Renovated Home in Central Point

Relax and unwind in this newly renovated Central Point home. Ideal location near lots of dining and attractions. Minutes from shops, restaurants, wineries, breweries, parks, hospitals & more. 5 minutes away from the Jackson County Fairgrounds, 15 minutes to historic Jacksonville where you can enjoy the famous Britt Music Festival or 25 minutes to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival. Crater Lake National Park makes a great day trip and for the hikers, Table Rock Trail Head is a short drive away!

For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest`s arrival.

The living room has a couch, two comfortable chairs, 50` smart TV and a Roku streaming stick with remote. Streaming services are available with guest`s own accounts.

This home has 2 bedrooms with 2-queen beds (one in each room). The renovated bathroom has a beautiful tiled stand-up shower with soap, shampoo and body wash provided.

The newly designed kitchen has tiled backsplash and solid surface countertops, full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There`s also a Keurig & French Press coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods.

Enjoy the private fenced outdoor patio while grilling your dinner with roped lighting. The grilling utensils are located in the kitchen.

We also have a full-size stackable washer and dryer, board games and a blue tooth speaker for entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles. There`s a small fenced area for pets. Please keep your pets on a leash while in the front yard.

This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera on the garage pointing to the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest`s privacy when they stay at our house.

Check in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guests arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee applied after booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 65 degrees.
