markus was an incredible host. He made everything seamless for us from check in to check out. He checked on us throughout our stay and was responsive to everything. I don't think I have come across a host that is so attentive and cares so much about his guests experience. We left a few things behind which Markus shipped to us. The property was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our week in EH. The pool was a lot of fun to sit by and the grill and deck were a great place to have breakfast and dinner every day. The property even has bikes which we rode to the nearest deli every day to get lunch for the beach. Overall, such a fantastic experience and we look forward to renting again next year. Very nice house; great owner

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is as presented and is immaculately clean. Markus was terrific, giving us all the information we needed and was available to answer any questions. The house has window air conditioners, which keep the house comfortable but turn on and off to adjust the temperature. The backyard and pool are very nice, although our 4 year old grandson thought the water was cold (the pool isn’t heated) and he got a couple of splinters from the wood deck. There are a number of floats and other pool toys, which is great. It was very relaxing each day to sit outside for breakfast and lunch. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to East Hampton. It was a very nice way to spend a vacation in the Hamptons.

Great Vacation Home in the Hamptons! July 2023

We had a wonderful stay in this Springs/East Hampton home. Marcus and Katrin are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful! It is a lovely home - updated, clean & comfortable. The house had all the ammenties needed for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was awesome and we loved the pool! We had our dog with us and the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect. As this was our first time visiting the Hamptons, we found this home to be centrally located to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in the many different towns/villages. Thank you Marcus & Katrin!

We are both transplants from Germany, living in the NY-metro area for over 20 years. After traveling the world for business and leisure, raising 3 kids along the way, we have found our refuge in East Hampton. We both enjoy an active life style with cycling, running and swimming.

We have always been fans of the Hamptons - staying many times with friends before buying our own home. Whenever we come out here for a weekend it feels like a mini-vacation. East Hampton is our 'happy place': so close to New York City, but at the same time so far, far away. Take your kids and dog for a walk on Georgica Beach in the early morning and you will feel the magic of the Hamptons. Enjoy a sundowner at Bostwick's on the Harbor - just a few minutes away from the house - watching the boats come in for the night and you will experience pure relaxation!

Our house is charming, not too big to take care of, in a quite neighborhood in close proximity to bay beaches with everything you need for an active vacation (swimming pool, table tennis, pool billiard, cycling).
