Located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf Trace, this lovely home offers all the modern amenities plus the feel of home away from home. Only a short stroll to the private beach, itâs the best of both worlds, affordability with all the perks. This home also features free wireless internet for those who canât leave work behind on vacation, or to just stay connected to your emails.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this comfortable home sleeps 10 - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets of twin bunks. Beautifully designed, decorated, well maintained, and landscaped, this Gulf Trace beach house has quickly become a family favorite. The home has an open, sunlit great room with vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite features a king bed, TV/DVD, and a walk in shower in the private bathroom. The bunk room has a TV /DVD player and shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. In a separate wing of the home, the queen bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance could be used as a second master suite with lots of privacy. The house features over 2200 sq. ft of new composite decking which wraps around the house. This great beach house also offers a roomy screened porch and a large yard with private pool that make this property the perfect vacation spot.
