We loved the cute cottage with everything one would need for a little home away from home. The location was great, so close to everything. Our only concern was the blanket was too small for the bed. Since the weather was warm it wasnât really much of a problem. We will definitely stay again.
What a gem! We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the adorable Bradshaw House. We will definitely spread the word about the house and the excellent location in Jacksonville.
We spent two nights at our cottage in Jacksonville. The cottage was in a perfect location, one block from central business area. Super clean and updated with all the modern conveniences. We highly recommend the property!
We needed a handicapped accessible property, and this was one of the few that worked. We loved the proximity to excellent food and shopping, about a block away. The neighborhood feeling was very nice and the house itself was charming.
I felt lucky to grab this perfect little historic gem right downtown! Modern conveniences without sacrificing charm and historic feeling, immaculately finished, and clean as a whistle. Comfortable bed and central a/c, which was much appreciated during a hot July! Prompt communications from host as well. When I'm back in the area I will be hoping to book this darling cottage again.
Came for a family wedding. Loved walking downtown and getting coffee and sitting on the porch. Loved walking downtown for cocktails and dinner. Great little cottage. Loved it.
This adorable cottage was perfect for our week in Jacksonville! Well stocked, clean, functional and very attractive. Just steps to the main street in town. Highly recommended.
My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in this adorable and well appointed home.
It's cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels and blankets and the location is perfect for walking to all that Jacksonville has to offer.
Deanna was quick to respond when we needed to reach out to her.
Truly a wonderful home away from home for us.
I don't often give reviews but I don't often rent a cottage that is better than advertised. From the time we walked in until the time we checked out, this property and location exceeded expectations. When your wife is taking pictures of the place, you know you've chosen the right place. A great cottage and location for two.
We stayed for 2 nights. Enjoyed Jacksonville and golfing nearby. Best of all enjoyed walking to Britt and then from our porch talking to all the people coming down the hill from the concert. Great little cottage !!
The little home is beautifully appointed, not over decorated, and very comfortable. Delightful. Clean and fresh. The owners were thoughtful about design and experience, right down to the clear instructions. We needed a quiet place to take a break and just read our books. It was so perfect.
Walking distance from everything; restaurants, ice cream, morning coffee, shops, parks, trails.
Truly a perfect weekend. We look forward to returning.
We were fortunate to book this sweet little house in the heart of Jacksonville. It had everything we could have envisioned, and the restoration work on the historic house was very high quality.
Would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect for walking around downtown. It was such a lovely, cozy home to stay in too. Would recommend!
This is a very charming cottage. It is very clean and the decor was done very meticulously and with nice amenities. There is crown moulding, nice tile in the kitchen and bathroom, wainscotting around the dining area, and includes a rustic wooden table. The flooring is really nicely done.
It is a perfect size for a couple, the bedroom and bathroom on the small size, but the kitchen feels big and inviting. The location is awesome!, steps from GoodBean coffee and a short walk to the main downtown street with shops and restaurants. A grocery store, Ray's Food Place, is also a short walk away. There are nice hiking trails nearby, which we will have to do next visit.
